Care Spot Urgent Care is a quick dr’s office visit. They have xrays, sports physicals, family doctor and a great staff.

The staff very friendly the nurse on duty great and she found my health issued right away. Very satify with the service, THANK YOU GUYS

The staff was very kind and caring, but the fact that cost nearly 200$ and they did literally nothing for the pain I'm going through is unacceptable. Urgent cares as well as other Healthcare facilities are basically useless unless you're willing to half a grand upfront for just BEING THERE.

I took my son in a walk in to this place. My son is not easy liking places, he is very very picky and he loved it. Very neet and clean urgent care. The help was quick and professional. People working there was courteous. That was our experience.

This place is amazing, you can just walk in and will be treated in a couple of minutes. Everyone was super polite and attentive. Dr. Rafael (unable to recall his last name) diagnosed me right away and provided with everything I needed to heal fast. I can say this is the fastest I healed from a bronchitis ever so totally recommended!

I brought my son in as he was having a fever and he had already tested negative for covid. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the clinic. The employees were attentive as well. The nurse did a flu test after taking the history and reason for visit, which I thought was appropriate. I would’ve rated this place higher, however the doctor’s assessment was extremely disappointing. All he did was come in and told us that the flu test was positive, he didn’t bother assessing my son’s throat or ears, since my son has a history of recurring ear infections I asked him to please assess his ears and he did so once I asked. But quite frankly how is it possible to be an urgent care physician and not bother to assess your patient at all? Nevertheless, I received a bill of over $200 for a flu test and poor assessment on the physicians part. I won’t be returning here.

I needed so much a COVID test because I've been exposed to an infected person, and despite it was 7:00pm, the medical center was opened and willing to receive me and help me. I'm grateful for your care. 100% recommended!

Worst experience ever, I took my husband to this urgent care as an emergency because he was poison and the doctor just told him to take motrin and mylanta for the pain. I do not recommend this urgent care.

I went in to take a pee test not only did I wait almost 30mins with 1 person in the lobby but I filled the pee cup up to the top and he still wanted me to take the test again saying I didn’t have enough when I see my pee filled the whole tube . They didn’t send my pee test over for me to get my job now I AM OUT OF A JOB WORST URGENT CARE EVER.

The staff there are very professional and I would recommend a hundred percent this facility

It was very pleasant, the wait was not long and the doctors listen to your medical issues and gently took care of you showing that they cared about you and suggest what you can do to help yourself …. I would recommend CareSpot Urgent Care 👍👍

Staff was 100% helpful and considerate of the pain I was in. Although the system was down and it caused the wait time to be a bit long, I was in and out. Dr. Douglas listened to me and gave me the best treatment to help with the pain.

Staff were great on the day my girlfriend went in which was a Saturday. She was told her results would be ready by the following Wednesday but no results as of yet and it’s been 9 days, she called on Monday in case then she was told Tuesday, then called in on Tuesday the rude person that answered said check your results on line, we don’t have then yet and to try again on Wednesday then she called on Wednesday and they told her that it would be in by Saturday which Saturday came and gone and still no results. At this point, we’re starting to think they lost our her blood work and cultures! This is horrible!

The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The MA who proceed to give me my vaccine was very gentle. There was no wait time. The perfect place! I'll recommend the place to all my friends.

I arrived to this place almost an hour and a half ago, the receptionist is extremely rude. There were only four drug test before me, for some reason I am still here and I hadn't been called for a test that takes two minutes. 😳. I asked and this lady answered: well there is only one person working so you ll be called, wow

I was involved in an accident directly in front of this clinic yesterday 12/11/22 I scheduled an appointment online to be seen at 1:15 they do not help treat or see people who were in accident needing help tatiana who is at the front desk told me they are not allowed to prescribe certain medications HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT I NEED WHEN YOU HAVENT SEEN ME this place behavior towards people needing immediate help was disgusting to assume and not even try to help is sad waking up after a car accident and needing help this isn’t the place and this is definitely insult to injury

Very great staff and they were the first to actually take the time to explain my condition to me. They are truly the highest quality and not to be compared to other chiropractors this is a hidden gem I will be “Back”

This review is solely based on the care and treatment of LazAro. As a consultant I pay out of pocket for test and found myself in a nightmare situation with the location in Jacksonville that completed my test. After a day of phone calls to that location, I was in the Miami are and decided to reach out to see if they could help me locate my test results that, were 6 days old. LazAro answered the phone in a timely matter and was more than willing to go above and beyond with helping me obtain my results. He too called the Jacksonville location and didn't receive an answer. Nonetheless, he assured me he would figure it out and get my results to me the next day. In keeping with his word, he reached out the next day with my results and sent them to me. I cant say enough good things about his service and eagerness to help me. Awesome asset to the Carespot brand!

Terrible place! They never sent the correct paperwork to Quest. I have been chasing the problem for over a week and they don't even pick up the phone! Unacceptable. The manager is well aware of the issue and is "giving me a call since Monday". Today is Thursday and still no call. No resolution. Update: as of today my problem is still unresolved. and they are not picking up the phone and hanging up when I call.

Excellent the waiting time, the front desk / xray person was very nice and professional, the nurse so gentle with the inyeccion and the doctor was the most sweet care and professional she really know how to take care of a emergency. Love it I used two times and I would recommend it! The one in 67 ave and Miami gardens drive.
