Although the expectations we have of CFA restaurants were met..... the timing and remodel of this location is terrible. It takes FOREVER, 12-15 minutes to get through the drive-thru and the flow is traffic is awful.

Was here a few days ago with friends and family. Staff is amazing and friendly. They checked on us twice and made sure we were comfortable. They also took table orders and got our food to our tables. Amazing experience! 👏

I waited a long time in line because this drive-thru moves super slow. Then I got my chicken sandwhich and it was only warm, but what made me leave the review is that is was soggy with grease and extra small. Sad story. Usually this chain is within normal food this time was sad. Try another location.

This is the first time where the dining hall host was nowhere to be fond. Chick Fill A is famous for their Dining Hall Host, which makes the experience welcome. Usually, they ask, "Do you want a refill? Do you want me to retreat your tray? Not this time. The host was outside sweeping the parking lot.

Good place to go for lunch all the staff is nice the place is clean. There's nothing to complain about here. The cashier was very nice and the staff took good care of you.

This is specific for the Lilburn location. Overall very good service. HOWEVER, this location does a poor job with their chicken soup. ALWAYS has very little chicken in the soup versus other locations. Lots of noodles and broth…very little chicken. I ask for adequate chicken every time and they don’t deliver…still very heavy in noodles and broth unfortunately.

Ordered on the app back in May and got to the store to pick up my food. Sat on the line for a while after confirming with one of the attendants what was ordered. When I got to the pick up area the lady there asked me if I ordered grilled or fried nuggets. She proceeds to tell me to move up and wait for my order. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. I told her to cancel my order and issue a refund. The refund was never posted to my account so I called my bank. To this day I have not received the 10.27 spent and I did not receive what I paid for. Chick-Fil-A Lilburn you have turned me off of ever returning to any of the stores. Hope you guys prosper from the 10.27.

This is one of my go-to places for lunch! The food is usually fresh, the staff are friendly, and so far I haven't had a bad experience. Most importantly the service is quick enough so that you're not stuck in line

We enjoy this location! It’s easy spot for the whole family. The kids love the play area, it’s good for the adults in the main area too. Food is great. Staff is helpful. Bathrooms are clean!

The rest of my order was okay. But i upgraded to large fries, and this is what i received. Half empty with the sauces the same container, making it seem full.

I was covering for one of our drivers while he was out sick. Recuperating around the holidays plus I got done with his route early and I was able to get by here to have breakfast on my way back in from my run. I enjoyed it. Thank you and I hope and pray. 9-2-2023 For the first time our chicken was not tender but tough in texture. And I didn't like the new honey pepper pimento sandwich, it was too much for me.

I love the Lilburn Chick-fil-A! The crew members are always friendly, and the service is super quick whether you order through the drive-thru, carry out, curbside or dine in! I highly recommend this location.
