Found
this
place
by
accident
however
in
life
I’m
learning
most
GREAT
things
are
found
by
accident
and
this
place
was
no
different.
I
came
to
pick
up
my
mother
from
her
overseas
travel
and
she
was
hungry
to
say
the
least.
She
requested
Haitian
food
and
so
my
search
began
and
we
started
to
make
our
way
to
this
restaurant
because
it
was
close
to
the
turnpike.
From
the
moment
we
walked
in
I
knew
it
was
the
right
place.
The
decor
was
tasteful
and
modern
and
the
place
was
spacious.
They
had
a
selfie
wall
which
kept
my
young
brother
busy
for
a
bit
and
I
can
admit
I
even
took
a
photo
myself.
Don’t
want
to
forget
to
mention
they
have
a
FULLY
stocked
bar
to
which
my
companion
enjoyed
a
glass
of
Hennessy
while
we
waited
for
our
food
to
come.
The
owners
were
there
and
they
were
personable
and
professional
and
might
I
say
prompt.
I
ordered
the
fried
pork
with
the
black
rice
and
it
came
with
fried
plantains
and
what
we
like
to
call
our
spicy
cabbage
and
it
was
simply
the
best.
The
meat
was
seasoned
and
fried
to
perfection.
The
portion
was
just
right.
My
mother
ordered
the
legume
which
is
simply
put
our
version
of
mixed
vegetables
over
a
bed
of
white
rice
and
a
black
bean
sauce
which
you
can
see
from
her
smile
hit
the
mark
and
satisfied
her
hunger.
Lastly,
my
brother
ordered
a
fried
fish
which
did
take
a
few
minutes
to
prepare
however
I
can
assure
you
it
was
well
worth
the
wait.
The
fish
was
served
with
some
lime
wedges
and
garnishes
that
added
to
the
flavor
and
I
must
say
it
was
delectable.
The
fish
was
crispy
on
the
outside
however
remained
juicy
and
seasoned
without
being
dry
on
the
inside.
It
was
my
only
regret
that
I
didn’t
order
another
to
go
home
with.
The
sides
were
rice,
plantains
and
Haitian
macaroni
which
was
very
delicious
and
not
dried
out
like
some
other
places
I’ve
been
to
as
well.
Mark
my
words
this
place
is
and
will
be
the
next
BIG
THING
and
I
will
be
back
with
more
people
in
2
weeks
to
continue
its
growth.
It’s
a
great
place
to
host
any
event
and
couple
that
with
the
service
and
food,
we
have
a
win-win.
See
you
there
next
time.
