The girl working the cashier position deserves a massive raise. She's friendly, knowledgeable, super nice... Everything an employer would be blessed to have in an employee. Service aside, I thought the food was really good value. They had a Brio Burger + Side special for $7.99, what an incredible deal. Top spot in MIA, go here, you won't regret it.

My flight departed out of the E Gates so I stopped by "The Chef Creole" for some food before my flight. The service is very friendly and the employees went above and beyond to assist me. I ordered the rice with beans with grilled chicken and plantains, the food was excellent, every bite had lots of flavor and delicious taste. The chicken was tender and savory and the rice was fantastic. So happy to find this Haitian restaurant with great flavors at the Miami airport. I also tried the fish Haitian pattie. I like the taste and soft crust. Not spicy. Love to come back to continue trying their exceptional cuisine!

Amazing restaurant! It took 10 ish minutes to receive our sandwiches but it’s worth the wait for fresh food. I 100% recommend this place if you are going to the Miami airport. (Also to get to this place we had to go out of security to eat and back through security… it wasn’t hard for us but that can be a problem if you don’t have tsa pre-check and you want to eat somewhere actually good in this airport).

This place is IT! They have several locations around Miami that are amazing, but I constantly visit the Chef Creole in MIA and it’s OFF THE CHAIN! The customer service is great and the food is even better. The manager, Anola is very kind and beyond helpful. She allowed me to sample many things and I loved them all! I always get the fried shrimp and griot and I am always left wanting more. If you are flying in/out of MIA, you MUST try this place- you will NOT be disappointed. I appreciate you Chef Creole!!!

It was a little hard to order because the woman who helped me did not speak or understand English well but she was sweet. Best rice I have ever had from a csrribwan restaurant it was so good. They were out of beef patties so I got a veggie pattie and it was bomb. I have been craving ever since I got home but chef creole is only in miami 😭😭

Now, I know I can be critical especially when it comes to food. I do however like to give credit where it is due. The staff here UBER friendly...super friendly that I will not deny. They all are super stars in my eyes. Now to the brasstacks. I was sorely disappointed as any red blooded Caribbean person would be at the portions at this place. 😪 A MOUNTIAN of rice and literally 3 pieces (small pieces) of oxtail?? The taste was ok for stewed oxtail. I wasnt blown away but it was enjoyable but I feel ROBBED. The conch fritters were more flour and veg than conch. I made it a point to tear these fritters open and look for the conch. NO MORE THAN 3 FRAGMENTS OF CONCH!?! Naw. I was gonna get something to go for my flight, but Id rather suffer through Americans dusty ole business class meal than to pay for another robbery. I hope the owner reads this. You gotta ckme better boss. This aint good enough. Pics included.

My friend and I were excited when we found out there was a Haitian restaurant at the airport. Unfortunately we were very disappointed 😞. The same person taking the order is the same one making the food and sometimes taking payments. They kept mixing everyone's food which made the wait even longer. I ordered griot, plantains and collard greens. I got 2 pieces of plantains (which were not fully cooked) and the griot was 90% fat pieces, the collard green was the only good thing of my plate. The worst $17 I've ever spent. My friend paid $32 for a conch she barely could eat. Y'all need to hire more people otherwise y'all won't last. We need to do better my Haitian people😞
