If you leave your attitude, inpatiences, and selfishness at the bottom of the hill. You will get great care. The employees work very hard to give all veterans the best care possible.

Very caring, Motivating atmosphere. Veterans are treated with the uttermost respect. If you're a veteran, come check this out. I suggest if this is your first time have your documents ready to schedule your C&P. We do have advocates to help. God bless

Worst ER ever! Expect to recover or die before you're seen by a doctor

This visit to the VA Hospital was good. The Retinal Eye Specialist was friendly & calming to my husband. While at the VA Hospital, we also visited the pharmacy, prosthetics, neurology & physical therapy. I must give Kelly in neurology a special shout out as she was not only very friendly & nice, she was extremely helpful in helping us get our issue resolved. I was and am most appreciative of Kelly's assistance, especially considering we 'popped in' on her. Great customer service.

I go here for everything! The staff are wonderful and the care is exceptional.

The Louisville VA is absolutely the best. In 25 years I have never waited more than 10 minutes for any appointments or procedures or ER visits.

Went here with my fiancé. My fiancé needed to get blood work and EKG, waited 6 hours. When we went to get his blood work poked him 4 times and even nicked a vein which caused him to look extremely pale and lifeless. Blood came out of his arm and he requested water 4 times and it took the 4th time for someone to get him water. Wouldn’t recommend getting blood work done here.

I have yet to have a bad experience with the VA hospital here.

Staff was really nice, and care received was great. The COVID restrictions are alittle much...I think family should get to come in to see you before emergency surgery, but that will be over soon. Much better than most VA hospitals I would say. All my nurses, techs, and Dr. SCHORY were the best around. Thank you for everything.
