The managers of this store have allowed thier auto dept to be run in a manner that leave customers frustrated with incredibly bad service. For last couple years having oil changes, tires and batteries put on my cars , having witnessed bad attitudes and long waits since putting up inventory seems more important than serving thier customers. GM of this store needs to be replaced as she allows this activity.

I have spent HOURS over the span of 3 days calling this store, even trying each individual department, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! A friend's car was towed from their parking lot (with MY trailer attached to it) and I'm trying to find out what towing company they use. I live kinda far, or I'd just drive there. But holygeezwow people - ANSWER THE PHONE

Do not do your oil change at this Walmart! They messed up my car’s drain plug and they keep making excuses to not fix it! The technicians and associates don’t have a clue on what they’re doing and they are disrespectful and always say that I have to talk to the manager and the manager is nowhere to be found! I give them one star because Google doesn’t let me give them 0. But that is what they deserve

Went there to help a friend who was having problems with a contact stuck in his eye. The eye doctor wasn't there but Sean went out of his way to help my friend. He was able to guide my friend and he got the contact out. What a great thing for Walmart to have employees like Sean.

I went in to buy a few items. My daughter wanted some apples. So we went into the produce Dept. Apples were.old. Some rotten. The produce Dept.ad a whole was in pretty bad shape.

Thank you MARCIA for the good customer service during our checkout process. The unique thing about this location was that it was in a plaza with a department store named kohl’s. It was an overall clean location with the standard items at all Walmart locations.

Went here to exchange a truck cover that was a gift. did not fit and they did not have one that would fit my truck. was denide a refund was told only thing I could get was a gift card witch was usless being they did not have one to fit my truck. We will never go to walmart to purchase a item like this again. thanks walmart for the non birthday gift.
