Coming
from
a
crazy
week
at
work,
I
got
a
chance
to
visit
a
really
fancy
restaurant
all
the
way
in
Malolos,
Bulacan.
It's
a
newly
opened
steak
house
that
definitely
gives
you
that
American-sized
steak,
not
one
that
makes
you
end
up
feeling
shortchanged.
Le
Grill
by
SJ
Cuisina
is
a
fancy
steak
house
that
allows
you
to
experience
the
difference
of
a
full
course
fine
dining
without
totally
burning
your
pockets
to
dust.
We
started
off
with
the
French
Onion
Soup
that
gives
a
good
blend
of
taste
between
the
guyere
cheese
and
the
caramelized
onion
without
being
heavy
on
the
tummy.
This
is
followed
by
your
Classic
Caesar
Salad
using
fresh
vegetables.
We
continued
with
the
Butcher's
Twine
Candied
Bacon.
I'll
have
to
say,
the
caramelized
bacon
was
definitely
to
my
fancy.
For
our
entree,
we
had
Cheese
Ravioli,
which
tasted
spot
on.
We
also
had
the
Bone-in
Ribeye
Steak.
The
taste
would
send
one
to
heaven
because
of
its
texture
and
taste,
done
to
perfection.
The
Grilled
Salmon
Steak
was
also
truly
heavenly,
cooked
just
right,
maintaining
the
moisture
of
the
salmon
which
allowed
the
taste
to
really
come
out
and
fill
your
palate.
We
finally
had
Crepes
Suzette
for
desert,
which
had
the
right
level
of
sweetness,
given
the
mix
of
cinnamon,
orange
zest,
and
syrup,
all
tastes
coming
together
without
overpowering
one
over
the
other.
I
took
the
chance
to
have
Mint
Lime
Crash
for
my
drinks,
and
it
completely
soothed
my
throat
which
kind
of
felt
dry
from
being
tired
and
busy
throughout
the
workweek.
All
in
all,
I'd
definitely
recommend
this.

try
out
the
Tomahawk
Steak,
