I purchased a very phenomenal custom engagement ring, a classy woman’s watch, and a pair of elegant earrings from this specific location out of the Brandon Mall in Brandon Florida. Every time I went in to pick up an item I felt at home; the employees made me feel very comfortable, very welcomed, and like Family. The reason I say that is because of the Majestic Hospitality. All workers serve in this place and I love it. I cannot even look at them as sellers, that’s just something they do, and it brings out their gifts within which illuminates their authenticity and integrity to serve all diversities.The employees in this place are as phenomenal as the $2,000+ ring that I purchased, they are truly amazing. I love the environment from the moment that I first stepped foot inside of this Kay Jewlers. By the way, the jewelry is definitely 5000x better than the pictures. I am beyond satisfied and ecstatic. Horrible customer service. I dropped off jewelry for warranty repair which was due back by 11/1. On 11/11 I contacted the store only to find out that jewelry had been sitting untouched at repair center because they didn't know what to do. I had to re-explain the reason for repair and was told that serviced would be rushed. I arrived at the store on the promise date and jewelry had not been delivered. 2 days later went to pick up jewelry only to be met by an extremely rude and condescending associate who fumbled around looking for my jewelry, misplaced my ID after showing it to confirm pickup. My ID was returned without an apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. I will NEVER do business at this location ever again.

Leah Saccomanno is hands down phenomenal. She doesn't make you feel like another customer nor a friend. She treats you like family. She is willing to go above and beyond and help meet your needs on what you are looking for. She has assisted me in purchasing serveral gifts. I always look forward to coming in and seeing her.

Don’t purchase from Carl. Rude, condescending, and more salesman than customer service oriented. Doesn’t follow through as promised and talks over you. Dalton is incredible, respectable and really does give the attention you deserve. If it weren’t for Dalton, I would return my purchase.

I came here to pick a sapphire pendant as a wedding gift from my fiancé. I had very specific ideas in mind and needed a custom piece to make it happen. Which I had no idea could be done here! Very disappointed with this Jewerly Store, Unfortunately I went there for the 1st time and talk to this man with beard who’s I believe is the manager about my problem ring problem and he wanted me to pay for a service that I had already paid and still had the guaranteed. He was not very kind or friendly at all and denied to repair my jewelry. I honestly did not like the customer service here and will never recommend this store to anyone.

I purchased a G-Shock watch there today and was informed after paying for the watch that they were unable to set the time on the watch. Hmmm A jewelry store who sells watches and management does not require them to learn how to set the time on the watches they sell " CRAZY" They treated me like I wasn't worth their time and only decided to set the time when I asked for a refund. They suddenly figured it out. I was told they didn't have time to learn how to operate the watches, which I thought was strange since they had time to play basket ball in the store and go running through the store yelling while customers were in the store. Totally unprofessional . I will never shop there again and I will be attempting to contact upper management...

A female staff was quick to sell me a ring for which I paid several hundred dollars, while addressing me with pet names rather than business address. She said the jewelry would be in, in appx 1 month. Six weeks later, store staff appeared to be hanging up when the store was called. Other staff said staff are not to hang up, but do take the phone off the hook. After contacting corporate, I was told the ring had arrived more than a week prior and staff made no contact. Having said that, a European male staff used very professional business communication and assisted me to get my pre-paid ring. Probably, I wouldn't use this store again. I had been shopping at Kay Jewelers for decades, at other locations where I had resided.

This just happened and I’m so torn up. I literally just went Saturday to have it clean/inspected!! I want Nothing to do with Kay’s ever again in life. I just got married in April, purchased my ring Dec 2021. I happened to look down at my hand and the entire stone was gone. My pictures are from before and today. Going to the store tomorrow, let’s see what the outcome will be. I have the lifetime warranty. My sister in law warned me not to purchase from here I wish I would have listened.

My husband has bought a good amount of jewelry from this Kay’s and never had a problem.last week he bought me a new wedding ring set.instead of cutting it to my size we decided to order one in my size.they said it was fine then four days later they say they need a payment for them to do that.this is a 2000 ring.that’s a bit ridiculous!!! We found another Kay’s to order my size with no payment.i will never step foot in the Kay’s in Brandon town center again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Training needed asap!!!! Paying with cash I gave over amount then almost exact amount. And I was then told they do not give change back at time of purchase smh! Either to round up my amount or donate to St.Jude’s or someone cannot count smh! again. Also kept insisting on how good of a warranty as if to say quality is not up to standards and be prepared.

The Assistant manager Leah came through BIG time! I order my wife Anniversary ring online with a 35% discount. The next day I got a email that the order was canceled because they didnt have it in stock online and the sale was over if we wanted to pick a different ring. I contacted Leah and she went to work. Purchased this beautiful watch yesterday, I absolutely fell in love with it. The customer service was great to me, they carefully let me look at multiple watches until I found one I liked even though im 17 probably not their typical client they treated me with all respect. And when I went to pay, my card was having issues and needed to run to the bank and they held the watch off for me until I came back which I thought was awesome. The watch is absolutely incredible. My wife and I scheduled an appointment today at the Brandon location with Leah. We came in solely with my mind set on upgrading my wife’s wedding ring and purchasing a new wedding band after buying our first rings 5 years ago at Kay. Leah was helping us find everything we needed plus more! We end up spending almost 2 hours searching for the right rings and wedding band and she continued to help us find the right match! We end up leaving with beautiful rings that we love and a set of earrings all within a good price with excellent service! We have always shopped for our Jewelry at Kay and we will continue shopping at Kay especially after today Leah is great!!

Today, Nov 28, I got my watch first thing in the morning. Carl as always so kind and thoughtful. He knows how much my watch means to me. He never seizes to impress me. Definitely made this time a memorable stop. Full of so much laughter, small talk and of course family. He has been a huge part of my family for 5 years now.
