I went to Norton Immediate Care Center in Brownsboro Crossing for a covid 19 test today. I made my appointment online, and even though there was a 94 minute wait, I had the online option of staying home until it was very close to my turn to be seen. In this crazy time, I applaud Norton for going out of their way to keep their patients safe. I got a text updating me about a 17 minute delay, and another text telling me to head over. There was nobody but me in the waiting room, and they had me sit in the outer (makeshift) waiting room in case I tested positive. I was pretty sure I was positive (I was) since my son and husband tested positive this morning. The nurse and doctor I saw couldn't have been more kind and compassionate. The nurse was very nice, and very gentle with the swab. The doctor came in before the result was in, and I told him I really thought I was positive so he didn't have to listen to my lungs since I didn't want to infect him, and he said he had been doing it all along and was more than happy to examine me. He was very nice and came in personally to let me know the result. Everyone there, from the receptionist to the doctor, could not have been more kind and efficient. I highly recommend this location. Their willingness to go the extra mile keeps the patients safe.

The facility is well-kept and the staff is friendly knowledgeable and caring. I had the privileges to see Dr. Elliot, he was very patience to listen to my concerns and very thorough for the evaluation. It toke his time to explain the symptoms and treatment that it was best for my case. I’m very impressed!

I arrived and signed in having selected an online arrival time. My wait time from the time I signed in was less than 15 minutes, and after vitals, less than 5 minutes for the Doctor to come in. I was treated courteously, examined and an insect bite was cleaned to remove the last bit I was unable to remove at home. My experience was very positive.

Very pleasant experience. Office staff and medical care were wonderful. Wait time was minimal and visit was thorough and not rushed. Helpful referrals for future care was appreciated.

Do not go here if you have a sick baby. They told us that we could put honey on a binky for her, she is under 1 yr. Without going into further detail. Uneducated for baby and infant. Nurse was nice. We did not have a great experience. Emergencies were handled first, which was nice.

The staff was polite and welcoming, my nurse was respectful, clear and welcoming and she looked ahead for my needs. My doctor was very good at listening and addressing my needs, he was clear explaining what had to be done. And I was able to come to work only 40 minutes after my shift started which was outstanding! Thank you.

Amazing staff that were very friendly, helpful, and quick! The practitioner that I saw was incredible- he truly took his time with care to help. He explored through all options, and was very knowledgeable on everything we discussed. Great office & very clean.

Staff is wonderful. Everyone from receptionist that greeted me with a smile and conversation, to the person taking my vital, the doctor who quickly diagnosed my symptoms and the individual that gave me a shot in the hip. You all are very professional, very articulate, and friendly. You all know your job and perform it perfectly. 👍👍

Everyone was so kind during my visit today. Dr. Sharp was very thorough. The wait wasn't bad. Hoping to feel better soon. Thankful for the wonderful care I recieved today.

Had to take my daughter here because of shortage of breath. Thought it would be faster because it says immediate care. Waiting 2 hrs in a Waiting room nothing. Now we're at the ER across the street. When all she needed was a breathing treatment and some Tylenol.

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a kind greeting and efficient care. From the front desk to the MA’s,LMR, (Tracy) nurses and Doctor, we felt like we were cared for wonderfully. The ICC had a long wait and I know the staff had to be tired but you would not of known it as they gave exemption care to my mother. The doctor was very thorough and we appreciated that he felt she would be best taken cared of at the ER due to multiple issues. I can’t say enough about this group of staff over at Brownsboro ICC! Thank you so much! You all are awesome and we so appreciate all that you do!

The staff were all so nice and helpful. Last visit I saw Andrea Hurley-Fahas who was great!! She really helped me and I finally feel better. The MA , I think Debbie, was so sweet and gave a painless shot.

They got me in to be seen fairly quickly. I did do the online or virtual check in their web page recommends to do after you make an appointment on their web page. Everything was efficient and to the point.

This location exceeded my expectations of an urgent care. They are quick and efficient. They are incredibly nice. Office was clean. It was definitely the best urgent care location I have been to.

The receptionist was extremely courteous and helpful. Nicole, who did the triage was also friendly and personable and went over everything. Doctor Elliott was the consumate professional. He explained things in a manner I could understand and took the time to fully explain all options. He was extremely thoughtful of my needs. A great experience overall.

The nurse was friendly and explained what she was doing. Dr. Elliot was attentive. He LISTENED to me and my symptoms have improved. I’d been having this due for 2 yrs. My pcp NEVER listened to be until I saw Dr. Elliott. He referred me to a specialist. Something my pcp sound have done in 2021

I liked that I was able to join the queue online. Long wait to be seen but HGTV on tv in lobby helped make wait bearable. All the staff are caring, knowledgeable professionals.

I took my kid there, he has impetigo and has been using an antibiotic cream for 2 weeks, I can't go to his pediatrician again because I've been missing work going there for 2 weeks, so I tried this place since is open until later, the doctor didn't do anything at all. After almost 2.5 hours of wait. Flat out told me to see the pediatrician, again. On top of that, he made a rude comment about gender, confirming that my child is a "he" because "you never know these days" I'm not sure if he was trying to be funny here. What a horrible experience!!!

Due to a pain that was new to me and was persisting, I made an appointment here. I like how they text you so some wait time there is avoided. Everyone was nice and efficient. I got the answer that I needed after x-rays. It all takes time, but I'm grateful that this facility is near me and how I was treated.

I was seen by Leanne Coleman, APRN and she was very dismissive and uneducated. Everything I said to her or asked about was brushed past and she kept answering with “I don’t know” or “hopefully” or just taking a bad guess. She also cut me off a lot while I was talking nearly every time I said something. I also tried explaining symptoms related to what I was being seen for - because she didn’t ask other questions about what else I was experiencing or anything - and she told me she can’t do anything about that because I didn’t write it on my sign in form, even though it wasn’t anything extra aside from what I made the appt for. She didn’t wash her hands or use gloves either and she had to be in my face, I’d like for her to sanitize at the very least considering it’s a doctors office. She was very rude and needs her license revoked, I hope nobody else has to deal with her attitude and lack of professionalism. I will never recommend this office or provider to anyone, every time I go to Norton it’s an awful visit and she was the worst one.

Had a laceration and was 2hrs away from home. Went to the Immediate Care centers web site and was able to schedule an appointment. I Arrived and one hour and three stitches later, I was out the door. I felt as though I was in a drive through care center. Great job. Hopefully, I won't need stitches in the future, but if I do, I know where to go.

My wife scheduled an appointment for me which gave a specific time. When I arrived I filled out a small info sheet and took a seat outside in my car. Within minutes Marie called my cell and obtained additional information and told me to come in. Once inside Marie took vitals and a Covid and flu test. I was seen almost immediately by Dr Joshi. He questioned and examined me and notified me my tests were negative. He diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection and ordered 2 prescriptions. And whole process was extremely efficient. Hats off to Norton’s Emergency Care Center Brownsboro and thank you.

Great atmosphere. Service was pretty good. Didn’t like having to wait in outside corridor to be called. It was chilly. Also disappointed that I told the check in person my son vomited and she failed to offer us a bag. Once he got sick in the waiting room, she seemed repulsed and offered the bag after the fact. Nurse practitioner and triage nurse were awesome! Very professional and comforting to my son.

Great experience at Immediate Care. I would like to thank everyone that cared for me today! It was much appreciated since I felt bad. Everyone was kind. Dr Elliot thank you for listening and checking me out. Unfortunately I don’t remember my tech’s name that took my vital signs but she was great also. Wait wasn’t long but I made an appointment before arriving. I’ve always received good care here.

Everyone in this office was friendly, kind and professional! Very little wait and was seen quickly. I knew I made the right decision driving over from Indiana. I fully trust my healthcare with this entire establishment. I also use Norton for my Gynecologist.

I have been to Norton Brownsboro Immediate Care on two occasions. The office staff and nurses have been very pleasant helpful. Dr. Elliott is an old soul who is a a great doctor; his bedside manner is a credit to the medical profession. He imparts helpful information to the patient, and shows compassion and understanding regarding their illness. Thank you all. I appreciate you. My son was feeling really bad and had a high fever. So I checked him in online. We showed up and was taken right back to his room. The intake nurse was awesome!! I can’t remember her name but she is pregnant with her first child and is having a boy. She really made my little one relaxed and not freak out. He was so scared of all the test she has to do. You could tell she really cares about her patients. We need more of her in the world!! ❤️ The nurse practitioner we seen was great too!! I highly recommend this Immediate Care Center!! Thank you for caring!!

This place is very welcoming, and sincerely interested in YOU as a person. I brought my mom here. She's 82. I was very impressed by how much time Doctor V.Joshi spent talking to us. He explained everything and made us feel, not like patients. He made us feel more like friends. Five- Stars. Well deserved! Highly recommend.

Dr. Weis was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful and kind. My daughter was in for an ankle injury. We made an appointment on the website and were seen at exact time of appointment. Dr. Weis took time to evaluate the injury and we never felt rushed. She answered questions and explained in terms that were easy to understand. She was AMAZING! I highly recommend Dr. Weis and Norton Brownsboro urgent care.

I went here today for the first, with my son. I absolutely love the customer service and how they treat their patients. The place was clean and pleasant. They let you know your wait time before you even ask. How awesome is that!? We went to another immediate care the night before and we waited so long (they didn't give us an estimated time). I ended up leaving and went here the next day. I will definitely recommend this immediate care and will return in the future if an urgent matter occurs.

Fantastic experience from check in to check out. Staff was very friendly and made me feel heard/important. Dr. Joshi, so smart, he was able to explain everything in laymen terms. I was diagnosed with an acute sinus infection. Antibiotics was an option but I preferred him to do a few therapy treatments. I walked out of there already feeling much better. Amazing!

Dr Elliott and his staff are amazing. I was there for a sick visit and they were all very kind, attentive and treated me like a person instead of a number. I’m certain the staff truly cares about their patients.

I was seen by Dr. Joshi. I found everyone to be very caring and compassionate. Dr. Joshi listened to my concerns, did a thorough exam and went beyond what he needed to do to ease my mind. I would also like to thank Dee (I think that was her name) as she was so comforting. I really felt well cared for! I so appreciated everything!

Dr. Nigam was amazing and I felt completely welcomed and listened to as a patient...he really took the time to get to know how I was feeling. It was not at all the feeling of an in and out establishment like you'd think a walk in clinic would feel. It really mimicked a PCP appointment. Can't say enough great things. Even the nurses said goodbye to me upon leaving.

Online scheduling is great. I was able to make an appointment online when the clinic was closed. They send you a text about when to arrive so you’re not waiting in the waiting room with other sick people. The staff are friendly, and the providers are very knowledgeable. I was able to book a sick visit and an appointment for a sports physical the same day. We are lucky to have a Norton ICC so close to home and work!

Unfortunately, I've had to go to the ER 2 separate times; fortunaely, Norton Immediate Care Center - Brownsboro helped me both times in a timely manner. Thank you for admitting me almost immediately on both occasions! On Feb. 15, 2023 I was surprised to get into the ER so quickly on what had been a very busy night before I had arrived. The man who checked me in was so friendly and prompt. Even though he had a job to do he was courteously professional in a caring way. He said he'd take care of getting me taken care of swiftly and he did! Thank you, sir! I was too out of it due to weakness, nauseated feeling and extremely severe neck/head pain to remember any names that morning (I'm sorry, I was in severe pain) but the doctor & PA made their assessments and got me going on the services in pain relief I needed. I needed the muscle relaxer pill & nausea pill ASAP but I also know they have procedures. While I still had chills/pain when I left there that morning, they did ease is it some until I could get to my primary doctor for further evaluation. I'm thankful for being seen so quickly on the road to pain relief. Everyone there was kind, caring, and professional. Thank you for helping me!!

Excellent. Only one concern. I asked MD to send Rx to Walgreen Lagrange. She sent it to lime kiln Walgreens. Just a little blip. Easily transferred to Lagrange Walgreens. Thank you for your great care and service. MD very knowledgeable about my issue and was kind and efficient. Very Much appreciated. Thanks so much.

Staff was great. They made my 10 year old feel special as he was diagnosed with Covid and strep in the same visit. They supplied a crossword puzzle and seek and find while we waited and also got cold water for my son. They chatted joyfully and made us feel calm. Diagnosis was clear and Dr. Elliott was a great listener and spoke clearly on next steps. We checked in online so went back quickly. All staff were friendly! Great experience!

The staff and Doctors are amazing! My family and I love this place. So friendly, kind, and really listen to you. We come here with any health concern and get the best care every time! Thank you for all your hard work 😊
