It's the incredible wait and see half the day waiting on a cheese pizza for kids. Horrible place. 3 meat between 4 and 8 are suppose to be ready. It's 4:45 been here since 4 waiting on 2 damn pizzas

I normally use the Academy Drive location, but this time tried the Hueytown location. Found mold on our Italian Cheese Bread after my son told me it tasted off. This was around 7:45 p.m. on a Saturday, so it was a short time after dinner rush. Imagine what goes out on slow days.

Little Caesars advertises how you can order ahead and pick up in store yet they keep their front door locked and make you go through the drive thru which takes 20 minutes.

The food was actually quick for once, but as soon as I pull up to the window I girl with blue hair and long nails walks up while on her phone texting and opens the window looks at me and says nothing, so I tell her my order and she takes my card and shuts the window and walks off still on her phone. The food only took a minute which was nice, it’s just the customer service is 0/10 like that’s not what you do when serving a customer. Stop hiring children and hire adults with good reference.

Couldn't tell you how it was because I never got served, never got to eat here, these places just seem like a daycare for adults that don't want to do anything but stand in a corner. I don't know how these places stay open if you're not taking any income in.

It's bad when there's no one in the drive thru but you still have to pull up and wait for cheesey Italian bread

I placed my order via the app, but when I arrived to pick my order, I was told that they ran out of ham. Then, I was asked what did I want in the place of the ham. Someone could have called or texted me with this problem, instead I had to wait for my order like everyone else. The pizza was delish! and

It's good and cheap and will give you the floor is lava craps if you aren't careful. I almost didn't make it the restroom after the pretzel crust pizza I had.

There are some good people but the business side suffers. Be prepared to wait. Always ask if there's a wait time before you order. Hope it's worth the wait

Ordered online for pickup 1&1/2 hour delay. When I got there, pizza wasn't cooked and had to wait 45 minutes. Then the pizza wasn't even hot. Just a bad experience but for the most part usually pretty reliable. Just wanted a hot cheap meal after work.

Headed to my grandsons bday party at 2 pm and I decided to bring a pizza...156pm I ordered and I was In and out in about 3 min with a hot fresh pizza and I made my grandson happy by 205 pm😃😃🎈🎈🎈very satisfied with food service and staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Oh just no never going back my hole family is sick because we ate pizza from here last night I think they gave us an old pizza and we all don’t feel good in my house so NEVER AGAIN.

4pm and have to wait over 10 minutes for some friggin cheese bread and then the pizza was half done. Got tired of waiting in the car and went inside where is even hotter. Oh yeah, and they want too busy. Only 1 ahead of me. Ridamndiculous

The staff is a bit ghetto, but I guess everyone deserves a job. The young lady gave me my pizza sideways. I guess she was too lazy to open the window completely, or prehaps she was thinking. I don't know.

Pulled up, girl with red hair extensions took our order, I paid for it, was told the wait would be 10 minutes, that was fine. But what upset us was that at least 5 cars pulled thru drive thru with their order and 4 cars that was told to wait got their order before us and left. I asked the cashier 3 times what was taking so long and all three times she ignored me. By this time it had been 30 minutes. 42 minutes before we got our order. This is unexceptable. Especially being ignored. Will not be back. Around 100.00 loss per week in revenue should open someone's eyes and ears that there needs to be more traning, especially in customer service. This was definitely not the 1st time

Only one in line at 5:28pm. Ordered 2 Pepperoni & 1 Supreme deep dish. Was told to pull up on Supreme. 20 minutes later I was brought the 1 Pepperonis. I asked about the Supreme and was told it wasn't ready. 10 minutes later was brought a cold pizza 1/2 Supreme & 1/2 peppers & onions and the dough was NOT done.

My daughter found a hair in her piece of pizza 🍕 and I found a strand of hair in my ICB.

Stop Friday June 3 and bought 3 pizzas and crazy bread. Was asked to wait for crazy bread. No problem. Everyone around me was served. Went into store and was ignored by the cashier Tiara W. She finally told me I had to wait for the cheese pizza. No apologies,nothing. Just an eye roll.

Go to the grocery store and buy a frozen pizza. It will be quicker. 30 minutes and still waiting

This place is great for something to eat, and usually, I'm in and out, but on the night I went in particular, it took the 40 mins for 3 pepperoni pizzas then once I tried to get my money back they told me 3-5 business days. Very poor performance that night but it's usually a GREAT quick meal decision. So I guess 1 bad experience out tons of GREAT is not bad. I'll be back to eat again

Budget pizza ya'll. It is what it is. Do not expect magnificent. Do not expect imitations or flatterations.

When I purchased my order of stuff crazy bread I asked for extra garlic sauce on it and they was very packed and didn't fix my order correctly and then I return the purchase back and then the man gave me regular crazy bread with extra garlic on it and tried to get smart with me is a black male manager with long hair and was very nasty very nasty attitude and did not want to refix my order and I still have the order and I'm trying to get in touch with a manager the head manager or corporate office because that's a bunch of bull I spent my money on what I had wanted and did not receive what I purchase.

Hot and ready! Just like advertisements kiddos loved the cheese pizza 😩 and supreme !!! I’d say between the 3 local locations, Bessemer and five points west…. This one is the best for sure!

Currently have been sitting in the drive thru at the window for 30 minutes, the person at the register has looked at me several times, has taken orders inside the store a few times, and yet I’m still waiting for them to take my order. I understand it’s busy but it’s no excuse to make someone wait 30 minutes or more to put in an order. This location is trash.

Ask the lady what did I order? She what you ordered. I said no. She said a pizza and some wings. I wanted to know the sizes. Then yell cancel her order. I didn’t argue because the Arby’s manager was just got a case for throwing grease so. I just left.
