I’ve had the pleasure to know and be treated by Dr. Sainfort for a few years now. Last year, I listened to my heart and life purpose/calling and went to India for the Panchakarma retreat. I’m forever grateful for the assistance provided to me by Dr. Sainfort with the upmost patience, compassion, professionalism and understanding during my retreat. She provided one on one healing specified to me and group healing. The synergy we created was like no other. During my retreat I was able to focus and work on family lineage, breaking patterns, had various breakthroughs and most importantly the everlasting positive impact I’ve experienced after the retreat I would’ve never imagined. I did attend one of the retreats organized by Dr. Sainfort in Sedona, AZ. It was indeed a life changing experience, one of the best experiences I have ever encountered. During this wonderful journey through Dr. Sainfort guidance we were eligible to get to a higher state of spirituality, enlightenment and self-discovery thanks to her Zen personality full of positivity, love & high spiritual energetic state. To top it off, the venue was very serene as well. I am definitely looking forward to be eligible to attend another retreat with Dr. Sainfort.

Dr.Ortega is a wonderful TaiChi/Qigong teacher, if you are looking to get the healing benefits of TaiChi/Qigong this class is it. The exercises are easy to follow and by the end you feel like you did a good workout with the sweat.
