Great restaurants have great owners. This is one of them. That food was amazing 👏 😋 . I had a Cuban Sandwich made to perfection. A side a yuca with garlic mojo and slow fried pork bits. My friend had the salmon special of the day. 5 out of 5!! They hit all the marks. Great friendly staff, Great food, Super cold beer, and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!! I will come back again. We loved the food here. I had the beef roast and potatoes and my husband bad a Cuban Sandwich. I also ordered a cafe con leche. I would recommend this place. Everyone was so kind and the food was some of the best Cuban I have ever experienced

All the reviews of this place are true! It's delicious! Yanitza was our server and she was amazing. Food is delicious. The owner came out and gave my husband free black beans, this is what customer service is all about. Definetly coming back!

First time in the area and I found this cute Cuban shop for breakfast. I walked in and the cafe is very clean and the people are very friendly. The coffee was the best I’ve had so far in the area. I ordered a ham and cheese omelette sandwich with Swiss, it was delicious!! Everything was amazing and the price was very affordable! Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area!!!

The pork chunks, yellow rice, and plantains were the most amazing thing to eat. I wish I could take this restaurant ( and the wonderful waitress) back to Chicago with me! Best food ever. Super nice people.

After driving by this restaurant every day going to work I decided to give it a try. I have to say this is the best Cuban food I have ever had in Broward and as good as the best Cuban restaurants in Miami. Service is a tad bit slow but the food is delicious. The smoke flavor in the roast pork was perfect. The steak sandwich is far better than any other I have had in the past 20 years. The prices are very reasonable as well. I cant wait to order lunch there tomorrow again!

This was our first time here, and the food and service were AMAZING! I had the Cuban Supreme sandwich, which has delicious roast pork, ham, mustard, pickles, and Swiss cheese. I ate most of it before I thought to take pictures, so instead I'm sharing a picture of the Picadillo with yellow rice, black beans, yucca, and croquettes. SO GOOD! Nery, our server, was the best! She even brought us a free pastry to try! We highly recommend Little Cuban Cafe', and we'll definitely be back!

11/29/2023– since it has been a little bit since I had a Cuban breakfast . We got a Uber ride and went there . It’s a nice and quaint restaurant. They give you coffee in a little cup , which I love , aside that it looks better , you only drink the necessary amount of caffeine and not much goes to waist. The service was excellent . It was around 930M so it wasn’t busy . We got a nice table . Table number #6.

Such a fun and friendly atmosphere that makes you feel like home! Tried the Cuban coffee and the quality was so high. Simply delicious. The food was fresh and tasty. Overall an amazing staff and dining experience. We drove in straight from the airport and our pure exhaustion from the redeye flight was wiped away by the energizing atmosphere. The staff gave us recommendations and had small talk with us, even taking the time to teach my brother a few new words.

Great food from a varied menu, nice friendly atmosphere. Love the breakfast. Also pork chunks, empanadas, cuban & medianoche sandwich, fruit shakes and more. I like to bring family and friends over to enjoy their delicious food.

Oh My Stars!!! Let me tell you…they got me with the FRESH mango juice. They could have given me refills of this and I would have been content with juice for dinner. Anyway, the food didn’t disappoint. We ordered Pork Chunk with black beans, white rice and fried ripe plantains and Smoked Pork Chop with black beans, white rice and fried ripe plantains. I had the fresh mango juice and Donald had the fresh lemonade. Everything was DELICIOUS! Oh then I had to get some colada. Peep the small 4oz cups and the smaller 1ozish ”cups”. The shots were perfect with my morning coffee. 😉

This place had delicious food. Nery was an amazing server, the environment was great. Took care of my family of 15. Would recommend the hot sauce if you like spice it’s homemade and the ox tail. Empanadas were delicious as well. The Cuban coffee is good and strong flavored. Overall great experience. I would come back.

Seriously, such a wonderful place. My husband saw this place and this place had great reviews, so we decided to try it out. The food was really delicious and fresh. The vibe was relaxing and the owner and staff were really nice and down to earth. Definitely coming again. Oxtail was super tender and savory.

Please get to this place immediately. Wow. Incredibly delicious. First benefit- it’s all ready and hot. No wait. Parking is super easy. Second- the portions are huge! This pic is what’s left over after three adults ate as much as humanly possible. Last- the service is amazing. JUANA and NERY are so kind and wonderful. They helped us along the way as we explored new foods and flavors. I hope anyone who visits this amazing restaurant gets to meet these kind women and experience their top notch service.

The customer service by Nery was amazing! She did a phenomenal job in serving our orders, as well as being a great conversationalist. The Cuban food was amazing and it was mostly due to Nery’s recommendations. I highly recommend this place if you want to try authentic Cuban dishes. This was a great and fulfilling experience which was quite satiating. I recommend the plantains.

A great place to grab some delicious cuban food at a reasonable price. No frills, family atmosphere. Seating available indoors. I come here whenever I'm in South Florida.

Updated review! Went back again and the experience was still 10/10!!! Brought another friend and he loved it too! Learned more about the owners and their humble beginnings. The Dad escaped Cuba on what could be considered a raft that he made and risked it all for a better life for his family and the American dream that so many risk their lives for! The photo of their arrival is up on the wall and I’ve posted a photo of it here. As a child of immigrants who came here for a better future, I can deeply appreciate this story! I absolutely love Cuban food and have been to MANY Cuban spots here in South Florida and I have to say this has been my favorite experience by far! The yuca was to dieeee for. The chimichurri was amazing! I highly recommend dipping the yuca in it. My friend got the chicken soup and that was AMAZING. I got the pan con bistec and it was sooooo good. The empanadas were great too!!! We got sooooo much food for an unbeatable price! You can not beat the quality/taste/and price of this place!!! 10/10!!!

Nery’s food completed my trip in Miami! It is the very first time I’ve ever been to a Cuban restaurant. I heard about Cuban sandwiches long ago but never had any of them before. She recommended steak sandwich with a special coffee for me. The steak sandwich nailed it! Immediately became my favourite sandwich ever! I would say it’s a shame I can’t stay longer and try more of her food. Definitely worth a visit if you’re going to Miami 😻

I told the server to bring me her favorite meal. Let me tell you it made my taste buds dance and sing! It was a tender beef skirt steak seasoned to perfection with onions, plantains, and dirty rice. So freaking good! Sangria was not too sweet and very much on point!

We wanted to hit up an authentic cuban place, looked for one close to airport and this place had great reviews. Best cuban sandwich I have had in years, the pork was marinated perfectly and super moist. The bread amazing. I also had a mojito that was perfectly balanced and a cuban coffee that was super tasty and smooth. I highly recommend this place. We may hit it again on our way out of town

OH MY GOODNESS IT WAS SO GOOD! After having read the reviews for all Cuban restaurants in Miami/FLL, I knew Little Cuban Cafe was the one I had to go to. From being greeted upon entry with the biggest masked smiles, to the excellent and most attentive service, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. My server, she was amazing and had the best recommendations for what dishes to consider. After having chosen her recommendation of the Carne con Papas, I knew I made the right choice coming here! It’s too bad I live 1000miles away, cause I’d be coming here every day for lunch just like I saw so many others doing! The owner was super friendly as well. And the Croquettes....Dios mío....I can die happy now after having had them fresh and hot! The rice was made perfectly, the beans were plentiful and warm, and the plantains were cooked to perfection and sweet as ever! I don’t have any cons about the dish I tried, cause there are no downsides to dining in heaven! Thank you so much Little Cuban Cafe, you have made a huge impression on me and I can’t wait to try your next dish! All the best to you and your team. Aaron

The fact that Nery went above and beyond, serving us great food, talking to us in Spanish, taking great care of us during the meal makes this place the most special restaurant we had in FL. A sense of nostalgia surrounds us when we see an amazing Peruvian lady from home here. She is so warm and so kind and instantly made us feel like we are back home and in a special place we belong. Food was amazing! Everything was reasonably priced, and we really enjoyed the oxtails, croquettes and cafe con leche. Superb coffee! Just make sure to tell them not to put sugar in the coffee if you don’t like your coffee too sweet. The ropa vieja was slightly colder and saltier than the oxtail - so go for the oxtails! Truly a special place in Fort Lauderdale.

Stopped in here for a quick coffee. There were 5 of us but only 2 of us wanted coffee. The staff was so nice and brought us waters. The beverages were absolute perfection! Hopefully we left enough tip. As they started to get busy we left so as to not hold up the table. What a great little place! Will definitely be back!

This place was incredible! We went because I wanted Cuban coffee, but we got so much more! The food was delicious (and the servings were plentiful)! The fried yuca appetizer was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. We had the Chicken Fricasse and the Shredded Beef, with yellow rice, plantains, and black beans. The mojito was amazing, and the cortadito was spot on! Some of the best food/drinks I've eaten in a long time!

Exactly what I wanted. Mom and pop style restaurant with a delicious Cuban sandwich, cortadito. They were extremely accommodating for our group and kids. Jealous of the locals who get to come here all the time.

A Flavorful Journey at Little Cuban Cafe - Delicious Rice, Speedy Service, and Friendly Staff! I stumbled upon Little Cuban Cafe during my search for authentic Cuban cuisine in the area, and it turned out to be a delightful find. As I entered, I noticed the cozy café atmosphere, with a display of enticing food items in the glass showcase. The friendly staff immediately caught my attention, so I decided to grab a Cuban sandwich and also ordered yellow rice with Cuban picadillo and yuca with mojo sauce to-go. The sandwich was made fresh and served with impressive speed. In just 10 minutes, it was ready and neatly packed for me to take home. Once I reached home, I indulged in a feast. The rice was simply delicious, perfectly seasoned, and the meat had the right amount of flavor. However, the sandwich didn't quite match my expectations. While it was alright, I've had better ones before. I believe the issue lay with the slightly bland pernil; it lacked the necessary saltiness. Nevertheless, I appreciated the ample parking space and the cafe's convenient location on Griffin Rd. Little Cuban Cafe provides a flavorful journey through their offerings, and with their friendly service, inviting ambiance, and speedy preparation of made-to-order sandwiches, it's worth exploring for any Cuban food enthusiast. In the future, I plan to give their sandwich another chance, hoping for an improved flavor profile. If the seasoning impresses me, I will gladly update my review to reflect my opinion accurately.

Nice little spot. Cortadito was delicious! Cuban sandwich can be better but was still good. Prices are reasonable. Didn’t get to try the pastries as they said they didn’t have any left!

We love Cuban food. Like…LOVEEEEE! This place is seriously the best we’ve had (including in Miami!) My husband says it’s worth the trip from Miami to have real Cuban food! 😝 We ordered so much food and stuffed ourselves. The prices are too low! Ana was even nice to me when I ordered in “something like” Spanish! Muchas gracias for the delicious dinner!

Being from Miami and finding great Cuban food in Broward is hard. This restaurant has mastered the taste of authentic Cuban food. I’ve been a customer for a while and the food has always been on point. The owner is always a pleasure to speak with and the services is great. Before you go somewhere else and be disappointed, come to this place, you won’t regret it. Steak with onions, pork chunks, and a Cuban sandwich.

Best Cuban cuisine I’ve tried so far, little gem 5 minutes away from FLL international airport, lots of parking space, clean and Safe place. The food was awesome and the service magnificent, we were served by a Nery she never stopped pampering us from the time we got there.

Best Cuban food around by far. Great atmosphere and family feeling. Owners are always there and very attentive. Prices are fair and the portions are abundant. Had my wedding reception in there outside area and couldn’t of been happier.

I wanted an authentic casual Cuban meal during my trip and the reviews sold me on this place. What I didn't know is how the reviews undersell it. What I got: Colada - so so so good. So well balanced and flavorful, strong and smooth. Empanada Pollo - the shell was flakey and had a nice crunch but was still a soft as it should be. The chicken had a great blend of spices and the size was bigger than I expected Croquette - I love these so much. This is a 'just like grandma used to make them' level good. Ropa Vieja - this tasted like a warm hug. It was the perfect comfort food. Would absolutely order this again I was also gifted a small sample of some _homemade hot sauce_!!! And it had a kick which I loved and it was also a hot sauce with flavor not just a hot sauce for the sake of being hot. I put it on everything except my colada 😅. Staff was friendly and attentive. The space is unassuming and cozy. The food is so good. If you're reading this review and you aren't already on your way to this place, you're late! Stop reading, start ordering!
