My
son
bought
a
membership
-
decided
to
cancel
-
was
told
by
rep
at
facility
that
he
could
not
cancel
until
the
next
upcoming
month
-
I
went
in
-
they
immediately
canceled
and
told
us
we
would
have
to
pay
for
an
additional
month
due
and
then
contract
would
be
canceled,
mind
you
I
have
paperwork
to
show
account
showing
-0-
due
and
membership
closed
-
all
of
the
sudden
start
getting
phone
calls
and
numerous
emails
about
we
owe
money
and
the
membership
is
active
(mind
you
haven't
been
there
since
cancelation)
everytime
I
respond
to
the
email
and
provide
the
documents
over
and
over
and
over
again
-
its
the
same
response
"We
are
working
on
this
matter"
exactly
how
long
does
this
take
to
resolve?
Horrible
place
-
they
have
employees
give
wrong
information
then
revoke
what
they
say
even
though
I
have
papers
to
show
this
was
completed
AND
SIGNED
BY
THEIR
EMPLOYEE!!!!
I
am
reporting
them
to
the
BBB
until
they
finally
decide
to
do
the
work
and
cancel
it
all!
Ridiculous,
never
had
an
issue
with
the
other
Crunch
in
Philadelphia
but
this
one
is
out
of
control!
UPDATE
See
another
person
had
a
bad
review
-
same
issue
-
however
I
GAVE
30-DAYS
NOTICE
and
paid
the
additional
month
-
again
what
is
the
issue
here!!!

DO
NOT
JOIN
THIS
GYM.
THEY
WILL
STEAL
YOUR
MONEY.
I
went
IN
PERSON
the
beginning
of
April
2022
to
request
to
cancel
my
account.
They
didn’t
cancel
my
account
then
proceeded
to
put
my
account
past
due
AND
STILL
CHARGE
ME
ADDITIONAL
MONTHS.
When
i
called
customer
service
(which
was
hell
in
and
of
itself)
they
LIED
to
me
about
additional
charges
(it’s
on
the
recorded
line)
told
me
I
wouldn’t
be
charged,
and
later
in
the
conversation,
changed
their
tune
and
told
me
that
to
cancel
i
have
to
pay
my
now
past
due
balance,
a
yearly
fee,
and
a
$30
late
fee
that
they
just
added
at
that
time
(no
late
fee
referenced
in
the
beginning
of
the
phone
call
when
a
balance
was
stated)
AND
the
next
month
of
fees.
Even
though
I
already
requested
to
cancel
in
person
more
than
a
month
prior!!!
…in
addition
to
that,
it’s
not
even
that
great
of
a
gym.
Markets
to
10million
people
causing
EXTREME
overcrowding,
especially
at
peak
times.
They
only
care
about
$$$
rolling
in.

Hi,
we
are
sorry
to
hear
you
feel
this
way
about
our
gym.
Just
so
you
are
aware,
we
require
a
30-day
notice
for
all
membership
cancellations.
This
policy
is
clearly
outlined
in
the
membership
agreement
you
signed
when
you
joined
so
we’d
suggest
referring
to
this
document
for
further
information
and
clarification.
We
are
sorry
if
we
didn’t
make
this
clearer
when
you
joined
and
will
be
sure
to
make
a
conscientious
effort
to
better
communicate
this
in
the
future.
Hope
that
helps,
thank
you
and
have
a
great
day.
