Madelyn was sweet and attentive. Also communicated with me and said that the time of day I went (after lunch) was perfect. Not a lot of patients waiting and we wait a lot less.

Arrived & signed in. Only 5 people ahead of me. I waited & waited & when the last person that went in came out & I wasn’t called I finally went up & asked & was told my sign in did not come through! Waited an hour & a half. Not happy!!

The lady that took my blood was amazing! She must have taken like 8 vials and it was so quick! This was the only time I have ever had blood drawn and had no bruise whatsoever afterwards.

Didn’t have an appointment but was seen quickly. Everyone very friendly, helpful and professional.

Tech didn’t know what she was doing. Couldn’t tell me how much blood was being taken in a specific vial and almost took more than she was supposed to from my newborn baby. Very unsatisfied and will never be going back to this location.

I would like to commend Vee on doing a great job on drawing my blood. And painlessly I might add. Thanks! Vee.

I went with my 2 daughters under the age of 6 year old and the nurse was so nice and gentle. Made them feel comfortable.

I used Quest for years and it was always a huge billing nightmare. I asked my PCP about a different lab and she sent me here. THANK GOODNESS! Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and (best of all) competent. It was an amazing experience and I will continue to travel from North Lakeland to have my labs done here.

Everyone was very kind,I was told 40 min to an hour,not even 15 min. later I was called back,she was so great and professional I feel horrible,I can not remember her name Angela,Amanda? The people that work there are wonderful they are friendly and nice and they take their job seriously when I gave blood it did not hurt and she did it very easy and I think her for that

The staff, especially Madeline, the medical person in charge are cordial & friendly and efficient in drawing my blood which I need to do on a monthly basis.

I was in and out in no time. Madeline is amazing. I did not even feel the needle. Best place to have labs.

Starting with the front desk… The girl was very friendly. And the excellent laboratory professionals (phlebotomist?) Everything was very good. Thank you! That's why I don't change insurance because I love BayCare.

They were very Kind and I got in very fast even though I was a walk in. I never felt a thing when my blood was being taken. Thank You for such good care.

Judy was the person who helped me. She was very kind and congenial. She took my blood and actually got it on the first try! YAY!!! Judy made the trip to the lab more enjoyable, if that's possible. Because of her expertise and professionalism, I hope to encounter her services on future visits to the lab.

As usual, when I go to Baycare to have my labs done, I am greeted by a friendly receptionist. I usually try to make an appointment, and so the wait time is very reasonable. The lab workers are friendly and professional, and take care to be as gentle as possible with things like drawing blood.

My 3 yrs old had to get blood drawn and was a hard stick. The staff went out of their way to calm her by singing, making her laugh and giving her water and cookies. They did a amazing job and made sure she was okay during and after. Thank you to the staff for being patient with her.

First time at the Plant City BayCare and it was a wonderful experience. Shortest wait time ever! The lab technician was friendly, fast and thorough. I really appreciated the great service. I'll be back again! Thanks BayCare!

First visit was a win! My phlebotomist was a rock star and she filed my insurance and sent the results to my doctor who is not part of their business. It was TOO easy!

Probably the most seamless blood work I have ever had! You go in, sign in and they take you as soon as it’s your turn. The technician was excellent. I didn’t even feel her put the needle in my arm. Can’t ask for a better experience. (And my labs are at my dr the next day!)

All the staff went above in helping me get the test I needed for my knee replacement surgery. All the staff were kind to my situation. Great job

As always they do a great job. I’ve visited this lab every month for the last 2 years and will continue until my doctor says I no longer need the services of the lab. Everyone that I have dealt with has been so very kind and compassionate which are traits that all healthcare workers should have. Thanks and God bless those who I see every month. You will probably send a survey every month as you have been but unless there is something that happens to drastically change my opinion I will not respond to another survey.

I had a Lab Appointment today at BayCare Laboratories at the 1601 Timberlane Dr. Plant City location. My appointment was at 10:12 am and my mom's appointment was at 10:36. We both were taken in at 10:41 and handled with the utmost care and professionalism !!! 👍 Upon arrival I was asked by Google Maps asked me which entrance was BayCare Laboratories. This BayCare Medical Group Facility has three major entrances that run North to South as the building is laid out. BayCare Laboratories entrance is "Entrance C" the Southern Most Entrance.

The restroom was DISGUSTING!!! When I informed the staff member of what was going on with feces on floor, she had a patient so I presume that was the reason why she didn’t go right away to fix the problem but the other worker sat at her desk and didn’t bulge. I will never go back!

I have been going to this place for many years for all my labworks. Sometimes I do have to wait long or very long. However the friendly staff makes you forget the wait. Very efficient and professional and knowledgeable.

The service was excellent, I did not have to wait long for the nurse to see me and the staff is very friendly

This is my happy place! These people treat me so well I don't want to leave. They are super efficient and move patients right along.

I had advanced reservation and even with that I had to wait for over 30 mins to be seen. The nurse that did my blood work was great, but the fact that I had to wait for that long even with appointment is just ridiculous.

It was a little of a wait, they needed more help. The employee who drew my blood was very nice!

The person drawing my blood was nice, but I made a reservation online which showed the first available appointment was ten days away. I made the appointment and it was not on the appointment list. There was only ONE person there. Why the long time to set up an appointment that did not show. NOT happy with your system.
