I picked up some lumber along with other items through curb side pick up and it was super easy. The lumber that they pulled really looked good too. I went with the attitude that I would send ratty lumber back but this was right the first time. The only thing I would complain about would be that apparently they stored my cart outside last night because my back of suff had about a half inch of water in it. Nothing I had was subject to water damage so it didn't matter but had there been something that would be water sensitive it would have had to be replaced. Had there been something water sensitive though they may have treated it differently also. I did have to empty the water out of my bag before putting it in the car though. Still 5 stars. My associate Angela made up for any quams with the delivery, she was very pleasant so 5 stars it is.

Easy in and out today at Lowes Plant City. Whenever you shop there and have items that don't have a barcode sticker on them, like the 3/4 inch flat washers, always snap a picture. Then, when you do a self checkout, you can simply tap "look up item" and key in the product number from your picture. It works great.

Honestly the day shift employees seem much more customer focused. We're working with Jocias and trainee Drew in afternoon and they basically are muddling through our shower door purchase and install. Explained to 3 different people and Linay came and walked thru the process. An hour fifteen later, we finished. Install access should be more customer friendly for Lowe's employees.

Mike was great! He approached us in a hall getting an outdoor bench. It was the last on the shelf, so we was hesitant thinking parts may have been missing, due to the box being taped up as though it was opened and returned. Mike took it upon himself to scan to find other stock in the store. He wasn't able to find anymore, but there was one already assembled in the garden area. We immediately purchased this one! Thank you Mike!!

I love this Lowe's! They have almost everything that I need. And what they don't have in stock, they can bring in quickly. Plus the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

It's OK service was difficult to find and when you find what your looking for make sure the item you pull is actually the correct item. If not, you will do what I had to do and waste time and make another trip back to the store. The item that I pulled looks very similar to the items next to it, and of course, the item was not in the correct spot. That being said, I still should have read it to make sure.

I, like most people, have spent a lot of money at Lowe's over the years and would generally not complain. However, the way I was treated this morning, I don't think I will be returning to Lowe's anytime soon. I would recommend anyone reading this reconsider giving them your business and your hard earned money. I went to the store in Plant City to purchase some consumable replacement parts (air filter, spark plug) for a leaf blower we purchased from them a few years ago. Even though they had 2 brand new in the box units that were the same model I had no luck in locating the needed parts after searching 2 isles for a solid 25 to 30 mins, I walked around to find an associate for assistance, and I had no luck there. I went to the customer service desk, and after being ignored for a few minutes, I explained what I was looking for and asked if there was someone who could help me find what I needed. He finally reached someone on a 2-way radio, and being able to hear the conversation, I was basically told to just go find some random universal parts, and that should be good enough. I explained once again that I could not find said parts I was told that apparently the one and only person that could help me was outside guiding power equipment and that I could wait but he had no idea how long it would take could be 5 mins could be an hour. Those were my only options. So I will be taking my business to Home Depot from now on and recommend others do the same.

Mike was awesome, gave me great feedback on what washer and dryer to choose from. This was my first time purchasing appliances and he made it very easy. Angel and Ronnie did the delivery and take away. They were in and out in under an hour made the process quick and easy. Great experience for the first time doing this. Highly recommend Lowes and the guys! Thank you

Store manager please read and improve upon. I have been shopping at this store since 2014 and obviously will continue to do so into the future. I have never really used their "order to pickup" service. I would always walk into store and do my shopping. No complaints there. But your "order to pickup construction/lumber/cinder blocks etc" is absolutely abhorrent. Entire process is just downright sad. I have placed as of time of me writing this review... 4 exactly the same orders and in future I will need to place a 5th exactly the same order. I might as well don't even bother. Problems: I get a notification that order has been completed and ready to pickup all 4 times. Get to the store... deer in the headlights at the Pro counter. Then they call someone who starts looking where order "allegedly is". All it is... is 1 sheet of plywood, 21 half cinder blocks and 21 full cinder blocks. I am 0/4 in terms of order being "ready". They literally pick up part of order on the pallet and then have to wander around the store to pick up the rest of the stuff. Then how could it "possibly" be ready for pickup if it is not ready for pickup? Whomever is responsible for putting stuff on the pallet CLEARLY now 4 separate times over course of 3 months marked something as complete when they only had like 10-20% of the order on the actual pallet. Second problem that happened 4/4 times is that pickup took 1.5 hours, 1hr 15 mins, 1 hr and another one took 1 hr. First time it was super busy first thing in the morning. Ok. Second time I went to pick up at 11am... half as many people... 15 minutes sooner. 3rd and 4th time I went to pickup around 7pm and 8pm with nobody in line and it still took 1 hr. It did not take 1hr-1.5 hrs because they were busy. It took 1-1.5 hrs because stuff was not on pallet and they had to call someone to go and check, someone else to go and help them look, someone help them to load onto pallet, someone to guide forklift down the store and then unload all that stuff onto my trailer. unloading took just a couple of minutes. Rest is because nothing was ready on the pallet. So managers of the store... please fix your "order construction materials" process. Pretty please?!

On a recent shopping trip, just one of many. Today I would like to recognize Nanette and John at the pro one service desk. They helped us with so many questions made everything so easy. They both took their time and went out of their way to go above and beyond we had so many questions of ordering. John took care of it, pointed it in the right direction and made everything so easy. We love him and can’t wait for him to help us again in the near future. These two need to be recognized for the wonderful work they do at our Lowe’s in Plant City. Thank you so much for the hard work and dedication.

Recently I have found this Lowes to be more helpful when looking for items or needing "fix it" knowledge. But the person in the cabinetry/appliance area last night was less than helpful. I had to drag any kind of information out of him after wandering through the washer and dryers for about 10/15 minutes without any offer to help. He seemed very inclined to just sit at his desk and was less than happy when, after picking out a wash/dry, I decided not to purchase because I wanted to research extended warranties and other warranty options at other stores as my husband suggested.

Meant to post this soooo much sooner... Back in August now, but Colleen was super awesome! Really kind and patient cashier. We had so many things to purchase, 3 different carts. Couldn't get everything at the same time. She let us keep our items near her register while our shopping continued so we could get all of our items. She was able to find help with loading and everything turned out great. Thank you!

Very clean store well organized however could not find an employee to get help. Cashier was not friendly at all and when I told her I was military veteran she didn't thank me for my service and I know that's your policy. She was not a Happy associate at all. I personally don't care about the thanking part it's just I've always been thanked when checking out at Lowe's in the past. But overall a good experience

We ordered pickup in-store & the female customer service associate was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. She was training a new associate named Esteban on the pickup process as well and he did an excellent job communicating the best place to load. Esteban not only informed me that the items were wet & a potential risk for damage to my vehicle, but also helped load each one in a very efficient manner! I'm extremely pleased with the level of customer service & look forward to my next visit! *Another great experience with a helpful associate! Found what I was looking for with their help!

I had a really frustrating experience with Lowe's online order recently. I placed an order for several items and eagerly waited for the pickup notification. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, I was disappointed to find that two of the items I had ordered were missing. I approached the customer service desk to address the issue, and they seemed unprepared to handle the situation. They couldn't provide a clear explanation for the missing items and offered no immediate solutions. Instead, they told me I would need to wait for a manager to come and assist me. After what felt like an eternity, a manager finally arrived and took a look at my order. They seemed just as puzzled as the initial customer service representative and couldn't offer any immediate resolution either. I was told they would have to investigate the matter further and that I should expect a call from them within a few days. The lack of communication and assistance was incredibly frustrating. I had to make an extra trip to the store, wasted valuable time waiting, and still left without the items I needed. It was a bad experience overall, and it made me question whether I would continue to use Lowe's for online orders in the future.

We love our local Lowe's and Have received good service there. I take exception with corporate Lowes and the changes it has made to their military discount program. In the past, we just showed our id card to the cashier & that was all. Then, they required documentation to prove that my husband served in the Marine corps for 32 years and, additionally, required that it link to our "my Lowe's" card. So, now we're back to having to show the cashier our ID and verify that it's actually us and he's actually a veteran. What was the purpose of us disclosing all of that information? Why did Lowe's insist on having my husband's official retirement documents if the cashier just has to look at my ID card every time just like they used to before? It's a lot of responsibility to have sensitive information that should not be disclosed - how is Lowes handling that information? That's potentially a lot of liability you've taken on, Lowes.

Lowe's is an excellent establishment in Plant City. The staff even though they are short personnel are nice people and professionals even under pressure. They work well together as a team. Always clean and orderly store. I am a forever customer.

Horrible customer service at our lowes. We are finishing the inside of a 12x24 building for a home office and we made 3 trips to the store just to buy flooring. The first time we couldn’t get anyone to help us but the store was busy so we figured we would just come back.. second time still no help. 3rd time we came back tonight for a fan and the flooring and still couldn’t get anyone to cut the vinyl flooring off the roll for us. We asked multiple employees including customer service for help and still no one came… and then HAD to do self checkout for other items because not a single register was open. I’ll be glad to spend the money somewhere else.

I didn't know Lowes was in such desperate times that they would not price match Amazon and deduct $20 of a $220 vacuum. Same item and model number. Claimed the different color of the Amazon photo allowed them not to price match. Ridiculous. Well I'll never buy anything from Lowes again. I will go there to hands on some merchandise and then if I want the item I will order it from Amazon. Even if it's more from Amazon!

Drove to the Plant City store from Riverview because website and customer service rep, on the phone, told me they had 59 boxes of HTH pool shock. When it got there, no such item was in stock. They said, they hadn't carried that product for 2 years and that someone failed to clear it from the inventory. After burning a quarter tank on gas at 4.15 a gallon, I was in no better shape than if I had gone to the Lowes a mile from my house. How is it that management of inventory is so poor that this goes unnoticed for so long? My lose. They didn't have the ability to make it right by me.

I enjoy going to hardware stores and getting supplies for my next project.. This Lowe's is clean and decently run. It's stocked well. The people were friendly on our visit. As a veteran it's perturbing to have to wait for associate to "approve" my VA status.... I've registered with their system and yet we wait. -- one day they will do better at making us feel better about their process--

I want to compliment a working manager Chris Domenech, he was professional he took the time to help me you could tell he's always like this, considering last week I was so mad at an employee out there I was going to put a bad Google review it was refreshing for somebody to take such care and concern for a customer thank you Chris if only you could instill this into all the employees out there I hope you get promoted up the chain

The worst Lowe's we have been to. We go to Lowe's often and it is amazing at the lack of customer service these employees have. This is the third time something has happened at this store. Very disappointed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, THEY HAVE STRUCTURAL ISSUES AND EMPLOYEES ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING YOU! I had 2 experiences with them and both were very bad: 1.) Bought an expensive fridge and the associate told me specifically that amount would be out on hold on my bank account until fridge got delivered. Few days later it got taken from my account. Called and nobody in the store understood why and was told I needed to call Corporate. Called Corporate and they told me it’s normal because I bought it in the store. They need to train people better. This was a fridge of nearly $2500. After that I had issues with my delivery date moving and getting notice they canceled order, which actually meant they sourced fridge to other store. Had to call 5 times to different stores to get delivery dates set correctly. 2.) Wanted to order blinds and they had offer where with a deposit of $20 they would measure windows for blinds. Company never called because Lowes entered wrong number, even after me repeating it. My wife put in a new order and they wanted to charge $20 AGAIN. After getting that sorted out, and escalating because they never called and this was urgent (we were supposed to be called within 1 week) they called 3 WEEKS LATER!

👍👍 We heard about this place on the news and decided it would be worth the 30 minutes drive to check it out. They have so much stuff I can't begin to list.
