Food and service was good. We went on a weekend noon and had mobile order. Our order got ready in 5 minutes.

I came here after an interview and I dined in. The employees was so well mannered and they always came to check up on me to make sure I was okay. They brought my food to me, and even if the order is wrong, they will fix it right away with no hesitation! Awesome job to everyone that works there!

I came here a couple of time during my visit. The employees were very friendly and the food was great. They have good operating hours and the location is convenient. If you are in the area and are wanting to eat chick-fil-a, I definitely recommend this place.

it is public knowledge that chick fil a chickens are the richest. The potatoes needed a little more cooking but they are just as good. I dare to make this comment because this worker Lisa, a slightly older lady, treated me in such a cordial and friendly way that it changed the terrible day she was having. That is very valuable in a customer service position.

9/2022 update: they are learning to count their sandwiches 🙂 6/2022 We order from this location once a week. Sometimes we pick up mobile orders and other times we get food delivery service. It is typically an order of 5 sandwiches and several sides and this location almost always leaves out a sandwich. Out of our 5 orders, 3 were missing a sandwich. We would go back in and they would apologize and fix it of course but it is VERY annoying when you live 20 minutes away and DoorDash drops off an order that is a sandwich short. If this issue improves, I’ll update my review. Very disappointing for CFA standards!

We got good food here again as always and they were able to handle the huge drive-through line with no problems issues or delays. They actually had 3 stations through the drive-through in order to expedite each step of the process all the way down to the dipping sauces. Always a good experience always good food and we always recommend coming to this location off of windward Parkway.

So inconsistent, it’s hit or miss when you order door dash. I get large fried they look like this every time. I get fry crumbs instead of fries

Great food. Nice ambience. Multiple cashiers, so no waiting to order. Prices seem a bit on the higher side. Location is very good. Right on Windward pkwy, so easily accessible by bus as well. It was a bit noisy inside( I dined in). But that was only due to some senior ( possibly back-office management) employees discussing loudly about something. Otherwise crowd was good - families, singles, friends etc. Feels a little bit cramped compared to the nearby McDonald's but maybe that's just me 😊 Overall, a good experience - especially the quick service.

Come on chikfila. We come every Wed and my daughter loves the nugg with fries. Not half filled fries!!!

Second time here and it's still good. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, fries and a strawberry shake. Let me just say this..... their shakes are thee best I have ever had and the sandwich had some nice spice to it.

We all know how fantastic Chick-fil-A is at moving people... This particular store is not quite as expedient as others. They're also not very good at following directions, I'm on a pretty strict diet right now and I ordered a grilled chicken breast no bread, all I wanted was the piece of chicken... When I got out of the line and finally made my way out of the maze, I had a fully dressed grilled chicken sandwich... 🙄

Their food is fine but every single time I go there, they mess up my order. Every time without fail. I’m not sure I’m understanding why it’s so hard to put the correct dressing in the bag or get the sandwich order correct. Even tonight. Then when I asked to fix it, the lady in the drive through window seemed very annoyed. I’m not the one that got the order wrong.

Always love our hometown Chick fil a Best service bar none excellent t staff my drink never runs dry here.

This place is so popular that there is typically a short wait at the drive-thru. They are so busy that they have made errors on my drive-thru order on several occasions. You are best advised to scan your order for correctness before leaving. This is not a slam against them, I'm frankly amazed that they get it right as often as they do given the massive volume of orders they process. The food is always very good and I am a regular because of that and the pleasant service.

i just did curbside pickup for CFA in Alpharetta for the first time in a long time and it was a much better experience! I didn't have to wait 10+ mins for my order once I got there. I usually never do curbside anymore cause it took so long, but it offered me extra points if i did and i was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was. Great work!

Always great food Parking lot is a disaster! Walking from the parking lot into the CFA we almost got hit twice. Then when we came out we tried to back out of the space we were in and we had to wait for over 10 minutes...not exaggerating . Not fun . You need a new set up!

Wonderful experience! We recently moved to the area, and we are thrilled to have such a great Chick-fil-A an exit away. We ordered on the app, and food was promptly brought to our table. Staff has always been super friendly. Food is delicious and hot. We were also greeted by the manager on duty.

Drive-thru was extremely slow. The line I was in had a difficult customers order and instead of pulling that car, they tried to deal with it in the line holding everyone else up. The second line was moving quickly. The second line went through 5 orders and we were still sitting in the the first line waiting to give our order.

I love Chick-fil-A overall but don't want to eat coal (burned chicken pieces) as shown. To maximize the delivery speed, I don't think they clean the grills as needed. We used to be able to add in noted to mobile order, that seems to be also gone. Bad idea.

Market salad could use a little more grilled chicken. Never really know what fruit it will contain. It varies. I understand why this is, however, people need to know the ingredients in case they are allergic.

Always quality service and food. Great location. Gets busy at lunchtime but the best time is around 11-11:30am, before the noon rush.

I like their food and their friendly service. My grilled sandwich had a large piece of lettuce, which allowed me to make my sandwich keto friendly. A nice surprise when I didn't say anything about keto to the staff.

Great service, but the longest I've sat in a Chick-fil-A line in ages. I've also never been pulled up for A CHICKEN SANDWICH. How are you waiting on chicken??

My kids always order the nuggets, and we always get less than what we pay for. They never give you what you pay for, always less. Especially on drive through. Total disappointment

Their community is amazing, and they offer amazing events, like the Trunk or Treat. This helps families with entertainment and I like the idea of these events. Their food is good too, so overall amazing.

Chick-fil-A has an effective team who monitor the volume of customers and respond with military precision to get you through the drive through. The time it takes to go through is mitigated by the entire staff orchestrating a smooth, professional flow. It is my joy to watch sincere service at it's best. God bless all the employees at Chick-fil-A! You are appreciated!
