Hi.
We
just
want
to
give
our
reviews
and
share
the
not
so
good
experience
at
Mandelin
Ville.
We
hope
it
reaches
the
owner
in
order
for
the
sake
of
future
guests
to
have
a
comfortable
and
fun
stay.
1.
The
comfort
room
wasn't
that
clean.
There
were
even
spiders
at
the
back
of
the
door.
2.
After
putting
our
things
in
the
room,
we
decided
to
walk
around
the
place
and
wanted
to
go
swimming.
But
we
were
quiet
surprised
that
2
of
the
pools
were
so
dirty.
There
were
a
lot
of
leaves
and
dead
insects.
It
would
be
understandable
if
it
was
only
few
leaves;
but
no.
Even
the
floor
of
the
pool
wasn't
clean.
Nobody
will
be
wanting
to
swim
there.
There
was
1
pool
near
entrance
which
was
decent
but
already
had
few
dead
insects
too.
I
wonder
how
nobody
checks
and
clean
the
pool?
One
staff
asked
about
how
was
our
stay
and
I
mentioned
the
pools;
she
said
that
the
water
is
being
changed
everyday--
but
if
you
saw
the
pools,
I
wonder
if
you
can
say
that
there
were
being
cleaned.
3.
We
were
so
excited
for
the
Gazebo
dining
and
it
indeed
looks
pretty
and
nice.
I
still
felt
stunned
with
the
place
because
of
the
lights.
We
also
planned
to
order
more
meals.
But
once
I
got
seated
inside
the
gazebo,
I
suddenly
lost
appetite
due
to
curtains
full
of
molds.
The
lady
staff
was
nice
tho.
But
I
hope
the
abovementioned
matters
will
be
addressed
so
we
will
refrain
these
things
from
happening.
I
have
been
looking
forward
for
our
stay
because
I
saw
your
posts
on
Facebook.
Unfortunately,
we
had
an
unpleasant
experience.
As
we
all
know,
all
guests
want
a
memorable
and
stress-free
stay.
