Mason helped my husband and I find my parents, who lived out of state, a retirement home. He was very patient with us as we took our time looking and thinking about what would be best for them. We worked with Mason as our landlord in a house downtown that he had renovated. The price was great for the space and location (downtown North Augusta - close to EVERYTHING!). We rented the unit for almost 18 months and it was a very smooth process. We reached out with any issues that arose, and he was very responsive and quick to get them resolved - whether it was himself that fixed it (for mailboxes installed quickly for us!) or he called someone (squirrels in the roof, small washing machine issue) it was never a problem. I would recommend him to anyone looking to rent or purchase their home!
