A lot people wait for buy something. Owner………manager……. Supervisor where are you?????? You have 13 cashiers but working only 3……. Are you try save money?????? No???? You just think this people not important for you!!!!!!! Fix this issue please!!!!!!!! It’s sunny isles!!!!! You must!!!!!!work for people who relax here!!!!!!!!

I just realized I have been warned not to go to this store: I personally experienced the worst shopping experience in my life. These people are the rudest, meanest emotions of any store I have ever been. They intentionally enjoy denying the smallest help to costumers and have zero manners. So yes some stuff is good. But the “shopping experience “ these people provide is HELLISH. You have been warned, as I just had discovered it too.

Really one of the worst Marshalls, huge line and 3 cashiers open out of 12! The clothes on the shelves are disorganized, half of the packages are ripped open and still are on the shelf selling! Such a shame of the store. Don't come here if you don't want to waste your time and be disappointed!

Avoid This Plaza - Unjust Towing Policy I had a terrible experience at this plaza while shopping at Marshals. Despite being a customer, my car was towed away without any explanation or valid reason. Other customers had the same experience as us. The management failed to provide any justification or valid grounds for towing my car, leaving me stranded and frustrated. The lack of transparency and customer care is utterly disappointing. Beware of their unfair towing policies that can ruin your shopping experience without warning. A complete disregard for customers' concerns. Avoid this place at all costs!

Me and my girlfriend were doing some shopping in Marshals when a dog suddenly attacked my girlfriend and biten her leg. The owner of the dog didn’t even apologize, and then we asked management for assistance but they do absolutely NOTHING in that situation. We asked twice to provide at least a antiseptic and bandage. Terrible management and service. Will never visit that store again.

Management is engaged with predatory and unethical towing service. Three of us were shopping, and then two of us went to the beach for around 1 hour while a third one was still shopping. We came back to realize the car was gone. Called the tow service and a rude dude said "you shouldn't leave the property." which only 2 of us did. No signs anywhere about leaving the property. Apparently, predators are waiting for people to leave the property, they don't care who came out of the store and who was still shopping.

The worst place ever, they towed our car while we were shopping at Marshalls. We called several times to speak with security or the offices, they never called us back. Other shoppers and businesses around had the same experience. Don’t go there!!!!!!

Made a purchase and left a bag at the counter. Went back after driving right up the street. Bag was nowhere to be found. Staff and management was no help. $100 lost.... Also watched a car get towed out of the lot.
