Poor service! Tour bus left 40 minutes late due to one traveler not being on time. Consequently, tour to St. John’s River was NOT done because boat/ferry was gone by time we arrived!!! Then, as to appease people and not refund money, tour guide was instructed by Tatiana (agency owner) to take travelers to Orlando, which most of us did NOT want to do. Their answer to us questioning why was “because some of people on tour agree to go to Orlando”. Well, if we missed our ENTIRE trip because of one person, then because of one person not wanting to go to Orlando should be enough!! I am appalled at such BAD planning, and customer service! Why would owner give the tour guide an order to wait 40 MINUTES knowing this will delay the whole trip and make us miss 11am boat???? Most of the tour was the 3 hour boat ride… IT MAKES NO SENSE!!! Needless to say, I will not travel with Gallo Travel EVER AGAIN and I will tell ANYONE who will listen NOT TO!!! Oh, and from the start erroneous information was given because I was told by Natalia in office when I called twice to get pick up time & location that return time was 4pm, and tour guide said no, that it was 6pm. So, all in all, poor service, poor organization, poor information and DEPLORABLE customer service!!!!! If I could, it would be ZEROOOOO stars!!!!!

I only traveled with them once and everything was great, we went to San Agustin.

My first trip, I had an a great time!! Tour guide Alex is amazing very attentive to his group. (Muy cariñoso) He explains everything in detail. He’s available at all times for questions and knows where he’s going!! The driver Michel was very kind he bought us a colada in the morning (Cuban coffee), the music was not loud this is a A+ for me. Looking forward to many other trips!! Thank you Alex & Gallo Travel!!

Ask them a question and they get in your messenger as active all the times and don’t get out. That’s call harrasement or scam. Even if you have them blocked.

Never responded to my emails and calls...called me 4 days before my trip to tell me they had found me a car...I had to book elsewhere because they wouldn't return my calls and emails and they still charged me. Big scammers

As a first timer traveling with a travel agency I thought that it would have been a perfect idea due to the pricing and the driving. The pros are the driving, hotel, the two breakfasts,dinner and tour. The cons would be that the travel agency does not specify everything. For one if you are going to St.Augustine and decide to pay for the trolley it would be nice to know that there is no refund if you change your mind for the last minute due to the complication of the weather. The hotel we stayed in was disgusting. The room we had was not clean: the floor looked like it was not mopped, the bathroom looked gross, and the bed sheet was not changed ( it had hair ) and the towels were stained of gods know what. We always bring back up sheets, Lysol wipes and spray, and towels. The receptionist did not look thrilled to see our face at 2 in the morning once we came back from our little adventure. For future reference, if I am going to be traveling with an agency I would be asking more questions before after making a BIG decision Financial wise. But other than that it was a great trip.

Excellent experience with Gallo Travel, they addressed all my questions and concerns. Also, the agency keep contact with us during our travel. Natalia, is very professional and support us all time. She did all my paperwork, we did not need to worry about anything. Highly recommended.

Fernando is definitely my go-to, whether it's for a fun trip to Vegas or a dinner/club for a birthday, he always makes sure I am happy and taken care of all throughout the process, from beginning to end. I've never met someone who is more organized at planning, all while maintaining such an amazing vibe. I wouldn't go to anybody else! And I recommend him to all of my friends. nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with Fernando :)

Great experience with Gallo travel. They are really great handling everything, they are very professional.

It was a nice trip, we could accomplish with the itinerary with the expertise guide of Alex. He is very good guide and very concern and attentive for everybody has a good time. Only thing is you have to check before traveling that all the places are accesibles, we missed the Naples Pier.
