If I could attach pictures, I'd share the mounds of garbage that have been piled up for two weeks because the dumpster never works and they never empty the bins. Rats, roaches and gnats are taking over. DO NOT move here. Packages are stolen, my grill was stolen. Rent is high and maintenance is low.

I have lived here for 14 months and the gate has only worked for 10 days. So the "Gated Community" is false advertisement. All gates must physically close to advertise as a "Gated Community". Last night if I was in my truck I would have been locked out of my own home!

Just wanted to give an update the gates still don't work and when you inform the staff they are extremely rude and unhelpful. I think they forget that the people who live here are customers and should be treated with respect. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Hello people the speed limit on Country Lane is 15 miles an hour not 60 look for the signs

I was with a friend barely driving inside the community. I was interested in buying one of the homes for sale. As I drove past the community office a white car driven by a woman from the office failed to stop, slow down, or even acknowledge I was driving. I almost t-boned her car! Not only did they loose a good future resident, the realtor lost a sale. If the office associates drive like this good luck working with them in the future.

Good place to live very well kept clean nice people

This is a gated community but they don't work !! Lived there for two years, run from ELS. it's all about money, if something breaks the office either don't answer or they don't come in. I wouldn't recommend this property to an enemy. Rent will go up 30.00 a month per year!! RUN FAST FROM THIS COMPANY! ELS IS A JOKE

I actually was visiting a friend there. Appeared to be a nice place to reside. The grounds are well kept.

Drove through looking at the property. In the process of relocating.. it's starting to show its age...
