Store manager, Miss Annette is very rude and very unprofessional. Miss Judith is quick to get physical with you, putting her hands on you. The store always closes before time. The store is always a mess, I was told they were going to call the police on me for no reason but after I told him to go ahead, so I can get the wonderful police report they decided not to because they know they were in the wrong. Even though it was before 10 o’clock the general manager said, go ahead and let her shop because she was going to deny me to ring up my items. She then said to me after I told her. Am going to call corporate “ her exact words was go ahead because I got something for you. That was a direct treat! Corporate will be contacted again on the store. Manager is very unprofessional and ghetto.

Sigh. The prices are great, but they never have more than 3 cashiers working. Most of the time only 2. And they have the fewest cashiers at the BUSIEST times (after 4pm). Last month, a woman passed out from the long lines. 911 was NOT called, the manager gave her water and preferential treatment to go to the front of the line. But that should have NEVER happened. Here we are on memorial day, and once again the line is around the corner and i’ve been waiting in line for over 20 minutes. This is crazy. 😑

Im completely OVER THIS BURLINGTON! No matter the time of day you're always going to wait in line for a good 15/20 minutes. The air doesnt work, then the female workers get annoyed and rude when u ask about opening more registers. Wont be returning

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Burlington (store # 01177) located at 7350 Commercial Blvd, Lauderhill, Fl. , thanks to an encounter with an employee who claimed to be the acting manager. I visited the store on 11/26/2023 and was shocked by the lack of customer service. I was in line for about 40 minutes, which is completely understandable, given the upcoming holiday rush.  I had a simple inquiry about a product, and that's when I encountered an employee named Medjine, who worked alongside another employee named Lilly, whom identified as the acting manager, Instead of offering assistance, these employees appeared disinterested and unwilling to help. When I pressed further, hoping to get more information or speak to a higher authority, the employees insisted that they were the acting manager and that there was no need to involve anyone else. Not only did this employee lack basic courtesy and professionalism, but their refusal to call the actual manager left me feeling frustrated and ignored. It was clear that they were not equipped to handle customer concerns, and their attitude was far from what one would expect from someone in a managerial position. I believe that in any customer-oriented business, the ability to address customer issues and provide satisfactory resolutions is crucial. Unfortunately, my encounter with this employee and supposed acting manager left me with a negative impression of Burlington. It's disheartening to think that a store would allow someone with such a dismissive and unhelpful attitude to represent them in a leadership role. I hope that Burlington takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the need for better training and customer service standards. As a customer, I value being treated with respect and courtesy, and my experience at Burlington fell far short of those expectations.

Always been a pleasure shopping at Burlington . Great offers on a wide range of items . I always look for Perfumes and their prices are very competitive.

Amazing prices and good selection - but they need more cashiers

It’s been years since I’ve shopped at Burlington so I forgot about the huge selection of fragrances, handbags & all around great merchandise they have. Oh yes, I’ll be back!!!

2 cashiers in the middle of the day. I am expecting to wait 30-40 minutes, this is insane. Comments like mine have been posted for months and NOTHING is being done. I won't come back and leave immediately
