Abe has been taking care of his own place for 51 years!!! And in this location for 49!!! This is what commitment, dedication, and love looks like. Don't let yourself fool for the looks, he's a true collector and this little shack might look a little off: but the kitchen is sparkling and the hands that will make your food are: Abe's son hands themselves. Supporting businesses like this always makes our trips better.

When we go to Mississippi to visit family, this is one the places we always have to go to. Bot only is the food great BUT Abe sells his seasonings.... and let me tell you...his Italian Seasoning is amazing. I load up on it everytime we go. It's worth a detour if you're remotely in the area

Every now and again you find a Jewel, this is one of those spots. The rib eye steak burger was excellent the fries also excellent and generously served. The owner and his wife have run it for many years and were charming. They spend their efforts here on great food not decorations. They are open when they’re able. You won’t regret giving them a try.

Finally stopped at Abe's, glad we did. Great food at a great price. Actually talked with Abe for awhile, very nice man. He and his wife started the place in 1974, thier son does the cooking now. You will really enjoy this place!

This place is in the top 10 best places to eat in the country. Abe and Terry do a wonderful job running this hole-in-the-wall burger joint that has been around for decades! I can eat more food when I stopped here then almost anywhere else! The big abe is one of the best cheeseburgers on Earth, and the ribeye burgers are wonderful. They even throw a big chocolate chip cookie on the grill and get it nice and hot and gooey for you! Best biscuits in the world!

Stopped here for breakfast. Highly rated and good little diner. Only about 17 bar stools so you MAY have to get your breakfast to go. We were lucky and got to bar stools together. Seems to be a popular place for the locals so you KNOW it must be good! Abe and his wife do it ALL! My husband enjoyed their normal breakfast with fresh biscuits and sawmill gravy. I had their coffee, my husband got a sweet tea which comes in a frosted mason jar. GREAT southern eats here. We also tried their Chocolate gravy and of course had to have one of their fresh made cookies as well. We were pretty full by the time we left and it was all darn good food.

Abes grill is the quintessential small town southern restaurant. This family owned restaurant has been serving up the best biscuit and gravy, friend pork tenderloin, scrambled pork brain and eggs and chocolate gravy'n biscuits for decades. With less than 20 seats inside the early Americana style diner, seating is always a treat and a unique experience. I've traveled across the southeast and lots of countries in the world, and it's so rare to immediately feel like family and to get the treatment of a regular. If you ever pass from Alabama to Mississippi or vice versa on Hwy 72, this place is an iconic, rare, truly American stop for the some of the breakfast dishes this side of the Mason Dixon.

Excellent and quaint place to stop. Abe and his family are super friendly and very welcoming. The food is excellent and the decor is authentic, displaying items from days gone by. Take a trip down memory lane while you watch Abe's son cook your food on the grill. Tiny in size but mighty in spirit.

This is why I do these reviews. Found a diamond . This is the surprise of this trip. I got the double burger . It was done quick . As was in the top three burgers of all time definitely no. 1 for the price. My wife got the homemade corn dog . And she said it was the best corn dog she ever had. We bought got the fries. Perfect fries. We both got cokes . The price ??? $19 .. This is the type of thing that everyone is trying to replicate. The place is old school. i did not to this area for the food . But next time probably will be to come here.

We were passing through Corinth on the way home and someone suggested we try Abe's. I'm glad we did! We had a nice time and the food was pretty good. We each got a burger and fries with a sweet tea and everything was good. The place has a cool side-of-the-road feel that you don't get many places anymore.

Takes you back 50 years. Small diner maintaining the highway traditions. Personable friendly service. Highlight is the handcut fries. Everything is locally sourced. No Sysco truck.

Delicious tenderloin and egg biscuits! Sweet Abe served me at the takeout window. ❤️

The food was amazing. I love to get the cheese burger and fries with a sweet tea. They give you this cold glass cup with ice and put sweet tea in it. So good. It's a tiny mom and pops restaurant but I can bet it's top 3 in corinth for burgers.

I can only say that I stopped in for a cheeseburger and sat next to Abe and felt totally at home. The burger was wondering and Abe is a truly good guy and we both talked about life. Abe would not let me leave without getting some fries. Wonderful down home cooking. I'm gonna return.

Ribeye sandwich! Great food. Worth the stop. Seated at a bar in an old diner type setting. I will be back.
