Love the staff and the doctors. Very caring and don't nickel and dime you. My dog cut his face, I called them right before closing and they did not hesitate to tell me to bring him in.

Great place.... staff is awesome and very friendly, doctors are awesome and knowledgeable. Everyone there cares about your fur baby, and shows it. THIS is thee absolute BEST Veterinary clinic I have EVER been to!!! Staff is fabulous and so are the Vets!! Impeccably clean office and beyond up to par with Covid precautions!! Specific car parking spaces to check in without even getting out of your car!! My pooch is very difficult/strong and they were beyond patient with him. The Vet even sat on the FLOOR WITH us to do the exam!!!(versus making me put him up on the exam table!) Who does that?? VCA does!! I passed 3 Vets closer to my house just to go here!! So glad I did!! So worth the drive!! Not over booked, no wait. They even gave me medication samples to treat his hookworms for free!! DON'T go anywhere else!! Make the drive, you will NOT be sorry you did!! I will NEVER go to any other Vet office!! And I'm 50, I've had dogs🐾🐾 ALL my life (multiple at times WITH health issues! Diabetic, kidney failure, and one who was blind!!🦮) and cannot count the Vet visits I've made!! VCA is, hands down, THEE VERY BEST I have EVER been to!! Just purchased a puppy in Clearwater at a pet shop. Had her a month. One morning she started to bleed rectally. We took our new puppy to VCA while they were renovating. They were so helpful and kind. They gave our pup the best care. I would highly recommend them.

UPDATE: We lost My TyTy to cancer on Oct. 3rd. Dr. Pierce and tech Amy were so compassionate, administering the euthanasia meds while I held TyTy in the back seat of HIS car - his favorite place to be. All I can say is, Dr. Pierce is THE best. I just wish it wasn't a 45 minute drive from me. Today was our first experience at this clinic, and all I can say is, "I wish I had gone there sooner." Dr. Pierce was our vet and Sam our vet tech. They gave my dog such a thorough exam! They were both so loving toward TyTy, too. I was surprised at the bill! A full exam, full senior bloodwork, medication for his ears, and the bill was $280 ($200 of it being the bloodwork). As for Ty's knee, he does have a completely torn ACL, but he also has a damaged miniscus. I would have saved us a bunch of money, had I gone here first. Dr. Pierce concurs, laser therapy does nothing to heal a torn ACL, the injections that I was given to administer cost me $525 at his previous vet, but would cost only $250 here. Same stuff. As for the surgery, Dr. Pierce recommends conservative treatment unless he begins to deteriorate. As of now, TyTy doesn't walk "three-legged" - he doesn't raise his affected leg when walking (or running). When the bloodwork results come back, we will decide which way to go medically. I'm looking forward to using this veterinary practice for all our needs, and we have a lot of them, being a cat rescue!

I brought my 8 week old puppy this week in critical condition. I can't thank you enough for saving our little girl. Our pup is happy and playful again in just 3 days after her blood transfusion. The staff is very caring and helpful. Thank you again.

Have two puppies that have have been going to VCA since we brought them home. Staff has always been super nice and warm to them. My puppies do not hesitate to go in which to me is a good sign. The staff even fit us in immediately when one of them ate something he should not have. Great place!

A playing accident resulted in a leg needing stitches. With short notice we got an appointment, complete with peanutbutter to calm my husky/lab they stapled the wound. Within an hour me and my drama queen were on our way home. We have been patents of San Francis for 14 yrs+

We want to shout out how GREAT Dr. Campos is, so knowledgeable kind and caring for Ryder, our past dogs, and us. I would recommend this office to anyone. His staff is wonderful kind and caring. We only trust "him" with our Rye Rye

My 5 month old doberman had a vomiting fit and wouldn’t stop. I called 17 vets in the area and nobody took walk-ins as well as this clinic but when I showed up in tears, they took us in anyway and took good care of my boy. They were very upfront with the cost and what their treatment plan was, when nobody else got us in they did. The emergency hospital was not open until 5 PM and I had to leave work to come home at 8 AM when I saw that he was still vomiting in his crate, 10 out of 10.

Dr. Campos and his team are more than just a doctor visit. They are family. I couldn't be more thankful for them the way they helped Remy and us when he went through his cancer diagnosis and his chemo. Remy loved coming here so much. Always wagging his tail as if he just seen a family member every time he'd come in for his chemo treatment. He was excited to be there. I will forever be grateful to you guys. I'm so thankful for each and every one of you here and words cannot express how thankful I am. You guys are awesome and I think you so much! God bless you guys! If your dog is going through cancer, I can't express how much. Dr. Campos knows what he's doing and I highly recommend him and his team.

This vet's office is top notch.. I been using them for over 6 years now and simply can not be any happier. From when u walk in at the front desk, to the tech that comes in for vitals on your animal to the loving care from everyone of the doctors.. Everyone is so friendly they know u and your pets name by heart. You can tell they all love what they do. I feel so comfortable with my 5 animals care to this vet's office I will never go anywhere else. I will be boarding my Shepherd with them in October for few days , I am confident with all the care. Love, playtime and all the kisses and belly rubs my Zeus will be getting. Not to mention they send me up dates few times daily and video or pics of my baby while in their care.. Thank u all from bottom of my heart for making me feel that my babies are in the best hands while I am away.. Giving me peace and mind knowing that they are well taken care of.

Very clean. We took all 4 of my Chihuahuas together. We were in an exam room large enough for me, my fiance and the 4 dogs. I explained that one dog in particular is a little anxious. Much to my surprise he was wonderful. They made him feel so relaxed that he was actually the best of the 4! Everything was clearly explained to us and our questions were answered. My fiance was so impressed that he asked to have his dog's vet records transferred over to them. For the past year he's been using his regular vet where he used to live nearly an hour away.

My wife and I took our 2 dogs in for a examination. Our Golden doodle 6 month old puppy kept shaking his head. So Dr. Soliman did a complete examination took swapping from the ears. Was found out to be infected. He got medicine for the next 2 weeks. My 8 years old husky/poodle mixed has a bad molar that is being removed tomorrow. She also has a bad cough that Dr. Soliman took the time to show us videos of what was going on with her. Our previous veterinarian had us treat her for kennel cough. This clinic will be our puppies Doctors.

They went above and beyond to help my cat, Joon. He suddenly went into CHF, they got me in without an appointment, and we came up with the best plan moving forward.

In the past, I have had great experiences at this office. Unfortunately, the last time I was in with my baby, I had Dr solomon. My son's dog had a tumor rupture, and we were unable to afford surgery at this time. I came to the office to see if there was any form of treatment that I could do for her to keep her comfortable and healthy. Not every vet just cuts tumors off. There are other solutions. The doctor came into the room as I was praying over my fur baby and was absolutely rude. I am crying and praying over our fourteen year old family dog. To rush into the room and basically tell me there is nothing that can be done except surgery and if you don't have the money, oh well. What happened to bedside manner? He didn't even say hello, how are you? I'm sorry you're going through this nothing like that! If I didn't want to help my dog, I wouldn't be at the vet! Also, I was picking up my cremated dog, so it was an extremely emotional day. I just felt that I was treated with such disrespect I almost don't want to ever go back. I hate to give a bad review, but that doctor may know what he's talking about, butt he is terrible with clients. I talked with a few other people who also had a very negative experience with Dr. solomon. Thank you for your time.

My senior dog was attacked by another dog earlier this week and when my daughter arrived in tears every receptionist jumped up to help get our girl out of the car, even the vet techs from the back came out. Luckily our girl wasn’t as bad as I thought, but we were so scared this would be it for her due to her age. They kept her for the day treated her cleaned her up and she came home to us that evening. And with all they did the bill was not astronomical well under 1000 dollars and she had a laundry list of treatment they did for her including a new flea medication that is actually working for her. We are so grateful for everyone who works here not only do they care for the animals but in our moment of panic they showed so much compassion and support. Thanks to San Francis we are able to have more time with our dog while she lives out her last years.

I can't recommend San Francis enough...love them and they love my furbabies! My 8lb furbaby had congestive heart failure and after the Emergency Vet stabilized her, she needed to be transferred to her Vet of 6 years to stay on oxygen. Unfortunately, her Vet of 6 years on County Line Rd told me they couldn't take her in because they were booked for the day. I was horrified! I started calling around in tears and San Francis did not hesitate and told me bring her in immediately. I could not believe how caring the entire staff was. The staff and Dr Wark called me throughout the day to keep me updated on my furbaby. I have found an amazing place and wished that I had found them earlier. I feel that my furbaby would not have gone through what she did because their staff is so much more knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to put your trust in San Francis.

Dr. Campos performed an ostectomy of the hip on my 1 1/2 ylo cat 5 days ago and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone from the front desk staff to the vet tech and vet were informative and helpful. The best part is that my cat is doing amazing. Oh, and did I mention my final bill was lower than the estimate. When does that ever happen?

We had a serious emergency with our little Westie. Our regular vet said they had no time to see her. Went to San Francis and they took her right away. They staff was so patient and kind. We were seen immediately even though they were already full. Got a full workup and found the issue. I can't say enough about how kind they were. They knew most of their patients by name. We will be going here from now on! Hopefully on the road to a full recovery.

I have taken many animals to this vet as I frequently take in strays and help lower income folks to get care for their animals. They are always able to get me in the same day. The staff are lovely and Love your animals just as much as you do. When my grandma’s dog had a spinal cord injury, we appreciated the follow up phone call from Dr. Lowe to check on her.

Took my 1 week old puppy’s in for a check up because one was getting sniffles had them do a exam on all of them they put them on a antibiotic well a week went by my puppy’s Still wasn’t getting better I took them back in to the vet for them to give me another Prescription for the same antibiotic that wasn’t working another week went by I was starting to lose them none of the antibiotic that they gave me was working so I took them back in for them to tell me for the past three weeks my puppy’s was on the wrong antibiotic the hole time I had six now I only have three y’all killed my puppy’s because you put them on the wrong antibiotics then tell me when you do figure out that they was on the wrong Antibiotics that I will be out of the woods in 7 days when I was there every week for three weeks it took me three different doctors for them to Finally catch the mistake I have been trying for the past four months trying to let y’all make things right but here we are this vet is one of the most careless vets I have ever been to I highly don’t recommend I took a month out of work drained my hole savings account all because of your mistake all because as a vet office yall never once looked over my pets record to see what antibiotic you put them on till the last minute my frenchie puppy’s could have been saved if you would have did your job properly now I’m out thousands of dollars!!! An you only wanna refund me a couple hundred I wouldn’t take my pet goldfish here save your heartache an save your pet !

Hello!!! I just wanted to share my own experience with this place. We took our dog here because she was pretty lethargic and not really wanting to move around. One of the main doctors walked in the room barely looked at our dog and said she had a life-threatening uterus inflammation, said we needed to get an immediate surgery. Otherwise she would die within the next 24 to 48 hours and if we weren’t going to do this surgery (because it was 4-6 thousand) to put our dog down, we then took our dog to an emergency vet and she just had a UTI and all our baby needed was an antibiotic.
