    Bad and conflicting managers. My wife is pretty regular. She purchased 3 rings for my daughter's birthday a little less than a month ago during a promotionaldeal, and she wanted to exchange one for a different size and one for a different style. The manager went to check if she can do that with the promotion, and she came back and said yes, up to $50 value. As the sales woman tried to do the exchange, another manager got involved and said that she can only exchange it up to $35 value, and she wanted us to pay $21 in difference. I told her the other manager just told us the value is up to $50, but she didn't budge. I felt these inconsistencies should not happen, and the other manager that didn't accept her co-managers promise shouldn't do this. I think they just lost a loyal customer.

    Terrible customer service. I purchased a ring for my daughter after thanksgiving in Alabama. She tried it and wore it a few hours but realized it kept getting caught on her sweater so she wanted to exchange or return. I stopped at this store which is my local store less than a month after purchase and they claim because she wore a few hours it’s ni longer considered unworn and new. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will go ahead and return it at another store and will make sure never to purchase my future Pandora items from this location.

    My son got the Valentine's gift that he wanted for his girlfriend and the young sale ladies were very friendly and helpful. They tried making additional sales, ( as is their job) , but did so without being pushy. An overall pleasant experience.

    This Pandora has gut-wrenching horrible customer service. I asked to get my earrings cleaned, the employee refused saying they don’t do cleanings on weekends because of “too much traffic”. I looked around to see where the traffic was, because it was no where to be found. There was no line inside or outside the store. There were only 2 other couples in the store and myself. He suggested I buy the cleaning kit. I did not take his suggestion. I asked him how long it takes to clean and he said 10-15 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager. Her answer was identical “too much traffic”. The manager also said even though they are Pandora they are “independently owned” and they only do cleanings on weekdays 11 am to 6 pm. I explained that those hours are not customer friendly at all. The manager continued to refuse to help me. I went to another Pandora store the same day in Brandon and the employee there happily cleaned my 1 small pair of earrings without question within 5 minutes. God bless.

    The only Pandora that I've ever been to that always has stipulations for jewelry cleaning. Every time I've gone in to have a cleaning, I've been told they do not clean jewelry anymore during the weekends or they're not cleaning today because of a sale. I've gone to many other Pandora's and asked if this was something that is done and was advised the other stores have never heard such a thing. I gave it three stars because we do have a pleasant experience for purchases however not being able to ever get a cleaning is a big inconvenience for me considering how quickly these expensive pieces tarnish.

    Been to the store many times but the last time i went my experience was honestly terrible. I came to exchange a ring for a smaller size because it was just a bit too big, had the ring for less than two weeks. When i came in the guy that helped me didn’t even take the ring off me or look at it closely before he said it was in “terrible condition” and he “didn’t know what i did with it or where i took it”. i ended up buying a new smaller ring and he wouldn’t even look at the old ring and tell me where the defects were. ended up returning the smaller one later with no problem but just honestly didn’t want any pandora jewelry after that experience. super upsetting they would treat customers like that, and he also tried to upsell me after i had to buy the new ring again….

    I purchased a ring from here Nov 14th used it for a couple of days then realized the diamonds were lifting up! I put the ring away and didn’t use it again until I was able to return to the store. I went in Nov 28th with ring and receipt. The defect was very noticeable, But I was told they cannot exchange or replace it because there wasn’t a diamond missing (you could see the diamond out of place) and I had worn it. Pandora, It’s very disappointing the way you deal with issues. It’s a defect in your product you really need to take ownership and have better customer service when it comes to those things.

    I have numerous pieces from Pandora from over 20 years ago Charms bracelets and have given as gifts slso. When I purchased my first bracelet I was told that Pandora would was guaranteed for life and would fix there pieces. November of 2021 one of my bracelet broke and I took it today to get fixed when I entered the store the sales girl was very nice and I told her why I was there and took out my bracelet and she asks me for my receipt I said I don’t have it and she says well we don’t fix anything more than a year old. Really I thought it was guaranteed for ever. So I said thank you and Pandora policy sucks and walked out and am very upset and will never buy anything from them again

    My wife and daughter are big Pandora fans and I've never had a bad experience finding them a gift. Frances M was great, she showed me around and was extremely patient in helping me pick out the right gift. If you have a wife, daughter, mother or sister I can't recommend Pandora enough!

    Google online states open at 9am Christmas Eve Hours. Employees inside kept saying 10am. Then a line formed of nearly a dozen people because of this poor communication. Others complained that this happens every year. So I took my business elsewhere and am happy with my choice.

    Would definitely not recommend buying jewelry other than rings at pandora. My boyfriend bought me bracelet for Christmas and it’s broke already. Haven’t even had it for 2 months and it BROKE. Went to the store to get it fixed or exchange and said there’s nothing they can do .I would have to call a number and have it sent somewhere there’s no reason it should have broke already. It’s ridiculous that I have to get a bracelet sent somewhere and the store can’t do anything.

    I bought something from them for the first time and Will never shop at pandora ever again! I went in and bought something on clearance. Went back to return it because my wife decided she didn’t want it. They told me that clearance items can not be returned. Asked why didn’t the sales associate tell me this when I bought the item. And all they said was is that I should have checked my receipt and that there was nothing they could do for me.

    Only one person working at the store. Too long the wait. I was invisible. After waiting I left and she didn't even noticed. She didn't encourage me to stay, nor asked me what I was looking for. She didn't care loosing a sale nor a client. Had to go another place to buy jewelry

    Horrible customer service!!!! Went to go exchange my bracelet for a smaller size within the 30 day return period and was told that I couldn't exchange it because it was "worn." I only wore this bracelet a couple days. Sophia is the name of the lady that was very rude to us. She could care less about her customers. Don't go to this location. This was my first Pandora purchase and my last. This location doesn't even deserve the 1 star, but have to in order to post.
