    Won't go back here again. The employees have more time for each other than the customers. I was there to purchase a Sony camera and wanted an employee's advice on which one to purchase, there was no problem with them wandering around doing whatever the hourly employed do for 8/10hrs. If you ask me if I want help and I responded, Yes, I do. That doesn't mean you do get someone else to get someone else. If you work there you work there. I then found the manager who was aware of me waiting for over 10 minutes tells and employee to assist me, the employees then tell me to wait until he was done speaking with the manager. He obviously couldn't be bothered with me wanting to purchase the camera or asking where are all the SD ®cards? The camera was $1200. Jeff Bezos will get the business.PAUSE!     Great Greek Squad! They helped me get a new laptop for free after they could not fix mine, which was under warranty. Very helpful and courteous. Free parking validated on the beach. I purchased a spare laptop online, it was ready as soon as I arrived in the store. Highly recommended Best Buy, now I purchase all my laptops with warranty through them with 360 protection.

    This store in Miami Beach is a disaster. They clearly don't keep an updated inventory and have no responsible manager. We just ordered a Canon printer online and it was available to be picked up in an hour. We drove to the store after an hour, they checked us in and made us wait just to receive an email after 20 minutes stating that the printer was out of stock. If they want to keep their customers happy, they clearly are not doing a good job.

    Would recommend customer service training, make customers feel welcome and not have to beg you for assistance, be certain that what they’re actually giving you is what they say they are giving you as this was not the case during a recent visit and can honestly say that it was my first and last time visiting the beach Best Buy as it was anything but a pleasant experience.

    We stopped by to do a return and it was handled quickly and without hassle. Refund was done. We needed a new printer and they had the perfect one for us that also happened to be on sale. It was going to be shipped. It arrived today just 3 days after we bought it. Great service all around. Easy parking in the garage. Everything went smoothly .

    My macbook air M2's screen broke 2 days after buying it since it's so fragile and although I have apple care, their only offer is to give send my laptop away for 3 weeks which is impossible for me as I run a company with it. If a device is defective, it breaks for no reason, it shouldn't be eliminated from return policy, it's a perfect reason to return the product and buy a new one. Specially since apple is going to send a new one anyway since they don't have the parts. Apple said they would do it for me if I bought it from them. Don't buy from a third party like Best Buy!

    Went to buy a TV but there was no staff member available in the store area to entertain my questions. If stores like Best Buy want to remain open in an Amazon and online retail dominated world, they have to make the customer experience amazing and attentive as that is what can set them apart from online retail.

    They were supposed to open at 10:00. I was late to events because of them. The workers didn't show up on time. everyone is so rude. The store was closed without explanation. The store does not match. Terrible service. Better to overpay but go to the Apple Store, where you are treated like a princess. Than such a rassisim, where people are divided. While others have paid. I hate this store.

    GREAT personal experience. Received a broken TV, brought it in, got immediate credit and got a new one. Every employee greeted me and went out of their way to help me. Wonderful buying experience. Beats online purchase every time.

    It’s the worst Best Buy store I have ever visited. The customer service here was atrocious with zero assistance and nothing but punting from one staff person to another. They only staffed the checkout counter with one cashier who had to deal with a long line of customers including lengthy return processes, while other staff members were having fun socializing. All I needed was an item from the Apple display shelf which was locked, and it took me over an hour to get someone to unlock, stand in line and complete my purchase. Ridiculous!

    I recently had two very positive experiences at this Best Buy location, both thanks to Adrian and Saba. On two separate visits, each of these two associates went above and beyond to make me feel valued and cared for. During a recent complication with my card at Best Buy, Adrian resolved the matter with exceptional patience and understanding, making me feel both important and appreciated. His approach not only defused my anxiety but also inspired my return to the store. The next day, I encountered Saba while exchanging an item, and I was equally impressed by his comprehensive understanding of the products and his sincere enthusiasm for assisting me. Hats off to the hiring manager for employing these two outstanding associates. They genuinely elevate the entire shopping experience!

    HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do not order online from them. Not only did they cancel my next day delivery after charging me for it. They also canceled my order after their irresponsible driver decided that he wouldn’t leave my package at the door. I literally yell at him from my balcony, “I’m here please leave the package” and that he said that he had already canceled it and ignored me. Like how RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I contacted their useless support service and was told to reorder; I’m never making that mistake again. Just save yourself the hassle and DON’T BUY FROM THEM! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

    I was there to buy a soda stream refill. The guy at the cashier sold me a different model and when I said that the empty refill was different he promised that it was working as well. I put in my terra soda strewn machine and it was stuck. Removing the refill it broke my machine. I want a refund and a new machine . Let s see tomorrow what happens . And I will lose 1 hour drive to go back there . Terrible experience

    This review is for BB in Miami Beach. I purchased a counter microwave yesterday and had to come and share what a great team of employees you have at this store. The new QR code in store order and pick up is convenient and quick. But what makes it the best is your employees from the young man at the customer pickup, to the floor salesman that actually went and got us a microwave, and to the young man who rang this up. Jason, your employees live up to the name Best. They were all professional helpful. I even asked them to open the box because we don't live in the beach and we didn't want to go and find out that it was damaged. He was awesome. He opened the box. He taped it back up. What a great store. I will definitely make a point to go visit. Best buy at the beach

    I had the misfortune of visiting the store for a return after they sold me a MacBook that started smoking within 24 hours. This place is amazing if you would like to wait an hour for the one person who is allowed to help you in the Apple area. Do you have an extra 3 hours to spare? Then stand in line behind 7 other people for customer service at this Best Buy: it's guaranteed to keep you on your feet for hours on end.

    I think traditional brick and water retail is struggling right now. The store was a bit chaotic and I didn't get great service while researching a new phone. However, when I did go back to pick up my new phone and the trade-in process. It was smooth and easy. The staff member was really nice to me.

    Just use Amazon. Best Buy is the worst customer experience I ever had. Purchased a TV and scheduled for delivery and install. Waited home all day no one called. I called 4pm they said they are on their way. Delivery guy called me at 6 pm said they can’t find the tv and I have to reschedule I rescheduled for Monday. Again received a delivery confirmation email. Again I waited all day no one showed up or called. I called around 4 they said they don’t have the tv! This is 10 days after I bought the TV. Now they tell me they can deliver it 2 weeks from today because they don’t have it in the warehouse. Bottom line is I purchased a tv and was promised delivery in 2 days now I won’t get it for 25 days after purchase!

    It is funny to see the difference from one store to another. 2 months ago living in Georgia we bought full kitchen appliances, incredible sales attention. Miami beach no help, it is more help yourself type of store definitely lack of staff. Not knowledgeable help either. Miami is always handled differently.
