I have been a customer with pool master since 2010. I won’t go anywhere else. The owners are honest and won’t rip you off when servicing your pool. Customer service is always at its best. This summer I was having major issues with my pool. It’s old and needed TLC. Anthony was so helpful in the maintenance and repair of my pool. He is amazing! I almost considered getting rid of it! Thanks to him, my pool looks amazing again and I swim in it almost everyday. I also purchased an Autobot Pool Cleaner. Saved me a ton of time in cleaning my pool every week- can’t believe I didn’t get one sooner. Overall, very happy with Pool Masters and refer all my friends and family to go there.

We had been having issues with our pool and pump,so we decided to let our other pool cleaners go. We were clue less on what we need to do our pool was green and we were so frustrated. Luckily we came into pool master and Anthony helped us since day one. He answered every question we had and schooled on our own equipment that we had no idea how worked. He knows his stuff. Everyone at pools master have been very helpful to us. We actually enjoy going in and getting our chemicals. It's always nice seeing them

Overall happy with Pool Masters in Plant City, FL. In 10 years they are my 5th pool service company I have used. All the others went out of business. Sold me a nice pool cleaning robot to help with maintenance. Worked great. Of course that just broke a year after I got it but that is the curse of electronics. Will have to contact manufacturer to see if they can help. Only complaint is they don’t always lock the screen door when leaving. They show up as scheduled and keep the pool clear. I plan on staying with Pool Masters. They also make billing and payment very easy on the cell phone. As busy as I am that is also very important.

I know Pool Masters’ fees have gone up, but what hasn’t! We are so pleased with our pool guy, TJ. Our pool is consistently clean and well maintained. He and the entire staff are courteous and always friendly and helpful when I need them. I’m so glad we chose to stay with them when the prices were increased!

Would like to to give 10 stars to TJ our pool man. He is knowledgeable, friendly & our pug Otis cries to see TJ every time we are home while the pool is being cleaned. The account is under my mothers name, but TJ is so kind, I highly recommend that de deserves a raise!

Pool Masters had been the company the previous owner of the house used so we went with them. 1. We have dogs so we requested that the pool tech knock on the door and let us know before they walk into the back yard. (For obvious home owner liability issues) The tech consistently and related walked into the back yard without stopping at the front door first. On this last occasion I saw them in the back yard and went to lock the dogs in. The tech then rang the door bell and explained to me that he is letting me know BEFORE he walked into the back yard. 2. We later received a very rude phone call from the manager letting us know that we had been dropped and then proceeded to try to very sternly lecture me over the phone that his techs do not have time to knock on peoples’ doors before they enter someone’s property because they have so many pools they have to do per day. Needless to say the conversation did not go well. 3. The price we were charged each month was not consistent with the agreed monthly charge. Luckily I had already hired another company so it all worked out. I do not recommend this company if you have dogs on your property or are otherwise security conscious about people waking onto your property. UPDATE: After they dropped my service they continued to charge my card.

Poolmasters is a fantastic local Plant City company. Great prices. Great customer service. And a fantastic staff. Always very helpful with making sure your pool maintained its beautiful clear blue water. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After YEARS of service, caught them hitting and missing servicing my pool while I transferred to Colorado for work. Made it worse when the grandson decides to come out to check it AFTER reporting no one showed up. Says, "Do you have cameras?" Seriously? Look at the pool. I don't need cameras to prove it wasn't done. "He said your car wasn't there and the gate was closed". Wow, couldn't be any more incriminating. So how does he handle it? He nets the leaves and washes the green algae filled filter. He knew his "buddy" skipped it because he also conveniently "forgot" to leave the ticket that says he was there and what he did. It's ok if you want to cover for your buddy/worker but the least you could do is make it right.

We had been with another local pool company for several years. I don’t want to mention their name because I like the people and with the economy I don’t think they could keep up. With that said Pool Masters has done a wonderful job. Our pool hasn’t looked this good in years. I’ve had some work done on our equipment and have had solar panels installed. I’m very happy with Poolmasters.

Yo this place is awesome!! I've been going here for about a year for my pool and every time is great. Bring a sample and they'll get you just what you need. Their prices are fair but the service is awesome. Chris helped me the second I walked through the door, refilled my chlorine tubs and got me everything I needed within minutes. Had me rang up and walked the heavy stuff to the car even making sure it was safe and secure. Go here for your pool. It will thank you.

Hired them to maintain my pool when I moved. Had my realtor state that my pool was green and notated by several agents with showings there. This is preventing me from selling my house. I literally had to drive from Georgia as my requests were not getting answered by phone. Also found out my pool pump ground/bond wire was removed when they installed my pool heater. FYI, this can be potentially deadly to someone. Valves not set correctly so as you can see my spa is draining below tile and exposing surface to sun which is damaging. I have cancelled service with them today and hired another pool company. I asked for a refund obviously so I may change rating based on how they respond to this. ***uodate: Still no response, had the other pool company come out and they sent me these pictures and said the pool was very poorly maintained and sent me these pictures. Can’t believe this company isn’t even apologizing for this.

James is my service tech from Pool Master. Every week James cleans my pool and has done a fantastic job. He is very punctual and extremely polite. Would recommend his services to anyone who is looking for cleaning pool services. Five Star. Keep up the great services.

Pool Masters has been great! Austin does a fantastic job keeping my pool clean, and the service calls are always quick.

We agreed to allow Pool Masters to continue servicing our pool after taking over new ownership of our property in 2021. Since then we have had multiple problems with both the old ownership & new ownership taking over recently. We are constantly having to monitor when they show up (recently roughly 15 mins each week for a job that should take at least 45 minutes to complete our weekly services). We have even had to request additional cleanings for jobs left incomplete. This is the second time in less than 2 months where they no showed without any warning on our weekly cleanings, yet will still charge us our monthly rate for 4 cleanings. It’s very common for us to have a new person each week, which we have to then show how the pool equipment operates each time (unacceptable as who is always home during a whole day on Friday to ensure the job they are paying for gets done properly). To say we are dissatisfied with Pool Master’s service would be an understatement. Will be hiring someone new this week.

Pool Masters has been servicing our pool for years. They do a great job. Consistent, friendly, and professional weekly service. They inform us when the pool needs a little extra care and/or if there is an issue that needs to be addressed. The few times that issues have arisen, they offered repairs at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for weekly service or repairs

I just purchased a home in Seffner and am a first time pool owner. I have had 3 service performed so far by Pool Master and am completely satisfied with the work and prices. Chris has been wonderful to deal with, very professional, completely honest and showed up when he said he would. They have converted my pool to saltwater. They found and fixed 2 leaks in my drain line and only charged me for the one they initially quoted me. And lastly they had to replace my pump. They thoroughly explained the work they needed to do and never went over the amount they quoted me. Its nice to do business with a company with such high standards.

I have had a few pool companies in my time and Pool Masters is by far the absolute best! I have had the same tech since I’ve started with them and let me just say that Adam G. is friendly, professional and he does an absolutely amazing job on our pool! Highly recommend This company to anyone who has a pool services!

This place is by far the best place ever. I used to go to another pool place and spent so much money trying to get my pool clean and it never worked. I went to them not only did they go above and beyond for me and help me get my pool parts but also told me what I needed to clean my pool and make it clear in within two days my water was sparkling clean it had never been like that in the three years that I’ve had my pool. I would definitely recommend anybody going to this place for any pool need that they have they’re friendly respectful they have answers to any question that you have they are by far my first choice.
