I’m new to the whole botox/filler process although I have been researching about it for quite awhile. I was very diligent when picking the right place because I have heard of many horror stories and did not want to encounter that same experiences. I’ve had many consultations with many places I chose not to proceed with. From the moment I walked in I felt “at home”. The spa itself is absolutely gorgeous, the vibe is very calm and soothing, & the front desk staff are so sweet and welcoming. I met with Cheryl who was just as sweet as could be and so knowledgeable. I explained my concerns and my wishes and she gave amazing feedback and suggestions. She was very detailed about the entire process and told me what she felt would be best to achieve the results I was looking for. I felt like she cared more about my wants/needs rather than how much money she could get me to spend which is a huge plus for me, as I have encountered a lot of money hungry places. I left feeling like I made the best decision choosing this place and am so excited to continue my self love journey (as I call it) with them!

Dr. Bridget does such an amazing job! I have been going to her for a couple of years now and I honestly can say she is by far the best. I have gotten a few procedures Botox, Filler, microneedleing and PDO thread lift Dr. Bridgette never lets me over do it always putting me the patient before money and always giving her best medical advice! My experience with Enchanted Medical Aesthetics has been wonderful. The atmosphere with it's beautifully tasteful decor and cleanliness along with the front desk employees gave a calming effect right away. My appointment was with Bridget who is absolutely fabulous. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my concerns explaining various procedures. There was absolutely no high pressure. I was very excited walking in the office. It’s very clean and modern. The staff was so welcoming. Doctor Cheryl is very nice and comforting. Patiently answered my questions and talked me through as far as what to expect with doing Botox. Little nervous in the beginning, Cheryl made sure the process was seamless and painless. Being only three days the results are incredible. Can’t wait to reach my 2 week peak! I’ve already recommended enchanted med spa to Many of my customers at work. I visited for the first time last Saturday and I’m seriously impressed! The space is VERY aesthetically pleasing and clean. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and made me feel very welcome. I filled out forms/consents online ahead of time, so there was no mountain of paperwork to complete upon arrival. I had an appointment for Botox with Dr. Bridget and it was a very quick, easy, and fun experience overall! It’s only been a few days, but I’m really happy with my results so far! I will definitely continue to go back for additional treatments and would highly recommend their services!

Cheryl and Bridget are very knowledgeable about treatments tailored to results. This state of the ART facility is beautiful, immaculate and well equipped. The providers are all very well educated and trained in what they are performing. They always take time to answer questions and manage expectations realistically. I can't imagine going anywhere else. They understand helping you look better without looking "fake."

The lobby is beautiful and smells fantastic. All the women were super friendly. Ruth Velat worked with me. She is amazing!! I recently decided to finally take care of my spider veins after years of varicose vein treatments. My experience with Ruth was nothing short of AMAZING!!! I bought 3 treatments and after one treatment I actually wore shorts for the first time without feeling self conscious. Ruth took her time and addressed the areas I was most concerned about. First off, let me start by saying I live in Tampa. I’ve gotten treatments done in my area and was not happy with the results. A friend lives in Ormond and recommended Enchanted. I love it. Dr. Bridget is super personable and actually listens to what you want and explains whether or not it’s possible and/or what is and the plan of care. I appreciate this. I came for a simple lip flip and intend to come back the 2.5 hours one way for my fillers. My friend got hers done here and they look great! My confidence in this location is through the roof. Don’t hesitate, this is where you should go. Book it!

I was researching local businesses for IPL treatment that could handle that and all my other aesthetic needs in one spa setting. However, the most important thing was finding a skilled clinician. I chose Enchanted Medical Aesthetics after I saw it was run by Nurse Practitioners. I had my first IPL treatment today with Bridget and she was very knowledgeable and caring. She adjusted the heat and wavelength for various parts of my face and made sure I was comfortable. I am looking forward to a even skin tone and brighter complexion. I can already see some of the areas fade away. The staff was very sweet and the building beautiful. I booked my second appointment quickly! Do the same, you won’t regret it!
