I
ordered
through
the
drive
thru
and
when
I
ate
my
food,
I
noticed
there
was
a
literal
piece
of
plastic
in
my
Mac
n
cheese.
After
noticing,
I
drove
back
up
to
the
chick
fil
a
and
waited
patiently
in
the
DT.
When
I
alerted
a
team
member,
she
told
me
she
had
no
idea
what
to
do
because
she
was
still
in
training.
I
drove
to
the
pick
up
lane,
and
the
man
took
the
Mac
n
cheese
from
me
and
said
“would
you
like
a
refund?”
I
asked
would
it
be
for
the
mac
and
cheese
or
for
the
whole
order,
he
said
for
the
whole
order.
After
he
spoke
with
someone
else,
they
informed
him
that
he
could
only
refund
me
for
the
mac
and
cheese
and
I
told
him
I’ll
take
the
refund.
He
comes
back
with
a
new
mac
n
cheese
and
DEMANDS
that
I
take
it
from
him.
I
told
him
I
didn’t
want
that.
Mia
begins
to
get
frustrated
with
me
and
asks
for
the
card
I
paid
with
after
I
informed
her
I
paid
with
Apple
Pay.
She
then
yelled
at
me
and
said
they
needed
to
see
my
phone
for
the
Apple
Pay.
I
was
then
refunded
for
a
$3
mac
and
cheese.
I
feel
as
if
my
situation
could
have
been
handled
better
being
that
it
is
completely
unacceptable
that
I
found
a
food
hazard.
