This was one of the worst experiences I had at this location. I ordered a #9 Mexican pizza that had BACON on it BACON???????and my kids kfc kids meals all the food was cold. I was in line for almost 30 mins it was just ridiculous. The manager said they don’t even have bacon in the store??? So where did they get bacon from? Just sad.

I come to this Taco Bell store because it is convenience for me, this store always is need it hep specially in the kitchen, food takes forever most of the time. I live near this location, I think they have already prepared the crunchy tacos before you ordered them, why I said this because, this picture said it all. 😤

Everything in the order was ok except the new fries that Taco Bell is promoting. They’re $6 and for the amount of fries they give, it’s a rip off. Don’t waste your money on them. There was 9 fries and barely had toppings, this would be fine if it was 2.99 or something, but not $6. Stick with your usual order.

This particular location is horrible. Drive thru is usually slow. Not much enthusiasm from the employees, but I get that. What I don't get is how they never get the order right especially if I order online. The food is never fresh... it's soggy, messy, and cold. They never send the sauce packets, ever. The special selections are almost never followed. This location is overall very disappointing. I'll just order somewhere else if I do get taco bell ever again.

In the fast-paced world of fast food, Taco Bell stands out not only for its flavorful menu but also for its commendable service, especially considering the challenges posed by staffing shortages. As a vegetarian, I have consistently found Taco Bell to be a reliable haven for delicious and customizable meat-free options. One of the most notable aspects of Taco Bell's service is their ability to maintain quality and efficiency even when faced with limited staff. Despite the challenges the industry has faced in recent times, the staff at Taco Bell consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive dining experience. From the moment you step into the restaurant, the team exudes a sense of dedication to their work, handling orders with speed and precision. What truly sets Taco Bell apart for vegetarians like myself is their unwavering commitment to getting it right. Customization is key when it comes to catering to various dietary preferences, and Taco Bell excels in this regard. The menu offers a range of vegetarian options, and the staff is always attentive to special requests and substitutions. Whether it's swapping meat for beans or ensuring no accidental cross-contamination, Taco Bell consistently delivers on its promise to provide a satisfying and worry-free dining experience for vegetarians. The restaurant's commitment to freshness and quality is evident in the vibrant and flavorful vegetarian options they offer. From the iconic Bean Burritos to the innovative Veggie Cantina Power Bowl, Taco Bell proves that meatless meals can be both delicious and satisfying. The use of fresh ingredients and bold flavors adds an extra layer of enjoyment to each bite. In addition to the food, the atmosphere at Taco Bell is inviting, and the staff's positive energy contributes to an overall pleasant dining experience. It's clear that the employees take pride in their work, and their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. In conclusion, Taco Bell deserves high praise for consistently delivering exceptional service and delicious vegetarian options, even in the face of staffing challenges. For vegetarians looking for a quick and tasty meal, Taco Bell remains a top choice, proving that they are not just fast food, but fast and reliable with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

The service was terrible. No one smiled, no one wanted to be there. Drink machine was broken in the lobby so we needed them to fix our drink behind the counter. Lyla or Layla (not sure) was not happy to do that. We get our drinks and that machine was broken too. However our food was great.

I typically have a better experience when I go here but could not today so did uber eats. Order was very simple and sombody just did whatever. 2 combos only 1 drink. 2 burritos the exact same but was given 1 beef 1 chicken. Food stuck to the paper and just tore trying to remove. The level of not caring is ridiculous these days and companies just go right along with it.
