Pitiful little overpriced salad with barely any chicken (scraps of chicken tossed in on the side with wilted greens and minimal veggies/toppings) 🥲 Drive thru service was also well below par for the reputation Chick-fil-A holds. The girls seems bothered by me and my order. I’ll return to my regular location and skip this one in the future.

I ordered through the drive thru and when I ate my food, I noticed there was a literal piece of plastic in my Mac n cheese. After noticing, I drove back up to the chick fil a and waited patiently in the DT. When I alerted a team member, she told me she had no idea what to do because she was still in training. I drove to the pick up lane, and the man took the Mac n cheese from me and said “would you like a refund?” I asked would it be for the mac and cheese or for the whole order, he said for the whole order. After he spoke with someone else, they informed him that he could only refund me for the mac and cheese and I told him I’ll take the refund. He comes back with a new mac n cheese and DEMANDS that I take it from him. I told him I didn’t want that. Mia begins to get frustrated with me and asks for the card I paid with after I informed her I paid with Apple Pay. She then yelled at me and said they needed to see my phone for the Apple Pay. I was then refunded for a $3 mac and cheese. I feel as if my situation could have been handled better being that it is completely unacceptable that I found a food hazard.

First time eating at this location. The staff was excellent and the food was perfect as always

Good location. They offer chili lime pepitas on the spicy southwest salad. 🥗 (not all locations do). They had a kids' night that had coloring, and a cow came out and visited with the kids.

I am so disappointed. Every time I visit CFA on Moore road in Suwanee there will be at least one item missing or incorrect. My salad today was horrible. I have called in the past to let them know but phone is never answered so I’ve had to leave a VM but have not heard back from them. Sadly I feel like CFA is loosing that Awsome customer service that everyone is so used to.

I barely eat fast food let alone chic fa la A but everytime I come to this location it's always something. Today is the first day ever I ordered Mac an cheese from the establishment. I'm not sure what they call Mac an cheese but I had more blocks of cheese then noodles. Needless to say I won't get that again. I'll stick to the nuggets. Last time I got their chicken sandwhich part of it was like dark grey almost black. I'll stick with making my own food.

Every time I order something here through drive thru, the employees forget something. Get a salad, no dressing, get fries, no sauce. There are just a bunch of bratty high school girls working here talking and laughing amongst themselves, taking selfies. It seems like they come here to socialize and then, take orders on the side…. do your job! Take orders properly! This time I came through the drive thru again because they forgot to give me dressing for my salad, and I asked for an extra pump of syrup on the side for my coffee. They got so rude! Giving each other the most cliquey rude side eye making faces snickering “um why is she just asking for a pump…” to the other girls - for my coffee because this locations iced coffee is the worst I’ve ever had. This isn’t a middle school lunch table. Get professional and take orders properly. Stop inconveniencing paying customers.

Excellent. Everything to a clean parking lot to following through with a detailed order - they got it. I request "no ice" in my drink often (for example) and they nail my order every time. Have not had a problem here for over a year now. Ice cream cone is good too. Ice is ground just right. I don't order their spicy chicken sandwich anymore though, give me a stomach ache. Anyone else with this issue or just me?

The drive-through was long as usual, but when I went inside, they were just as busy. The staff was quick and efficient, and we received our food much quicker than we expected. We appreciate their hardwork.

If I could leave negative 5 stars that’d be my option. Past few times, my pregnant girlfriend and I have came here to order her breakfast cravings… sadly though we’ve been wasting gas and time going to a place who just cannot get a single order correct. All sauces missing, past 3 orders have gotten the wrong food. Charged extra for something I never asked for. Last but not least to top it all off, the customer service was terrible/rude. Overall. This is not a place where you’ll get your moneys worth and most definitely not a place to take anyone in general.

The food and service are always excellent. On my last visit something in the app glitched. Rather than make excuses the manager (a fairly young male) sorted it out promptly without making excuses. I was as impressed as I was pleased especially given the volume of business.

Popped into the drive through tonight to order some milkshakes. Patrick, who is still in training (according to his badge), took our order and could not have been more personable and helpful!!! Such an awesome experience and made our night even better. Keep it up, Patrick!!

This Chick Fil a location use to be so great. Now it seems it has gone downhill. Customer service is poor and my order is normally always missing an item.

I just called and spoke with the manager Arianna about an issue I had with an order I placed earlier today, and she was an absolute angel!!!!! She was beyond professional and was able to address my issue with such kindness and care and came up with a solution immediately! I wish she was there tomorrow for me to thank her in person for just being kind. We need more people like her around! - VV

I always do mobile ordering and never have issues. A few times ordering catering there have been minor mishaps. One time the food got there a little late and another time we were missing something, but the driver ran back to the store to get it for us. I wish that I could do normal orders for delivery but my location isn’t available. The parking lot situation is a nightmare for this location. It’s also the busiest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited. That being said, they handle the influx of customers very well. They keep the line moving and have a lot of employees manning the drive thru line to take orders and deliver food to cars.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! This sweet worker by the name of Aj, came up to us and offered my daughter a placemat and talked with her. Wow you don't get that kind of customer interactions at any other fast food joint!!

We’re always supporting this Chick-Fil -A Location. I don't like to give a bad score however, this is the second time they didn't fill my order correctly. Either they left out the spicy chicken sandwich or other items that were on the order. Very inconvenient to go back and pick up the items that were missing. I am very disappointed in this poor service. I hope you can properly train your staff well! Thanks!

Great store, great customer service and even more positive is the kind gentleman they have greeting and checking on customers in the dining area. It's always wonderful to see handi-able people with meaningful employment opportunities. Kudos to Chick-fil-A for serving this area and those individuals with challenges in life 👏 🙌 💪 😀

I get lunch very often 2-3 times per week here. I can’t complain about the food but the portions are getting smaller. !

Disappointing ChickFilA experience. I waited 11 minutes for a Chicken Strip Entree and a Sweet Tea. 2 workers were eating food and walking around aimlessly instead of helping prepare. One worker in the window would prepare food on a tray and set it to the side for her food runner, unfortunately there was no food runner and the food was just sitting there getting cold. Of course, all the managers and leaders about 7 of them were in a booth in the corner chit chatting while their subordinates struggled and stressed. This experience happened on 10/13/2022 at 11:20am. Food was fresh, 5 star to the kitchen and 5 star to the expo worker who had no help and did the best she could, forgot my sauces, but I can forgive that.

Shocked and surprised by the poor quality of food I received from here a few days ago. 1. My order was incorrect which I didn’t realize until I had already driven away. 2. The diet lemonade was not consumable, tasted old and as if there was cleaner in it (see pic) 3. The bun in my chicken sandwich was so stale it crumbled while trying to eat it What happened to CFA???

This Chick Fil A is the best kind in the country! Amber and Caroline are super nice and sweet! They had excellent service when they were taking my order.
