The whole place is very aesthetic, beautiful and have serene ambiance with ample parking for guests. Things that can be improved: Initiative of the staffs to inform guests about the choice of breakfast, what’s the wifi access codes, and other reminders. (Most of these we had to ask) Some of the guests are not considerate enough to know not to be too loud - I hope there should have been verbal communication from management before checking in. Also, more access for wheelchairs. (Would be great) The thing that irked me the most, our cabin does not have a key to locked when we are out of the room. I also saw stains in the floors as we entered, the TV is not responsive enough (keeps on lagging) ending we watched on our phones. Aircon cannot also cope up with the heat and took 3hrs to cool the room. Pool is warm and adequate for the number of guests during our time. The landscape is superb, even with the improvements needed. I’d still recommend this place!

Beautiful place. The villa is really good enough for 14 persons. However, there is only 1 toilet and bath at the ground floor. Option is to use the common CR outside but there's water leaking from the ceiling. The pool is cute. I hope bigger pool was made. Also, it will be more enjoyable if the water is warm.

Not happy with the booking and check-in, unprofessional. You need your dog to be leashed and with diapers all the time which is not ok. They need to train their management in hotel management. Not recommending this
