While at the 2019 Boat show in Orlando FL, I met Ashley who convinced me in switching from my SeaRay to a Regal. She introduced me to Rufino Cruz who worked with me from the beginning to the very end. I have to say the process from having my boat built to closing was smooth and very interesting as you can go visit the Regal plant and see your boat built. Thank you all for your professionalism throughout the process. I’m back!!! Well here I am again, as you see that I left a great review after the purchase of my 2020 2000 ES. Rufino Cruz assisted my wife and me in purchasing our 2023 Regal LX4. Rufino kept us up to date on the delivery and the process for financing and delivery. When the delivery date came, he spent hours with us on the boat going over all of the various tech and accessories. We love the boat, and we love the great service from Rufino!

My wife and I were looking for a specific boat. We walked into Regal & Nautique of Orlando to look around. Alex, the sales representative gave us a tour and showed us some boats. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and told him to call me is something came in. After about a week on Saturday, I get a call from Rufino Cruz. He started sending me pictures of boats that were available and some that wouldn't last long. I went straight over to them. We looked again and then he showed me a picture of a Regal 26 Express. "That was the one" with cabin and all. After talking it over with my hyperventilating wife (Big Boat) I finally put a deposit on it untill it came in. Once it came in, Rufino and I met at the lake to go over the boat safety. Then it was put in the water. He showed me about dock etiquette and patience when in the dock. We took it for a spin and after much test driving I winded up leaving with what I found out was a Certified Yacht. WooHoo! Rufino was very knowledgeable about the boat and all of its parts. I really had a good experience without the pressure of a sale. He found the boat of my dreams and my wife's hyperventilation. Now I can join my cousin Jose, who is also a Regal boat owner. The team at Regal made buying a boat the smoothest process we've ever done. From the red carpet service of test riding, ordering options, setting up the numbers, signing and purchasing to the full day spent with us teaching us all we would ever need to know as 1st time boat owners, you really cannot get treated any better than this. It seemed so easy and their transparency and communication is commendable. I worked with this company last year when i purchased my boat remotely as i am closer to the West coast. Here's the kicker, i didnt buy a boat from them. I actually bought the boat from a private party and sent it to them for a full inspection and warranty transfer. Their service department was top notch! They gave me some insight on the good and the bad. Without them, i do not think i would have been able to purchase a boat without seeing it. They ended up getting me a brand new trailer for the boat and threw away the old rusty trailer it was on (salt water) as it was deemed unsafe to use. Here comes the good from the bad. I double triple checked with their team in regard to a bow filler cushion that was on the boat. They confirmed it was. I had my transporter check for me as well and they said it wasn't there. They mentioned they were going to do right by me and get me a bow filler cushion replacement from the manufacturer. The manufacturer (Supreme) was extremely back-ordered last year and in the midst of all the craziness my bow cushion wasn't ordered. Past forward to this year. I followed up with their team, and after a refresh on what had happened they hopped right on top of ordering my bow filler cushion for me. I received an e-mail today stating it was being shipped to me. I will be buying their team lunch from their favorite restaurant in return for their great customer service. 10/10 highly recommend doing business with them as they will go above and beyond for their customers.

Top notch team. Everyone was so supportive and understanding. Made the decision to go with Regal! Cruz is the man and really advocates for the customer. I can't wait for the delivery and orientation. Will definitely buy my next (bigger) boat from these guys!

Did custom build of 2023 Regal LS4 great experience! Dealer staff (Alex and Rufino) were awesome in helping us finalize design and even gave us full tour of factory to see production of our boat. Delivery included test run to learn the boat which Alex explained every detail. Started buy at boat show so got great price! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Regal.

After visiting multiple boat shows in Miami and FLL over 3 years, I finally found the perfect yacht with Nautique and Regal of Orlando at the Orlando Boat show. Even without showing an initial interest and just acting like another non-buyer at the show, Rufino made me and my family feel welcome and personally toured the boat with us. After I expressed initial interest, Rufino never pressured me into anything. He was different than other boat dealers I have dealt with. I even asked him how he compares to Azimut yachts. His response was very appropriate. He wasnt just selling me the boat, he was selling me on his confidence and the Regal brand. The way he did it, now that was intriguing. I did my homework and everything i learned led me to the decision that the Regal 36XO was perfect for our family. The 36XO 's performance is amazing! I compared it to the 38 and 42XO and the extra couple of feet is not worth the higher fuel burn rate when the 36XO checked every box we had for a yacht. Rufino took us on sea trails (well lake trails) and the yacht's performance far exceeded our expectations but there was an unfortunate and unexpected mishap at the end but from my perspective it was ultimately a test to Regal's support and the Regal brand. Something will always happen, before or after you buy so i wasnt upset but I could have totally walked away from the deal if i was looking for an excuse to get out. But i was a serious buyer and Rufino kept me up to date multiple times a day until closing. My previous experience was with a 24' single inboard motor so this was a big step up for me. Rufino took us out and trained us on the boat from launching, retrieving, starting, shutting down, reserving a transient slip, going in and out of the slip, going in and out of a lock, what to do and what not to do, what can be damaged and who to contact for different warranty items, and even how to clean to boat after we used and even grilled on it. Rufino is super humble, real, and supportive and ultimately that is also the same for Nautique and Regal of Orlando. Thank you for putting our yacht search to a stop and helping us get into the water and begin a new chapter of yachting adventures!

I have only good things to say about Regal Nautique! I have a 2007 Xstar that needed electrical work after some damage and they got my boat up and running quickly and it runs amazing! The guys they have working in the back are fantastic. Their mechanics are incredible! I will only go to Regal Nautique.

I was referred to Nautique of Orlando by a family member and what a great referral that was. I was looking for a used wakeboard boat. My sales person Jason was a pleasure to deal with. I also spoke with Scott and Danny on an unplanned stop when Jason wasn't there and they were just as helpful. Due to both of their personal experiences on the water and with the specific boat I purchased and their level of rider experience made all the difference in the world.
