While a line of customers behind us had already received their food, we were still waiting for ours. We were on the verge of passing out from hunger because our order had not been completed in the ostensibly timely manner. Unorganized staff, appalling management. They should simply close this place. This is precisely why menial jobs like theirs should be taken over by intelligent machines. As if the staff members do not have functioning brain stems.

Ok the food is good. I only complain my pineapple juice it contains 50% ice in one glass. I ask to add more juice. They decided very slow. So, I think it needs to discuss this with the management about the amount of serving.

Clean and courteous staff. Same good ole food. Ample parking space.

We only got the Tuna Pies to Go & these are served hot & delicious! Tissue they give 1 piece each (really counted)... They're very accommodating re (free) water, gave us each a glass without problem. Place was kind of dark but clean Not many people at this time (8pm) Guard was very helpful when we drove away, making sure to assist us safely. Just a note, this place accepts credit cards & also has drive through takeout counter.

This Jollibee branch is great for you if you are like me who prefers a less crowded place. They will even serve your order to your table which I find awesome because usually these days, they don't do this anymore even if they're not busy.

Best Jollibee branch in my Place. Service and Crews are fast and reliable. The ambience and the place itself is Clean, even the outside.

You know it's overall good, when a fast food chain has an upper floor.

Jolibee mayon is one of the cleanest and most friendly jolibee branch I've been to.

They have a space for everyone come and dine they can really help you enjoy your food.service is great even for the elderly.

Not the first time I visited the place but was greatly disappointed during my last visit. Got my chicken orders wrong. And I didn't know until I got home. Good thing the Duty Manager rectified the situation...

Our order was neglected, while a parade of customers after us already got their orders, we were still waiting for ours. We were about to pass out from hunger since our order was not processed in a supposedly swiftly manner. Unorganized crew, incredibly horrible management. They should just shut this place down.
