I had such a pleasure of going to Prospyr Davie yesterday! Greeted by Myriam the moment I was buzzed into the store. She was so amazing and super helpful on the selling gold process. She walked me through the whole process from start to finish, from testing the pieces in away I have NEVER seen in other stores; even going the extra mile and explaining to me why/how they do what they do. I truly felt more involved with the process and super glad I was able to ACTUALLY see it being all done in front of me. Unlike other places where they take your items into a different room and test it alone. God only knows if they are truly being honest with you at that point! Here at Prospyr Davie you'll never have that worry!! I found Prospyr Davie via a simple Google search. I went to a different jeweler in the Broward Mall and wasn't satisfied with the service nor the estimate they gave me nor the professionalism. If anything I felt pressured and rushed just to get rid of my items. Based on the reviews for Prospyr Davie I felt I wouldn't have as much of a hard time coming here. Again, what a WONDERFUL experience from start to finish. Also my visit was less than 30-45 minutes. Ending my visit with a chat with the Store Manager Emma, who was also amazing to say the least. You won't waste your time here. I highly recommend them and I'll be a returning client. THANK YOU BOTH MYRIAM AND EMMA! :)

I had been holding on to a diamond ring for over 20 years. I tried to sell it previously but offers were always low. Jaiden at the Davie location was able to evaluate my ring and give me a price I was extremely happy with! I also sold a few small gold pieces that I no longer wear.
