If you’re looking for a craft store I would go anywhere but here. This place had one of my worst experiences I’ve ever had and what’s worse is my 10yr old daughter had to experience it too. I would go here again if you paid me too… worst employee experience.. store wasn’t closed yet but employees were very pushy because they wanted to go home.. lady was slamming stuff into a basket on the counter.. when I wasn’t buying too much because I let my daughter get more stuff the other lady looked at us and said “ do you even have any money?” How do you say that to a paying customer ?!!? Never again!

I have gone here for several years, and the service was always poor. I was in yesterday and had trouble finding something and looked to one of the employees and when she saw me walk toward her, she fast walked through the back doors, which has happened before and the other employee ignored me. So I was mentioning this to the ladies in my family and they ALL commented the service is horrible there and it wasn’t me. We all run into this at fast food restaurants all the time, but these ladies are not kids. Shameful!

I just got yelled at by the store mg for something an employee said she can do. I drove back to the store to complete a price adjustment per the employees okay to do so. She was kind and nothing but nice. She asked for 1 thing from her mg and that lady was RUDE and extremely snappy with both of us. I have never been treated this way by a mg of a craft store before... And Im sure it will not make a dent in your sales but I will not shop here anymore. This was embarrassing and I just walked out of the store. The mg didn't try to apologize or change her tone at all! Just a nasty rude human being!

I always go there for my sewing needs and craft needs they have plenty of fabric great Asortments

We stopped at this store yesterday on our way back home (Palm Harbor) to grab some yarn I needed to finish a project. They didn't have what I needed. I decided to use the restroom before I left. The sign on the back of the bathroom door has a sign stating how they strive to keep it clean. This restroom had not been cleaned in a very, very long time. I opted not to use it. If I were the manager here...I'd be ashamed.

Visited the store in Spring Hill, FL. The selection is "ok" but I like the store in New Port Richey, it's bigger and does not feel as crowded.

Friendly, helpful employees. This has to be the cleanest and most organized Joann store I have ever visited and I visit a lot.

This store has super helpful employees, they were the best. I know that employees don't have any say over how expensive things are, but the prices are literally insane. There is a foam carvable pumpkin there that is $39.99 and it's the size of a small basketball. Like. Why?

Came to buy buttons and had to use the bathroom? It was absolutely disgusting. Imo, it's a reflection of the entire store. Why is your restroom so filty!?

Nice store. They had everything we needed to decorate Christmas cookies. Who would have thought? Well my wife did. 5 stars

If you love a peaceful environment this is the place to go. It is never to crowded and the staff are really nice. I would recommend coming here for your crafty needs.

On 03-20-2023, I was trying to run into store at 18:56. I just needed one particular item. One of employee was standing by the door watching me parking, locked the door on me when I stepped into by front of door.

It has many different fabrics and craft stuff to choose from. It's a cute little store. Some things I was looking for wasn't there but most of what I'm looking for is there so I'm cool with that. 🙂

Everyone there are very willing to help me find the things to get my old Singer fully functional. Today I needed a new light bulb and a tool to help sew over heavy seems ( I saw it on youtube and knew it was just what I needed). Perhaps it's just that I am a man in a women's store who likes to sew that got me all that support.😏 Dennie

Store personnel were very friendly and accommodating throughout my visit to the store! They all seemed to get along well with each other sharing stories and laughs. It's so much nicer to be around people who seem happy in their jobs because they are happy taking care of their customers. Keep them happy corporate!

Employees are very nice and helpful. The stores not that large. There were a limited amount of 59" upholstery fabrics.

Not my favorite place to buy fabric but I found a lot of cute embellishments that I can use.

I was looking for a solution that seemed impossible to find. The associate gave me "replacement " that worked out perfectly!

I wish I could remember the wonderful saleswomans name so she could be recognized for excellent customer service. She took the time to walk me through my project with helpful suggestions and cost saving tips. Great selection and excellent service!

The Spring Hill location was smaller than the Citrus Park store, but it was a nice size to find what I needed quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Some things I fine. Most of the time I have been little disappointed. They don't stock up thing's fast enough.
