Dr. Cooke is phenomenal. He is extremely thorough and spends quality time with each of his patients. To him, you are a person and not another number. I have never felt rushed and he always takes time to answer my lists of questions. He strives to find an answer vs a “bandage” for any problems. He goes above and beyond for his patients. Reaching him is fast and easy through his office number or the private patient portal. I have been more than happy with the care I have received with Dr. Cooke at Olympus Direct Primary Care.

Dr. Cooke is amazing!!! And this Olympus Direct Primary Care is genius! It is so helpful in the world of being so busy but yet trying to get healthy. You have your doctor at your fingertips to ask him anything! He has always responded quickly to anything I have sent him. I absolutely recommend everyone to do this!

I have seen Dr. Cook over 5 years. He has been unlike any doctor I have ever had. When he decided to start Olympus Direct, it was an obvious decision. He takes his time to actually review my test and medical records. He spends time speaking to me with a compassionate heart. He is available to me as doctors were of generations past. I have fantastic insurance but not having co-pays has not added any additional health insurance expense for me. He is all 5 stars and more in my book!!!!!!

I joined Olympus because of Dr Justin Cooke from Community Urgent Care. I wasn't really sure how it was going to work. I have BCBS and I pay way to much for way to little. So for anyone that has a very busy and hectic life like me, this is by far the best money I have ever spent. Dr Cooke is always available and I don't even have to leave work to see him. After all who wants to sit and wait somewhere when you feel bad? I highly recommend to anyone that hates sitting in waiting rooms or especially hates waiting all day for their Dr's staff to call them back.

Dr. Cooke is a wonderful doctor. He is kind and considerate and always does his very best to help out in any way he can. I have been using him for a couple of years after hearing about how great he was from a friend. I saw him when he was at Fultondale Urgent Care, and now I am his patient through his new direct care program. He has great ideas about how healthcare access should be and truly practices patient-first medicine. As a clinician of more than a decade myself, I can't express how refreshing it is to find a doctor of his quality!

Dr. Cooke is truly the epitome is what a good physician should be. Amazing bedside manners, true concern for your care. I spent 4 years out of his treatment while I lived in Indiana, and it was a very real struggle trying to find anyone comparable. I just moved back to AL, and within 4 days of moving back, I signed up for this service. It has already paid for itself immensely. You cannot go wrong here!
