I ordered the 24 pk krystals with cheese and 3 fries and my meal was $43....wayyyy too much money for the quantity and quality of that food. I use to be a fan of krystals but not anymore. My business is gone. The burgers were 😭😩😩😩

French fries were greasy but warm and tasty! Cheese Krystal’s were nice and warm. Prices were quite incredible! 24 cheese Krystal’s, 2 med drinks, 2 medium fries = 43.00!!!

I ordered 12 sliders, a party fry and a half gallon of sweet tea. got the food. the party fry was barely enough fries for one person and at $5 it was a ripoff, the half gallon sweet tea came in cups and they were all hot and not cool to drink. the sliders was sub par. There is nothing special about this establishment. complete ripoff

It’s a hit or miss. I went one day and everything was so great that I had to have it again. The fries were fresh and the burgers were good. I went the other day and it was nasty. Fries were nasty, burgers were burnt, and the employee was uninterested in working. She was in the lobby on her computer. They charge extra if you don’t pay in cash.

Food was just ok, service was ok but the restaurant had many dirty tables.

Advertises that they close at 1am but I went at 11:30pm and the workers were there but they didn’t want to work so they claimed the system was down

Very nice workers, loved the burgers, the loaded fries weren't great but still loved them.

Food was fabulous! The cook kept the prep area clean and the staff/manager were super friendly.

Service was a little slow and the parking lot needed cleaning but my food was good and everyone was nice

Brandy the manager is very disrespectful an rude. The doors are supposed to open at 6am well its 10:00 am doors not open seen brandy sitting in the lobby. And knocked on the window she completely ignored me for 10 minutes then as i kept knocking she told me to walk around to the otherside to get in not the dine in area as I approached the door she proceeded to get smart with me an tell me . I’d have to wait to order all the tables we’re dirty two days in a row i came yesterday an walked right in with no problem. Her Attitude is horrible an no customer service

The door said lobby opened at 6 am, but the door was locked. When I tried to open it, the worker I saw basically ignored me. Eventually, another worker appeared and told me the lobby opened at 8. Why not change it online or at least on the door? It's very frustrating.

Went through the drive thru and got my food fresh and hot... Nice

Yall have made me disgusting chilli fries as opposed to chilli cheese fries about 3 times now, so I'll be sure to stop ordering here.

Shrimp did not have the "vein" removed the entire meal is trash now.

Purchase food from this restaurant on 7/3/23 Food terrible, bread hard on the Krystal w/ cheese. Fries cold taste as if they were cooked on Sunday. I will not be going back anytime soon. P

My cashier looked like a young snoop dog and if he wants a higher paying job he needs to come see me at the dollar tree.

Seemed really expensive but i had the krystal chicks o didnt realize they started making the chicken pattie so much bigger its almost as big as a full sized chicken sandwich

Service was average as expected , wait time wasn't long , considering service at some restaurants it was good.

Poor service and quality for the ridiculous price. I will just try to remember how much I once enjoyed Krystal Hamburgers and not return to one again. This one was bad, but I have noticed that most locations have fallen behind on quality. So sad to have something I once enjoyed being completely ruined. Should have called it a fried onion sandwich & not a Krystal!!

Ordered 4 Krystal burgers no Mustard with cheese. Got home the burgers were half done and they all did not have cheese. Took it back they remade my order but my burgers still were not done on the 2nd order. Although the manager was nice I didn't go back for a 3rd time. Took a L and went and got a pizza. Not going back there again.

Why is it the 18 yo stoners get my order right every time and that lady yall hired literally cant even take an order. I had to give up and all i said was 2 numbers 1's. Not that hard

I was soooo sad that they said they don't sell chilli anymore. I drove there for some chilli, ended up just getting sum cheese Krystals with no onions, they was delicious!!

Depends on which day you go in there depends on how good the food is sometimes they get the crystal burgers perfect but other times there's either no mustard or way too soggy

Their good but I drove 35min thinking the drive thru was open 24/7 on weekends and found out that was a lie...

A very nice professional lady was working at the window this evening when I went and got my 10 for $6 krystals. I don't think that people get enough credit that work the late shift like that. 1 minute she had no customers the next thing you know there was seven cars in line and she handled it beautifully it was very quick service and very friendly and very kind
