1st to 2nd wave coffee. No pour over, no cortado. Flavored coffee beans and flavored latte type drinks. Love the ceramic cups, the interior. Lower quality coffee, however.

This place has the best people ever. I go there enough that I have been immortalized by having my coffee na.ed after me. Never, never an issue and always willing to give new suggestions. A well run business I will stay with

coffee is good, service not so much because i waited 15 minutes(actually 15 minutes) for a single coffee while all the workers(3 girls) stood around and just talked. the store wasn’t even busy. kind of ridiculous for an $8 coffee.

Such a cute unique coffee spot! I'm a big fan of mochas so I loved the flavor board. They have a bulletin board with batista recommended flavor combinations. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere is the perfect little coffee shop.

Great coffee - but they will serve their friends first even though they order after you. Didn’t think much of it the first couple times, but has happened 4-5 times now.

This is simply the best coffee shop in the entire quad cities. 😍 coffee is spectacular, food items delicious, and service 2nd to NONE.

Emily always bedazzles the lattes with glitter 🪩 and coffee. It always makes my day. 😁

Great coffee! Surprise that it tasted like Starbucks (our preferred coffee) and seemed to be better than Pike. I just wish that they had quality food (pastry) without preservatives, which I would have purchased also. Highly recommend!

After a visit for lunch elsewhere in East Moline, I desired a place to grab a tea and relax for a bit. A quick Google search revealed East Moline Coffee Company was not far from my current location, so I decided to head there. Not gonna lie, I definitely missed the place going south on Archer Drive and had to double back. That's probably a little me not paying attention and partly the small profile of the building in which EMC resides. There's a big yellow sign out front too, so again, partly issues with me. The outside of the building is almost all new red brick. Up close, it looks really solid. The patio space on both the ground level and roof of the building also come into view too, however. I could definitely see returning here in warmer weather on the weekend to hang out for a bit to sip a beverage and relax. The interior is, honestly, right out of what I'd dream of for a local coffee shop. There's a variety of seating, but while there are some small tables and some high top seating, many of the available chairs are comfy looking. I expect one or two chairs in most places like this, maybe a sofa, but there are probably at least a dozen places that have more than your average plushiness. So great! The overall aesthetic beyond this is pretty clean and nice, too. Newer hardwood laminate runs the floor throughout the space, with painted dark blue and white walls throughout. The solid ceiling provides a variety of lighting, including accent strips, florescent fixtures, and suspended lights in what appear to be mason jars. Below a large flat screen television close to the counter sits an electric fireplace - hopefully functional in the colder months. The whole of the interior is soft and warm and was quiet throughout my visit. I chose a peach flavored black tea for my beverage, which was soon provided to me after ordering. I inquired with the baristas as to what company they get their loose leaf from - turns out the company is Divinitea, which I was not previously familiar with. I enjoyed this tea - it had the expected peach and citrus flavor and was otherwise mild and easy to consume. Definitely something I return for again. The one thing I really want to come back for at some point are the available pastry and baked goods (I just wasn't hungry during this visit). They have some pretty big cinnamon rolls and brownies available at the counter that look really yummy. Maybe on a return trip I'll try one of them. I really like this place - I'm sad that it's all the way over in East Moline, far from my home in Bettendorf. Thanks, EMC!

Great cozy atmosphere. Welcoming and friendly staff. Creative drink choices. Pop culture references. Let the baristas help you decide. Lots of options. Coffee is very smooth. Plenty of non coffee drinks and treats. My favorite new to me place. I love Lover or Jacob Black for flavors.

Quick Take - Clean, friendly, great price, great environment, good for working for a short stint, and near endless combinations of flavors give personality to the baristas. TL:DR - You go the chains because of what you expect, you come here to get something new and unexpected. The "Barista Recommends" sign has over 30 different custom drinks from the baristas that have names derived from pop culture or deep cuts from literature and the like. The normal staples are here and they have almond and oat milk if you don't do diary. The store is small but not cramped, standard table seating, couches, small window bar, clean restrooms, and good WiFi. But above all, the baristas I had on the day of my visit were amazingly polite, professional, and great at their job!

Well the coffee is always good but thats if you want to wait 20 mins for a drink . Maybe talk a little less and work a little more . I would give more stars but evertime i go here they talk to much flirting with a man that ordered then giving out other ppls drink that order after me. Should never take 20 min to make a coffee with 3 ppl working .

This is usually my go-to coffee shop when in the area because of the amazing selection, service, and personnel.... but I visited today at 1 and the girls working made the WORST coffee (frappes) I have ever experienced. They didn't add any of the flavors or peanut butter we asked for and the drinks tasted like really old, burnt black coffee with ice. Very disappointed in the new standard of service.

Great coffee house! Nice clean and spacious décor with great coffee. Only negative is that there's no WIFI but if you bring a hotspot you should be good to go!

Found myself in East Moline on a Sunday morning in need of a pick-me-up and strolled into EMC2 for some coffee. I could immediately feel the sense of community and how much the patrons love this place, so I got a cup of the daily dark roast. In the end, the prices were rights, the atmosphere was electric, soundtrack was fabulous, and the staff were exceptional!! I will be back on my next trip!! Well done ladies!

Nice friendly staff, had a hot mocha it was just average to my taste. Tasted mostly like milk. Nice clean place to sit and chat.
