Good they separate the PEME & Consultation...All the staff including the guards were very accommodating & friendly... 👍 to the Registration (Maam May,Liza,Van,Kim&phoebe) 👍ECG (Maam J) 👍 Cashier (Sir Sam)... Hoping next time you will accept HMO cards for payment for the extra services/laboratory works... THANK YOU SO MUCH...GOD BLESS...

HMI immediately acted on our concern and had provided a way to make PWD patients especially with autism feel more at ease in an otherwise alarming and unfamiliar environment such as a clinic. We do hope though that HMI will continue to train its staff better and become a catalyst for providing a friendlier clinical/medical setting and service for autistic patients.
