The location is not bad. The front desk service was good. The rooms were horrible. I found trash from whoever the previous person was I checked the bed and it was clean. That was okay. We also found cockroaches. It was late. I didn't want to keep looking for another hotel. But I do think that they can improve. They need an upgrade. They charge like a Hilton so they can probably do better the smell of cigarettes was strong even though I requested and no smoking room. There were a lot of dogs. Barking really loud.

Maria at the front desk was very helpful I had a bad experience at another hotel and she reassured me and checked me in with ease. The rooms where very clean and spacious with lots of kitchen cabinets for storage. The closet is nice with plenty of space to hang your clothes as well as a dresser with 4 nice size drawers to store the rest of your wardrobe. The bathroom was nice and clean with fresh towels and shampoo. I recommend staying here if you love to feel at home nothing but friendly service.

Where to begin? I made a reservation for 4 nights Jan 2-6 based on location. Short story is that the place seemed sketchy from the get go, everything that followed seemed to confirm that, I was pleasant and patient even though the girl was very rude. When I asked if I could see the room I was being assigned that set her off. She asked if I had pets. I said no. She said most units have dogs. That is when I asked to see the room first. She got so irritated by that simple request that she literally cancelled my reservation for me! She said "I am cancelling your reservation because I know you won't be happy here". I am a 71 year old woman, it was almost 6 pm, and when I asked about a refund, she said I'd have to contact Expedia. I have NEVER been treated that way but based on the other reviews, she probably did me a favor.

Upon walking in to check in the lobby smelled like weed. During check in they had to tell us that almost all amenities have been taken away. Upon entering my non smoking room once again smelled like weed I do not smoke anything so I do not appreciate that the people cleaning the room doesn't run an ozone machine or something to clear out the smoke. On top of that there is food frozen to the freezer and the TV was blue to where you could barely see it. I don't really reccomend this hotel at all.

I really wish we had stayed elsewhere, but T-Mobile and their promotions made me think "it can't be that bad!" It's that bad. It's got cockroaches, not palmetto bugs, but straight up cockroaches. The floors were sticky, the fridge was rusting, it's really rundown. Our non-smoking room stunk like an old ashtray, and everyone smoking cigarettes and weed on the balcony came through the AC unit. Don't expect shampoo, conditioner, or more than a single bar of soap either. We received what I can only assume is their normal wakeup call every day between 6 and 8 am, which was doors slamming and people screaming at each other DV style. I walked out of the room the second night to see the sheriff's department doing a field sobriety test right outside of our room. That was entertaining, kinda. Honestly, "saving" 15% off the room price was absolutely not worth it. We vastly overpaid for what I can say is one of the worst motels I've ever stayed at. I should have just taken the hot (because we booked through a third party it was non-refundable) and stayed elsewhere. The desk gal was really nice, and it's right by the mall. That was really the only positive, and that's a stretch.

Absolutely appalling to have to experience this facility. Upon arrival the front desk was very authoritative and reveled many ways to waive discounts from the consumer. No map or welcoming services provided as well. The room numbers were too small to view from a distance. Premises covered in trash and debris including fecal matter as well as a fallen tree ignored and multiple infestations of pests and diseases apparent throughout the landscaping. Stairwells inundated with spiders and debris. Kitchenette had infestations that included cockroaches was absolutely filthy and provided no utensils whatsoever. Lamps were covered in dust, dust mites and other unidentifiable manifestations as well as the light bulbs had dead bugs. To clean up the kitchenette, obtain all necessary utensils and provide my pets with adequate living essentials and kill and deter and infestations approximately $1000 has been invested and the room has come to usable state for the time being. However native language is not a requirement of the staff so communication may not be achieved. The front desk employee spends a majority of their shift smoking out back inaccessible to guests. Web style sewer covers are located throughout the parking lot making this a very unsafe location for pets. As well as no fecal matter is regularly attended to and for some reason pets are being booked into rooms above ground level without elevator service in place. Carrying a senior dog up and down stairs multiple times every single day is not only inconvenient it becomes dangerous for everyone involved. This facility needs a reset of every aspect to go in the direction of enhancement or it will soon close. Just the trash situation alone is enough reason to completely shut down this facility nevermind the fecal matter and pest and disease infestations the unavoidable dangerous conditions are definitely going to hurt someone or something physically. This place will definitely not save you any money nor provide you with any convenience.

The room was dirty, smelled and had roaches. The blankets on the beds were old and worn, really sad looking. We didn't use them. There were actually wash cloths hanging on the shower rod from previous guests. I had to wipe down ALL surfaces in the room and bathroom with Clorox wipes. It was a terrible experience and I expected much better from this brand. We were there to evacuate for a hurricane. There were no other options after we checked in. I won't be back.

My stay at Extended Stay has been pretty good thanks to Rashonda and Leslie (not sure how to spell her name) who both run the front desk. They were very helpful, professional and welcoming which I sincerely appreciate. I hope that who ever comes across this review have a similar experience.

The rooms are stinky, but I went to Bed n Bath and got a candle and plug in. Had to buy some things to keep the floors clean. Other than that not a bad place to stay. I have a room on the bottom and the small lake/pond is right out front. And my little dog stays for free. Pretty surroundings.

Clerk wearing shirt w/multiple stains at check-in Hundreds of cigarette butts at my door TV remote held together with duct tape No trash can Fridge rusted and dirty Microwave looked like it had been on fire No pots, pans, plates, or cutlery Bathroom door missing bottom inches due to rust out Priceline rating 6.2 should be .2 Cabinet doors loose... enough

Would not recommend. Probably should keep daily rentals away from permanent resident’s. Felt very uncomfortable walking to my room. Room needs updating. Microwave had rust all over it!

Booked a room for my daughter here and they denied her as she was 19. That is fine if they have rules however the front desk frmale employee was the rudest individual ever. My daughter called me while there and we explained how the contract online stated you have to be 18 to book the room but she rudely snapped at her stating it's situational just like it could say there will be a continental breakfast and there might not be. I chimes in via the phone that is irrelevant and she continued to ramp me on. As I read the other reviews about the dirty rooms I would just adbiae anyone to stray clear of this hotel. La Quinta is next door and my daughter was very comfortable there.

Dirty facility, missing items from room, phone not working to call front desk to report problems. Group of people standing outside room next door talking and smoking. No outside ashtrays provided for smokers, cigarette butts EVERYWHERE, room reeked of pot upon arrival and was reported to staff. All issues were reported to front desk, was told GM would be in at 9AM but I had a 7 AM flight. So useless. No ice machine on premises. Envious felt so unsafe, I left at 11:00 PM and moved to another facility. I will never stay at another Extended Stay even if they were giving away stays for free. My room was 132.00/night. Spent 10 more and moved to a Marriott.

Sister Ratchet was running the front desk. She explained she’d been there since 9am and has nothing to eat. From our experience, I strongly suggest she bring a sammich to work. Can’t believe this happened! Checking in, she was immediately upset because my son (18) made the reservation. She warned that if they call the room and I tell them I’m there, then they show up and I’m not in the room, he will be kicked out. She proceeded to explain that this is a “select” location, which means there are no perks like breakfast, etc. “All sorts of things go on here at night and there’s no security.” (Yet she’s worried about my son being loud?) None of this made sense. I questioned why this information was not expressed at the time of reservation and if an 18 year old can’t rent the room, why was he allowed to make the reservation? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Her response: “That’s what you get for booking thru a 3rd party. (we booked thru their site.) “You should’ve checked in hours ago anyway. I’m going to cancel your reservation, neither of you will be happy here, this is not a good fit for you.” It was my understanding if the room was paid, we could check in on our schedule. She canceled our 2 week reservation and out on the street we went. After reading the reviews, I’m grateful to have gotten our refund and not had to stay. Eww.

They claim to be so strict, yet there were a lot of people walking around in the early morning 1am-2am. The room have roaches and for the price they are small. The location was excellent shopping, which is a hop skip and jump away, as well as places to eat.

The ladies at the front desk are very rude and do not help at all. Have tried to change rooms for 3 days and they have come up with a different excuse every time. I do not have a light that works in my bathroom, a loud pop while I was taking a shower and the lights went out i had to take a shower in the dark. My air conditioner was leaking so bad the whole carpet was soaked and started to smell like mold and mildew. I would not recommend this place. UPDATE: MANAGEMENT SAID THEY WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT UP, THEY DID NOTHING, DID NOT GIVE A DISCOUNT, DID OFFER TO FINALLY CHANGE MY ROOM TWO DOORS DOWN AT A MUCH HIGHER PRICE.....DO NOT STAY HERE, RUN GO ANYWHERE ELSE LAQUINTA, BEST WESTERN ANYTHING WOULD BE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE.

First my door was having issues read my card. It took 3 days for the hotel to change the batteries. Then I've gone to the office 4 times asking them to fix the bolt lock and weather stripping on my door. I found 2 roaches in my bathroom and a dead baby snake on my kitchen floor. Bugs and reptiles can easily get into the room from the front door. Im Here for work and trying very hard to not move. I stay in extended stay all the time and this is definitely one of the worst experiences I have had.

Rooms are clean, but a little musty smelling. Tessa was the most pleasant person in a very busy front desk. She helped everyone quickly and efficiently and never lost her cool with all the request guests were making. I was impressed.

It is definitely a little older building than other Extended Stay Hotels in the area, by the appearance of the appliances but they work and that's all that matters. I like the non-carpet floors, the bed is comfortable, the water pressure is good and during the hot Florida days, the a/c blows ice cold air. The desk agent (Mary) was very friendly and made sure I was satisfied with my room prior to me settling in. The location of this hotel is probably the best feature beyond the hotel itself because you are walking distance to a movie theater, food options and shopping and across the main strip is a shopping mall and another movie theater.

Reservation was made for 2 weeks for work but had to cancel the second week. Office staff checking me were very nice🥰 my first room one of the burners on the stove was not working correctly, I was informed that people also lived there, since I was there for work the staff moved me to another room so I can be comfortable. The pictures online do not represent the actual location. Bed was super hard stains on sheets and blanket was rough. Decor in the room made it look shabby and outdated, cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were worn and hanging off by the hinges. In order to get towels and such I saw people bringing Their linens to the front office to exchange for clean ones 🧐literally took a shower in flip flops. I understand people need place to live but if there are guests staying for work or a day or two the tenants should be advice to not hang out in the hallways talking loudly on their cell phones. And then to come back from a day at work to eat a meal and find roaches in the counter! This place needs a major rehab.

The staff is amazing and go the extra mile every time. The rooms where clean and smelled good. Managers very helpful. Rooms need a little renovating but are kept clean and comfortable.

Because of Manny! He is an awesome front desk clerk! It's strange that the review I wrote about the nasty sheets and disgusting floor isn't appearing anywhere! The greatest desk clerk in the country doesn't make up for sheets with body fluids so bad they had soaked through and stained the mattress pad! My socks were so filthy, I had to throw them away 15 minutes after checking in! This was a corporate paid stay and I informed everyone in the company to not send our employees there again!

I’m grateful for the staff because of their attitude towards the customers. Nice location for shoppers and the free breakfast is the icing on the cake! Tessa and Mary have great mannerisms and make sure that they accomplish anything that you request!

I gave 4 stars simply because of the staff. They are the ones who made this a great experience, especially Thalia at the front desk. Not the greatest place to stay, but it will do when you’re in a crunch. My room was clean and it had no issues. It’s in a very convenient location. It’s a shopping center as well as several restaurants within walking distance. Typically this isn’t the type of hotel I would stay at so I’m not sure if I would stay again, BUT I would surely pop in to say hello to the staff.

Aliyah (sp?) at the front desk was awesome! She always made sure we had hot coffee and our needs were met. So helpful & resourceful ❤️ The rest of the front desk staff were friendly and just great people. We felt welcomed and our dogs enjoyed it here as well!

I booked this hotel total of 3 nights and 4 days last minute (memorial day weekend). Staff is good but the rooms inside are kinda bad. They are clean but old in my case the toilet took forever to be able to flush it and some little roaches. You can also hear the people in the room next to you (adjoining room). Honestly for $492.61 i prefer paying a little bit more and go to another hotel for the next time.
