The property sits on expansive piece of Ocean. The hotel is set back from the beach. The gardens and pools & palm trees come first before you get to the beach. We were not hotel guests instead were attending an evening reception at the outdoors pool bar. Service was exceptional along with the appetizers. Pools side dinner was salads, sliders, fish etc. The indoors are stylish and low key elegance. Parking is a hefty $35.

The staff at The Four Seasons Surf Club does. Or disappoint. You will love everything about this property. It’s farther north than the trendy South Beach hotels, which means it’s quiet and discreet. The staff is quintessential Four Seasons, never disappointing. The rooms are quiet, luxurious and minimalist. All the restaurants are divine. Chef Michael White oversees Lido. As you can see from my photo, he seafood pasta dishes will not disappoint.

I stayed here at the recommendation of my awesome realtor Peter J Ancona who helped me purchase a place close by. Our stay was 3 nights while we did the final closing. What can i say but I love any four seasons i visit around the world. I found this one very confortable and in a great location with good people and energy. I highly recommend

The best service me and my husband have ever experienced. I was there for 9 days during my birthday week. As soon as we got there the lovely Olga Rukova was there to greet us. She gave us a wonderful tour and filled us in on the amazing history of the Surf Club. She was incredibly kind and professional, truly representing the image of the Four Seasons. On the day of my birthday when I came back to my room I was surprised to see the staff had left me a bottle of champagne and treats with balloons. I am very touched by this gesture, big thank you to Olga Rukova and the front desk manager Luka Boratti. Another big thank you to Jonathan Frechter for making our stay when we were at the beach very comfortable and being such an amazing person. Final thank you to the bar manager Jonathan, and all staff at the Four Seasons for an unforgettable experience. We will be coming back for sure.

By far the most beautiful resort on the beach in Miami. From the service at valet to the service at the front desk and on to each member of the staff throughout this resort. They do not disappoint. We had an amazing dinner at their exclusive Thomas Keller restaurant tucked away in the back of the resort. Every moment was impressive. Thank you for an evening of 5 star impressiveness.

By far the most sensational hotel I've ever stayed at. The property is simply divine in every way and fully deserving of its "top X hotels in the USA" position. The interior is so pretty and well designed, the room was beautiful and perfectly prepared, the service was incredible, the cocktails were delicious... I could go on. The staff especially are on another level, the bellmen, pool staff and front desk are just A++++ people who truly embody everything Four Seasons stands for. Even the lady who ran the shop in the hotel gave us incredible local knowledge, better than the concierge at most other hotels and it's not even her job! Whoever is leading this hotel's team is world class. I can't say a single bad thing about this hotel - I wish I could stay here every day and hope to return soon.

I wish I could give the Service 6 stars. Great lunch at the pool and the servers went above and beyond. The rooms are super clean with nice finishes.

I stayed at the 4 Seasons at The Surfside over the weekend for a business meeting and unlike my prior experience at the many 4 Seasons hotels I have stayed in both Europe and the US, the customer service I experienced was not that is expected of the brand. The A/C was making a loud noise all night long and would not turn off, next morning I went to the front desk to reported and the receptionist looked at me as if I was bothering her with my complaint, so much that I gave up and asked her to give the manager my number to call me in hope to have the issue resolved. It was only until the late afternoon and while I was at my scheduled meeting unable to answer I received a follow up call. In the evening I went back again to try to find a resolution and I was introduced to the manager who looked at me like I was talking none sense even after showing him a video where a loud noise coming from the A/C was evident. His lack of interest on the issue and the idea of having someone working inside the room at that time of the day when all I wanted was to rest made me decide to leave the hotel earlier than expected. On top of that a day later I got an additional bill for a room liquor charge that I didn't use. Honestly, the worst experience and a waste of money...I am still in shock the brand known for their pursuit of the perfect customer experience allows a loyal customer to depart earlier without any remorse...shocking!

Wow!!! The spa and their staff are absolutely fantastic. I just had the most amazing massage by Patricia London. She was so pleasant and professional. I highly recommend her. I was extremely tense upon entering; through the massage she was so soothing, spoke very gently and not to mention the touch of magic she has in her hands. I was very pleased with my experience and I give props where it’s due. If your looking for a peaceful and quiet day this is definitely it ♥️

The Four Seasons Bar is an ideal spot for a relaxing evening out, boasting a chic and comfortable ambiance that's perfect for unwinding. The drink selection is impressive, catering to all tastes with their expertly crafted cocktails and extensive wine list. It's a fantastic venue for a ladies' night, offering a sophisticated yet laid-back atmosphere where memories are sure to be made.

STUNNING hotel! We had the privilege of staying 3 nights in this beautiful property. When you walk into the gorgeous lobby, it feels like a museum: the arches, the tile, the plants and palm trees… the vibe is just perfect and of course the scent! Smells like heaven ❤️ The service and staff, the rooms, the gym, the house car service (Thank you Sebastian!), the beach, the pool all perfection! The rooms are very quiet and the bed/linens are a dream. I am forever grateful to have stayed in this lovely hotel, we didn’t want to leave. If you have the opportunity, just book it! Also, do yourself a favour and order room service… best croissant and chocolatine we have ever had!

One of the most beautiful restorations I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing and dinning at. Prices are high which was expected but given the experience, and level of quality it’s worth every penny. There’s multiple options on the menu to share if you’re trying to stay on a budget. I’d recommend going for a walk on the beach, enjoy a cocktail at the champagne room and dine at the newly restored and historic restaurant for a special night.

Pretty hotel , great to spend your vacation in Miami. Located in one of the prettiest sides of Miami Beach ( Surfside) . The view from the pool looks like European. It has a lot of space near to the pool and a beautiful restaurant with same view . It is kid friendly , they even have pool seats for your kids which is pretty good and cute . Four season never disappoints. This is not my first time on their hotels and in my opinion they are of the best hotels

Great Sunday brunch at Lido Restaurant. Our server ABDULLAH was amazing. Abdullah was super friendly, professional and his service was great. All the staff are extremely friendly and nice. Food was exceptional. Definitely the best place to spend your Sunday. Highly recommended.

You know the old joke: “why is divorce so expensive? Because it’s worth it”. That sums up this hotel. It’s expensive. And that’s why it’s worth it. Very few hotel rooms. Very very many attentive wonderful staff members making your stay excellent. This place beats other similar hotel condo combos in the neighborhood: people who own the condos are rich. Really rich. So rich that they can afford to leave them empty when they’re out of town. That means on a typical day you won’t be fighting for a seat at the pool or waiting 10 minutes for an elevator or seated five rows back from the shore at the beach. Rooms are well laid out, with fabulous views. I prefer a sunset view facing Collins Ave on a high floor or better yet a corner room with sunset views and a peek of ocean over red tile roof.Modern and elegantly decorated. Nespresso Coffee maker and water are provided “free”. Mini bar also has a decent selection. The breakfast buffet is back and it’s great. And there are gluten free options and a dedicated gluten free toaster!

Is these even a five star hotel when driving by collins you see their own employees waiting on a car to cross the street from the parking lot to the property. How embarrassing that even their is a police officer on site and on that same street on collins and they DONT BOTHER TO STOP TRAFFIC TO LET guests/employees to cross! Ridiculous

Four seasons just excels at making you feel special. We were here over July 4th weekend to get away. We had a corner room with a view of both the bay and the ocean and it was spectacular. The balcony was huge and the shades pulled back with one press of a button. The breakfast was amazing. I had the best French toast I've ever had and this being vacation, I had it two days in a row. The pool areas were large. The beach was clean and chairs were plentiful. We didn't love the Surfside restaurant, but apparently they are only physically on the grounds and an operate entity, but hotel management addressed this anyway. Thats what I love about this brand. They make you feel like they care.

This hotel, location, staff, restaurants . Everything just superb , you feel like you are instantly transported the minute you step in. I live local but return often to the restaurants and the Spas, absolutely fantastic.

Entertained some folks from out of town. It was a lasting impression on then. We ate at the restaurant outside and had a Devine view of the Atlantic ocean.

My favorite hotel for a reason. I've never had a bad experience here. They truly know how to go above and beyond. If you are looking for an absolutely luxurious day from beginning to end, come here. You won't regret it.

there are only two four seasons worth visiting in the US - here and Philly. Jonathan the Champagne Room general manager and his staff, including Sarah, make it even more worthwhile. To me this is the most beautiful property in Florida - the owner of the property pays attention to literally every detail - from cocktail napkins to staff uniforms. If you could imagine Cuba 1950 this would be it - the pinnacle of elegance and service, the rest of the Four Seasons locations in USA should take lessons. Thomas Keller restaurant on the property is also outstanding. You won’t be disappointed - nor will your AmeEx Black Card feel neglected.

Best hotel in all of Miami, bar-none, but obviously is priced accordingly. Immaculate service, grounds, and highly maintained & well designed. Surf Club Restaurant is as good as advertised. Crowd is excellent. All around one of my favorite hotels I’ve been to.

Yesterday I had the worst experience after I took the dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. (Which was perfect) The bell boys didn't want to help us with a taxi, they simply recommend us to order an Uber and after this, they were misleading us by telling a wrong meeting point. Very rude and unrespectful way of treating people for a 5-star hotel. Never had this experience in Europe before.

Amazing service and staff… gorgeous room and views, great food, great location. As always Four Seasons met and surpassed all expectations. The only downside was an incident by a security agent by a Dolce Gabana event that blocked us from exiting tge hotel through a particular hallway. I believed we were profiled because of the way we were dressed. I have never experienced this at any other five or four star hotel. The hotel personnel moved quickly to rectify the situation but it was too late. I will never forget this slight. I will recommend this hotel to others and will stay in it again.

Super friendly great staff. I would return here for the staff alone. They are very well trained and staffed. Bravo. The room and food are top notch. Beautiful beach with great views. 💯 % Awesome! If this was in my budget I would stay here every time I'm in Miami. Try it!!

Shoutout to the manager on this Saturday morning that works outside, putting out the beach set up! (Sorry we didn’t get your name) He went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of even though it was so crazily busy. He was able to tend to us patiently while still assisting others with personal greetings and smiles. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Sending you all the positive energy and if you see this man, tell him he’s amazing!

FS Surfside is by far the most beautiful and classy hotel in Miami. From the welcoming details at our arrival to my husband’s birthday cake/champagne and beautiful flowers in the room, you completely exceeded our expectations. Our Puppy felt very welcomed too by the very friendly staff. The bar has a beautiful ambiance, dinner at Lido restaurant was delicious and we also enjoyed a lot the pool restaurant with Lebanese/Mediterranean food. It was so good to be back. Can’t wait for next trip to Miami!

I work here. Every department and service wants your 100% satisfaction. You don't find that these days but you can at our 5 star Four Seasons according to Forbes. I recommend them everywhere. You're staying at the BEST. All of our guests and employees are amazing. Great energy and services.

Stunning renovation on one of Miami’s most historic properties. Multiple pool decks, chic Champagne bar, top-tier dining by Thomas Keller. Pro-tip: get a glass of bubbles at the front desk and peruse the curated gift shop, which rotates inventory every few months.

There are not enough words to describe how they made me feel during my stay in Passover 2023 and in the spa, I receive a massage treatment and it was one of the best massages in the world, the place is super clean The attention was incredible, I had a problem with the room and they immediately listened to me and changed it. They are all very high level of hospitality and experience. I can't wait to have the opportunity to be here again . Thank you Four Season Hotel I love you ❤️

Ok, I was a guest so I have no clue about the price at the restaurant. But they do wonderful Negroni at the Bar and worth the price

I love the bar at the four seasons. Especially in the evening once the lights are a bit dimmed it creates a unique mood. The common areas are mostly designed by French architect Joseph Dirand.
