Depot Miami Apartments

Apartment complex Apartment building Student housing center

👍👍 I was a resident at Miami Depot for two years. I would recommend this complex to those looking to live in a low rise Art Deco garden type community in Miami Beach. The location is really convenient and in the center of everything while at the same time being pretty quiet considering the location.... People often mention property, time, Depot,

By far my favorite of the 3 apartments I’ve lived since moving to Miami last year. Absolutely LOVE my recently updated studio; gorgeous tile in kitchen and bathroom with tasteful, clean design. Beautiful hardwood floors - so hard to come by these days! Many properties don’t feel like dealing with the upkeep. The property itself is private and warm - it’s as if nobody really knows there’s a vibrant, proud and tight knit community within the inner courtyards and quietly idyllic space. As a writer, I spend probably 600% of my time in the common courtyard. The grounds and lush greenery are impeccably kept with their tropical integrity, and I don’t feel like I’m at a stuffy, sprawling development where wristbands are required for like, laundry etc. (Yes, this is a thing elsewhere!) When I abruptly needed a new place a few months back, I probably reached out to a dozen places online. Not only was Natalie prompt, she showed me each unit with genuine enthusiasm. And beyond THAT, Management bent over backwards catering to my need for speed per moving in. The entire experience spoiled me at a time such kindness and professional empathy were needed most. My apartment is spotless, no bugs, no noise, this is not the place to come party and I’ve never once wished someone would turn it down. (And I’m a fun chick.) If nothing else, it speaks volumes to me that 80% of the neighbors I’ve come to call my family (I’m from New Orleans lol) have lived here forever and have zero plans of moving. Management has also been extremely transparent with us regarding the recent Surfside tragedy’s rippling as we continue to watch complexes near ours force tenants out due to structural concerns. No secrets, no mob mentality between tenants and management, no archaic rules and no hesitation is how I'd best sum it up. I'm not getting paid to write this, but I felt compelled given my gratitude.

I was a resident at Miami Depot for two years. I would recommend this complex to those looking to live in a low rise Art Deco garden type community in Miami Beach. The location is really convenient and in the center of everything while at the same time being pretty quiet considering the location. Many of the units have been updated with new appliances and I had a place with really nice large block marble style tile floors. The place stays cool in the Miami heat due to the thick cement construction and the Art Deco eyebrows over the windows. Sound proofing is pretty good between places in the same floor but there can be some noise above if you have a first floor unit. That is typical of 1940 construction and luckily I could really only hear my neighbor above when they walked around in high heels;-) The management is very responsive and very attentive to any maintenance issues. The gardens and landscaping is well taken care of and tasteful. You can get a street parking pass from the city and it is actually not too bad to park in that area as long as you are not getting home late at night a lot. I tended to stay on the beach and you can pretty much walk everywhere so it really wasn't an issue. The Lincoln Garage is only 1.5 blocks away and they charge about $135 a month if you want to have your car in a nice covered garage and off the street.

I have been living here for 4 years and so far I have felt quite satisfied. What I like the most is the quick attention I receive from the administration when I need some maintenance in my unit, almost immediately because the offices are in the same complex. The gardens are beautiful, it's like living in a forest. My apartment is beautiful and has been completely remodeled. It is an absolutely quiet place, you never hear noise from your neighbors and everything is clean. I recommend Depot 16 Apartments 100 percent.

I have to start by saying I love living here. I believe it is one of the most beautiful garden apartments in South Beach. I love all the community areas, which are spacious and well maintained for the most part. I love my patio, which I put in myself, spending easily $1,000 to create. (Who does that on a rental????) My 1-BR apt had been newly remodeled so it was spanking clean with all new appliances and a washer/dryer. And I love being only a block away from Lincoln Rd where I walk my dog and get my Starbucks early every morning. The current property manager is great and very understanding. In short, I think anyone could be very happy here.

I like living at south beach. if you a beach person like me you will really like to stay in depot Lenox. the location of the apt is literally close to everything whole food, puplix are really few steps away, Trader Joe is close too but you might need a scotter or a bicycle for less than 10 min ride. I have lived in couple studios before and non of them had 2 doors like the apartments depot has. here I have a studio by myself I'm a kinda guy who likes to cook and doing meals in my free time the good thing that your apt will never smells food from cooking. the ventilation is 10/10 which is not common in any studio apartments. Laundry units is 2$ for each which is okay and also has apple pay so you don't need any coins. Ashley, Richard all the team are so friendly and they give their best everytime you ask for something they are really helpful team.

Looking for the art deco apartment of your dreams?! Well look no further cause Depot has it all! I absolutely love the Depot 16 location! You are right next to the Lincoln Road Mall and on the same block as Starbucks, Lululemon and Sephora. This property is a quick 15-min walk to the beach. These properties are a great option for someone looking for a short-term lease because the online platform conveniently allows users to view updated rent rates by duration (7-12 months) in real-time. The photos and videos online accurately reflected the units I toured. My apartment had a few minor issues when I moved in. Ashley, Richard, and the team have been super helpful and friendly throughout the process resolving my concerns. It is easy to submit maintenance requests and pay your rent online. The property is clean, well-kept, and has monthly scheduled pest prevention, which is a must in a tropical climate! My dog and I are super happy here and you could be too! So what are you waiting for? :)

From the initial tour with Natalya, I knew the Depot team was different. Very knowledgeable about the property, approachable, efficient, professional. They are on top of it and worked with me to get approvals for a super quick move in. Every time I'd call their office for a question, there would be an actual person answering, and it was usually Natalya who remembered me so I wouldn't have to rehash my entire story a different person every time. Makes me excited to live in a Depot property.

Lisa the scheduling specialist doesn't seem to read any emails you send her.. I've emailed her numerous times asking if I can schedule an appointment. She seems to only respond back to ask if I am still interested. Just frustrating asking numerous times and no one responds or when they do is completely oblivious. If this is my first impression of the office staff I can only imagine how they would respond if I was a resident...

😠 It is shameful Helios Apartments administration, several negative comments from most customers. You pay your rent correctly, and when you need something they ignore you or keep stumbling, it's been more than 1 month since my dryer stop working and no one does anything, I’m been calling everyday but...
