A damn good sandwich shop with very high quality ingredients...don't be shy with the hot and sweet peppers. The only place in Boca I've seen boosting Florida Atlantic: Go Owls -- now that Arizona and Gonzaga are out.

These subs are unreal. So delicious. And they are massive. Veggies taste super fresh and the meats are very very good. I always make a point to stop here if I am in the Boca area. The Monster is the go to sandwich. For around $12 you can easily feed two people.

The BEST Italian sandwich in Florida!!! The bread was so soft and the meat was cut fresh. They took such pride in making 4 perfect sandwiches for me. This is as close to home as you can get. Publix has their already cut meat they slap on and it doesn't even come close to the freshness and quality of this. Publix Italian's are okay but they don't hold a candle to this sandwich.

At one point this place was actually good. Now it seems to be a place where the employees compete over who has more tats and eyebrow rings. The food is way overpriced and they even nickel and dime you based on the type of bread you get, unheard of at other places. For some reason, throwing slabs of meat seems to be entertainment in this place. I don't get it. I get better food and service at Jersey Mike's any day.

We just love the subs here! Been eating here for years actually. The best part is the extra meat and the way they stuff every one of their subs! You get your moneys worth here definitely, not to mention the staff is always kind and helpful. If you want an amazing sub, def consider coming here!

Very nice people and very good food. We shared a large ham and swiss with BBQ chips and we're very pleased. They deserve a chance if you're near one location. I wish we had found this place earlier in our trip.

A lot of weird hype around this chain. I’d say they are slightly below similar brands such as Jersey Mikes. Other brands are slightly more standardized, fresher ingredients, and cleaner (as far as how they maintain the environment around the food and in the store) and honestly just taste a bit better. Also, had a very weird interaction with the check out person at this location that I didn’t let affect my review but wouldn’t return again because of that.

Excellent subs. The rolls are soft and fresh. Meats are very generous. Topings are very high quality. The tomatoes were especially good as were the hot peppers. I had an Italian sub that was incredible but the roast beef looked amazing too. I'll be back for sure.

This sub place gives you two huge chunks of sliced meat. They cut the meat right in front of you, so you know it's fresh. I have found that all the toppings are also better than most other places. For example the tomatoes are ripe and sweet. One thing to note is ordering online may take longer than walk-in orders. All in all, the best place for a simply delicious sub.

I love this sub shop!! They are soooo yummy!! A footlong sub from here fills me up for lunch and dinner!! One of the best subs I’ve had before in my life thus far!! 😩🔥🔥❤️

Really great subs, and UNIQUE. My go to sub is the Monster Roast beef, turkey and ham, absolutely awesome! Location is no longer really for sit in, most likely adjusted for safety reasons, few tables, but location is often very crowded.

I would give them 6 out of 5 if possible. There are no better subs anywhere. My first time was 1990 at the Davie store (I was lucky to have an office in the same plaza) and it blew my mind - fresh perfect bread, fresh ingredients - I'm salivating as I write... 33 years later it's the same quality. What's also interesting is that the staff at each location is there for years. Says a lot about the owners.

Really chill atmosphere, amazing subs. The cold cuts are generous, the toppings freshly chopped, and the bread is delicious. But that meatball sub is fire and has a cheese pull a mile long.

I didn't realize it was a chain until too late. The quality of the meat was surprisingly good compared to other chains but there wasn't much of it and it was overwhelmed by the toppings that it was wrapped around. The bread and choices of cheese and dressings were uninspired. Good selection of chips. Basically, it was fine but I'm not sure why there were so many people there.

Just ok nothing to jump up and down about Too much filler Doesn't need all that stuff...too many red and green peppers...doesn't need 10.pickles.... Lettuce tomato onion would be great First time here so now I know how to order Counter help looked busy but nothing seemed to be getting done Lady behind me cut in line to have her food cut in half...will give it another try and see if it gets any better ..bread was delicious so it wasn't.all bad..salt and pepper might have helped

I’m from New Jersey so I take hoagies lethally seriously and the Italian here blows anything I have ever had out of the of the water. Each sub is loaded and delicious and fairly priced. A bit of a wait almost always but always 100 percent worth it.

Absolutely amazing. From the bread to the meats everything was quality. They were packed but still were able to keep the line moving at a good rate. I got the Italian special. Highly recommend

Amazing subs. Just don't count on online ordering to be ready on time. Seems like no one is ready nowadays. Waited an hour then drive and wait in line for 20 mins while people order and complain they ordered their food 10 mins ago and still get their food before me. Guess that's the norm in the food industry. My spot in line doesn't matter and neither does the tip I paid prior. Next time Ill wait to tip in person when I actually get my food on time. There's no reason people should be skipping my place in line.

When I saw pictures I was skeptical since the subs don't look very "pretty", but this was the best sub I've ever had! Simple, fresh, wonderful tasting ingredients. Good service and the size is huge, I ordered a small and couldn't finish it.

I eat here all the time. The staff Eric and Brian are extremely friendly and are an asset to this business. The other staffers I don't know there names but are always busting their buts there making sandwiches. The food is amazing and the prices are decent 👌. You get what you pay for. This isn't Subway. Go check them out if you haven't already and you won't be disappointed I promise.

This place is just fantastic. Best subs in Boca Raton just barely beating out V&S Deli. Laspadas never dissapponts

With so many orders happening they had to ask what my order was multiple times. Regular coke was out as well a second flavor. Food came out 100% correctly. Tasty, juicy and quickly. The only real food downside is the lettuce which was a little brown and large cut.
