We came when there was only 15 mins before slowing there was a whole line wrapped around the place but really wanted it so waited. We got thru the line in 5 mins or less our food was fresh. Our cashier was very friendly and apologetic for the wait. They even ended up staying until after closing time to finishing up taking all the orders from the people still in line. Over all amazing customer service

I have never been inside a chik til a, so I can comment on the atmosphere as I'm always in a car. Nuggets & waffle fries are my go to Easy to eat whilst driving. Chicken sandwiches are also good. The outside people have a great attitude and are friendly

A great lunch at Chick-Gil-A. The line when we first entered was really long and I expected to have to wait awhile. However, with three cashiers taking orders it was only a matter of minutes before they had taken our order and we were seated. The restaurant was really crowded with lots of families. This is definitely a kid friendly place with a play place available. The staff was super friendly and the dining room as well as, the restroom was very clean. The food was great and reasonably priced.

Food is decent, first time at this location and there were no napkins at all in the bag. I normally don’t get fries due to them not usually being salted well enough but this time around I gave it a shot and it was well seasoned. The diet lemonade wasn’t good

This particular Chick-Fil-A was incredible! I'm used to going to the location in Lexington. I was extremely impressed with this restaurant. The way they operate is completely different than the other locations and their operation works great because I placed my order, paid, and received an accurate, fresh order for 3 people within 5 minutes and ALL of the food was sooo good and just cooked..I don't know, maybe I was hungry and maybe I'm used to not receiving fresh fries and fresh chicken. I'll be back.

Yo. We all know this chain has the best service hands down. There's nothing to say. Thier great. Hands down as great and smooth as all other locations. Nice staff, great food, great environment. It's just what you " expect" going to any Chikfila ever. I have YET to be let down. They never ever mess my food up. Like never. I can't even compliment them in a meaningful fashion because the calibre of a review is to let others know if it's ok. RIGHT? Well it's not "just ok" it's blood fantastic. If every place has service like this one you wouldn't even have to bother with reviews. Go here. Eat here. Go get full belly syndrome from this location and have 0 worries. They nail it every single damn time. And that's really something man. The food is good, the service is 10+ billion stars and beyond . Yes, I will eat here again. And again. And again. Lol. Like... Why risk it someplace else when you know this location will get it got! Great place no competition.

The drive thru was a little sluggish, post lunch rush today. The order takers were very polite and friendly, and the order was accurate. Overall, it was a good experience. Chick-fil-A still is top when it comes to customer service and food quality.

A big shoutout to the morning crew today on 8/23/22 around 10am. My toddler and I had a rough night sleeping which led to a late start this morning and we didn’t have much food at the house so Chick-fil-A was the answer. The ladies in the drive through were very sweet, welcoming, and fast with our order. Reaching the window, I wish I would’ve gotten a name because the lady who addressed us was also very kind. This all happening while my son is obviously hungry and upset/crying. I was able to add on to my order at the window and within seconds we had our breakfast. Thank you for the whole staff at this location, you made our morning a lot easier.

Worst Chick-Fil-a experience. The service was alright just please thank enough, we are on a trip out of town so when we got our food and left we didn’t realize we were missing half our order. Plus we didn’t get utensils for the food we did get. Not the best tone to start our family trip on *hangry*

This is the best one in the city by far! Fastest drive thru and easiest to get in and out of. The staff recognize me at this point, so I also don't usually have to wait for pick up orders long either.

Very nice and kind staff and just very good chicken nuggets for a good price. And the Chick-fil-A sauce is the best.

LOVE the peach 🍑 milkshake! Fast food at the absolute best. Super fast service inside and drive-thru. Extremely mannered, courteous, friendly staff. They truly understand that the customer chooses where to spend their money and provide excellent service and great tasting products. Highly recommend!

this location gets my order wrong Every Time. how do you manage to give me a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon when i wanted a normal deluxe?? i dont even eat bacon its haram shame on you all. i got None of my sauces what am i supposed to dip this bland food in?? lemonade w strawberry sauce good tho besides that do not come to this location.

Went through drive thru, A new guy taking orders from cars was taking a long time to get the orders logged in and accept payment, the other line was moving 5 cars to the other lines 1-2 car's, finally the manager came out to see what the hold up was, I then pulled up to the new guy taking orders and as I told him the order I could tell he was having trouble remembering what I just said, I had to repeat myself about four times, I guess he was nervous, it's understandable. Food was good.

Chik fil a is my crutch. If there was ever a place where I should not eat it is Chik Fil A. I can spend my whole food allowance easily at this place. I am not bothered by this mind you, however my finances are. I want to thank this location for helping with a very large catering order for my work and I am so happy that they were able to accommodate us and help to feed out colleagues for a Christmas breakfast meal. Thank you all so much and look forward to the next large event.

This drive thru setup fails in comparison to the St Matthews and Blankenbaker. There should not be two lanes. I waited and waited and all I ordered was a drink but was stuck in this drive thru. No reflection on the service.

My son wanted chik-fil-A I pretty much never do. So we get Chik-fil-a and it was good. I got that spicy chicken sandwich and it was solid. No real complaints.

Ordered thru the app for drive thru. Service was fast. Food was good. Love those nuggets! Chick fil A makes every other drive-thru look like an amateur.

Tried to go to the new preston hwy store, but it was way crowded. Parking is bad. It should get better when other stores open and share the parking. We went to our usual place on outer loop. Great people, hot food, and wonderful service. Can't seem to go wrong at chik fil a. Parking is plenty since they share with the strip mall.

Gotta love this place. If you don't your psycho. I ate it for the first time last year and fell in love. Their chicken sandwiches and fruit bowls with a shake is my go to. Sometimes I just get 2 large fruit bowls. Never seen a place that can have 3 drive thru lines and get you out of there that quick

Do you want to know why people love Chick-fil-A? Consistency. You know the employees are consistently going to be so polite and helpful, unlike many restaurants these days. You know the food is consistently going to be hot and tasty, unlike many restaurants these days. Not spectacular, but consistently good. This one is no exception. There's something peaceful for the stressed mind in that. And people line up for it.

This was the ONLY TIME I have been to a Chick-fil-A and I was the next in line in drive thru 😳 the food was hot, but the portions were so small, got the 4piece nugget biscuits and the nuggets were about the size of a nickel

I just have to say i eat breakfast at this location at least 3days a week and it’s a specific young lady that is in the drive thru i was having 1 of the worst days of my life i pulled up crying she was so polite still i could tell she wanted to ask me if i was ok but she just said God bless you I’ve lived in this area for 5 years and i always get the best service sometimes i just go order ice cream so i can just hear kind words thank you staff you don’t just serve food you serve a purpose you never know how your smile and politeness helps others because i promise it helps me 100/100!!!!!!!!!

Always wonderful service here. The staff was sweet and took the time to be a person and not just a customer service employee. She was friendly and helpful while holding a conversation outside of "Just order and go."

Service has declined!!!!Not sure if there has been management change or something else but it's not good. I stop here for breakfast at least once a week. It's always been quick, and of course like most people I'm willing to pay for good service. The last 3 times I have been here it has taken me over 12 minutes from start to finish to get through the drive thru. It NEVER was like this before which is why I thought the first couple times were just a fluke. Nope, third time was just as bad and they even had folks working the lanes outside which normally expedites the process.

Visited Chick-fil-A on 5/10 8pm, and the experience was remarkable. The staff was exceptionally courteous and proficient, managing even the most intricate orders with grace. A group ahead of me ordered a heavily customized meal for six, and the team handled it without a hitch, showcasing their commendable expertise. As always, Chick-fil-A offered excellent service, making dining a truly pleasant experience. Kudos to the team for their dedication to customer satisfaction! Although I rarely dine here The food is good and sells itself. Hard to get orders placed due to massive over flow of traffic. Off hours best time to visit.

Usually all my Chick-fil-A reviews have been 5-star regardless of location. But I had a different experience today and am giving my honest feedback. I used the drive through and specifically asked for a large iced tea and Chick-fil-A sauce for my nuggets and fries. However I received a medium size tea instead and no Chick-fil-A sauce. They kindly replaced my tea and gave me Chick-fil-A sauce when I went back through the drive through. But the fries were very disappointing. Looks as if I got mostly small pieces and crumbs after eating a handful of full size fries. This is the first time I’ve ever received fries like this. Usually they are whole pieces and not the bottom of the batch. I will still come back here but hope it’s a 5-star experience instead of what I got today.
