Update: The owner contacted me to remedy the situation of this original review and I’m working with SHAY to get my eyebrows looking right again! I also got free eyebrow growth oil and am confident about regrowing . I appreciate the business making the effort to help make things right. So I came to this place for a Brazilian wax once and got my eyebrows done after, and Shay did a good job (only reason this review has 2 stars) so I came back to do just eyebrows , this other woman (a little older with glasses ) attended me and now they look AWFUL.. my last eyebrow place closed so I wanted to try some where new. The woman was nice, but when she handed me the mirror I wanted to cry. My eyebrows have always been very full and are easy to thread. Today they were pretty outgrown before getting threaded. My eye brows are now very skinny (think 90s look) and two completely different shapes. I feel like I look crazy. The woman insisted that I should have told her to keep them thick. Maybe I should have but I’ve never had to with any other eyebrow place? I attached a picture to this review and a past pic for reference of how my eyebrows typically look after being threaded. I will have to use the magic of make up to somehow fix my eyebrows and wait for them to grow out again which is really frustrating.

I always come here for waxing and to get my eyebrows done & I got to say, I'm love it! SHAY IS THE BEST!!! She’s the most adorable lady, she makes me feel very comfortable and she’s very friendly and great at her job. I always get compliments on my eyebrows because she gets them done really nice and just how I like them, she’s also very gentle when it comes to waxing, her customer service is very professional. I n general the environment is always very professional & calming. Excellent job, one of the best wax places I’ve been too! I’m very pleased with my experience.🥰

I had my brows threaded by Anna for the first time and it was a 10/10 experience. Anna was so kind, polite, friendly, and professional. She took time to explain her method for shaping my eyebrows and then proceded to do a phenomenal job! My eyebrows are very curly and grow in all different directions so they're hard to tame. But Anna did an excellent job! My brows have never looked this good and I will definitely be returning for Anna's skill and lovely customer service. Ask for Anna if you're getting your brows threaded! She got my brows right for the Beyoncé concert and she will get you right too!

definitely will be returning . prices are vertical affordable and realistic . the staff was sweet and warming. thank you specifically to shay, you did magnificent. 11/25/2023 update: i love shay dearly, but ANA is the whole truth . she is so sweet and very attentive. she went well above and beyond during my service. literally have thin eyebrows and she made them look so full just from threading. i will definitely be back .

I was waxed by Ana! I’ve been waxing since I was 16 and she’s mad me feel the most comfortable. She’s aware of the pain and takes things at my pace. If I need her to apply more pressure or take a break she will do just that! She great! Thank you

AJ was so amazing! This was my best and least painful wax ever. She made me feel very calm and relaxed during this intimate encounter.
