2010.
I
was
there
yesterday
and
Went
in
today.
I
was
told
I
Owed
$150
plus
late
fees
because
I
didnāt
update
my
credit
card
in
September.
I
asked
why
I
was
not
told
this
yesterday
when
I
visited
and
they
claimed
I
had
not
been
there
according
to
their
records.
I
have
a
picture
I
was
there,
but
was
told
I
did
not
scan
in
even
though
I
did.
I
also
did
give
them
my
credit
card
when
I
went
in
in
September.
It
never
registered.
I
even
tried
to
lower
my
membership
to
the
lower
level
at
that
point
and
that
didnāt
take
either
apparently.
I
was
told
that
my
membership
has
been
canceled
and
turned
into
collections.
Itās
March
and
I
still
havenāt
been
informed
of
the
collections
debt
that
was
sent
in
December.
I
was
told
Itās
not
their
practice
to
tell
you
when
they
cancel
your
membership
because
they
have
over
3000
members
and
cannot
keep
track
of
that,
they
just
turn
it
into
collections.
Terrible
practice
for
finance.
I
will
not
return
and
do
not
recommend.
The
person
behind
the
counter
was
rude
and
said
he
canāt
believe
that
his
employees
all
know
how
to
register
a
New
card
and
there
is
no
way
that
I
had
turned
in
a
new
one.
I
have
been
a
long
term
member
but
will
take
my
business
to
a
place
that
can
do
better
with
financial
record
keeping
and
not
turn
me
into
collections
without
informing
me.
