Target,
One
employee
saved
your
reputation.
I
counted
almost
30
checkout
stations
last
night,
but
there
was
only
1
employee
working
as
cashier.
The
lines
were
VERY
long,
and
customers
were
starting
to
get
visibly
frustrated
(including
myself).
After
all,
why
is
a
multi-billion
dollar
corporation
unable
to
find
a
few
more
people
to
work
these
30
checkout
stations?
However,
that
1
employee
(LORENZO),
deserves
recognition
because
he
was
doing
an
incredible
job.
He
was
working
extremely
quick,
yet
he
remained
calm
with
a
smile
on
his
face.
He
was
extremely
professional
and
kind
and
thanked
each
customer
for
their
paitence.
This
was
likely
difficult
to
do-
as
one
customer
directed
her
rage
about
the
checkout
situation
toward
him
unfairly
(he
was
the
only
customer
service
rep
in
sight).
Yet,
he
remained
friendly,
jovial,
and
quick
the
whole
time.
If
Target
is
smart,
they
will
do
all
they
can
to
retain
this
outstandingly
competent
employee
who
remedied
the
evening
for
so
many
of
its
customers.
