The 1st time I went it was wonderful Tony was kind, took care of my hair needs with no problems! Today I left in tears with hair colored 3 different colors and not complete 😢(He didn't ask if i wanted those colors, also said after the color was in blonde and a kinda redish color) "Do you want me to change it? (Color the hair back to back will definitely damage It MORE) he said It brings out your eyes! And men know what looks good on woman!" He raked through my hair and told me it was his anniversary and he didn't want to be late! I apologize and said its ok he said no don't worry about it! An lightin up a little then went right back to raking a brush through my hair i said please stop he said what do you want me to do? I said do it softer he started again and pulled my hair really hard i said its okay Tony you can stop go home i cant deal with the pulling it hurts alot he still charger full price i asked why and he said you said you were going to finish! I said Tony you never pulled my hair that hard before?? He then explained my hair is damaged and brittle and longer! ( Thats all the more reason you take your time! I know my hair is not perfect its natural and damaged! ) I will not return EVER! My hair looks a mess and you took my money (you returned 30 bucks!) Which the time you took was worth something but not what you took from me. I just pray you don't do this to anyone else, Not godly at all....And very bad business on your part!...

This has been my first experience at this location but not the last, hands down this has been my best experience from any salon I've been to. They have the best hairstylist's and with great customer service. I had the pleasure to meet the owner she's very professional and very attentive. My hair is not easy to manage and was very damaged and they left my hair looking amazing. Definitely recommend this salon to everyone.

Most definitely read through many reviews before settling on going here, and couldn't be happier with the decision. Great atmosphere, waited 5 minutes at most to sit in the chair, both of the barbers/stylists greeted me immediately, and very reasonably priced. I was hesitant to just pick a place and go, because I've been going to the same one in Denver, who knows the look I'm going for. That being said, Marcia was my stylist, who is also the owner. Very sweet, down to earth, and attentive to what I was looking for. Got my cut as I want it, and asking me throughout if this and that is to my satisfaction. Fantastic barber, and a wonderful person! Located in a little strip mall, with a red sign. Highly, highly recommend to get your next cut here! Thank you Marcia!

Found this place after getting botched multiple times by great clips and sport clips. Doc gave me an amazing fade and beard trim. Wont be going anywhere else

I am blown away with the service at Burdesha Beauty & Barber Loun’je!! Millie and Reagan really know their stuff! I haven’t gotten my hair done in years due to my last bad experience at a hair salon. These girls exceeded my expectations. I was really nervous and they were so comforting and reassuring. They genuinely care about their clients and are very professional and helpful. You can immediately tell that they love their job. I felt right at home! I HIGHLY recommend this salon! It’s relaxing, but also fun! Tony is the man! I was in town on Sunday and really needed a hair cut. Tony went out his way and made it happen! He listened and cared for my needs. Awesome cut needless to say! Y’all need to hit him up and get the best cut of your life!

The Loun'je is an amazing place to get your hair cut and styled. I'm always greeted warmly by whoever is currently working. Milly is a dedicated stylist that will tailor your experience to however you want it. If you want a chill experience where you just get your hair maintained or you want a very talkative person you'll get either. The services they provide are very affordable and making appointments is very simple and quick. All in all a wonderful place that I'll always return to.
