I bought several items from the children department and some were large. They were out of large bags, noone offered to get me large bags from another department, neither did anyone offer to assist with my package going up the escalator. As I got on the escalator my packages start fall and as I attempted to grab them and my shoe got stuck. As I turn to prevent me from falling, I hurt my foot. The sad situation is then the department manager offered to help bring the packages to the next level. What do you do when you don't have the right size bags?

Good store. Look for discount sales. You can get merchandise in good deal. Customer service is good. Inside Perimeter Mall and is at walkable distance from Dunwoody metro station. Store is spacious, very clean and well organized. Store has good collection of clothing, perfume and ladies bags.

Less than 30 minutes before closing, I was floundering looking for something to wear to daughter's graduation the next day. Elizabeth was quick to my aide in the Men's Dept. Without feeling rushed & after a couple questions, she put together a great outfit. Compliments to Elizabeth & the training staff for the customer service skills !!

I love Macy’s shopping experience until today. I spent only 15 minutes to find a few items. However, it took me 20 minutes walking around trying to a cashier!! I did something I rarely do- leave shopping items near the cash register and walk out. Macy’s is still one of my fave!

In the men’s store we went up to a blonde employee behind the counter to checkout. We were the only ones checking out at the counter, we would have stood there and waited for her to check us out but she glared at us and told us she was dealing with another customer. A customer who was standing far to the side and chatting with the employee. We picked our things back up from the counter and she actually told us to go to a different checkout. She was so rude and I will not soon forget leaving the store in tears.

All of the persons in different departments from cologne to the men's department we're kind and helpful, I went straight to the clearance section the person guided me well with my questions, ended up in the Polo section, treated well too and helped with what I was looking for. The friends and family 30% coupon helped and if I used the Macy's card would have taken off 20%. I made a point of going to the Macy's site to make a comment on the customer service too.I was happy to see an option to donate to the The Trevor Project, you can also donate via Google Play using play points.

The store is beautiful and has a lot of things to die for. However, my experience was the greatest because of an employee. She was super disrespectful and had regards for a human being. The manager that I approached about the situation was super nice and went about e and beyond to keep me satisfied. Besides that employee, I highly recommend this Macy's.

Sales reps are great. However your furniture items will be late by months and they will notify you the day before or day of your delivery. Do better. P.S if your getting married don’t register here.

The women who work at Macy's perimeter are some of the most hard working women I have ever seen. More specific young men's and fulfilment area. I hope Macy's management appreciates them for their hard work cause yeah it shouldn't go unnoticed!! Great job ladies

Wow the cashiers here are SLOW. Idk whether it’s because they are new or Macys has a complicated checkout policy. And they only kept a couple cashier stations open for my Sunday afternoon visit. It’s like watching slow motion - taking hangers away, putting some stickers on the label, scan, take off alarm, fold the pants again, ask about whether you got a Macy’s card (you launched the card like this 10yrs ago so those who don’t have one prolly won’t get one…). Just read the room and have some common sense - you have a long line of customers so just please stop asking about Macys card/membership. Just feels like they don’t know customer service (people just want to get in and get out, fast, these days). The cashier I ended up using took about 4-5min per customer (men’s department).

I attended the Taste of the Runway fashion show as a vendor. The building is beautiful. It is still unfinished, but there are a lot of shops and eateries open. Pretty Smooth Smoothies @prettysmooth1 is responsible for the drink photos.

They took their time they were nice they let me smell a lot of different fragrances and found me the one that was perfect for me I really appreciate it After the purchases I was given two free samples

My husband ordered some shoes online. They did not fit properly even though he usually wears that size. We went into Macy’s to get a different size. The salesman was extremely rude. He said “ I don’t mean to be rude….but you’re a grown man, how do you not know your shoe size”. His demeanor matched this rude remark. Last time buying from Macy’s!!!!

This once-proud flagship store is in need of a makeover. If brick and mortar stores want to compete with online competitors, then up your game. Filthy carpets and closed changing rooms will not bring me back.

What a wide collection of choices to pick from. Excellent options to shop for kids, men and women. Quite a big store so take your time here.

There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe the exceptional experience I had today @ the Mac counter in Macys. The manager and my rep were truly beyond amazing. From start to finish they made my experience flawless. These people are a true gift. Thank you for making my day so special - I will be back again soon!

One of my favorite retailers. I like the selection of clothes and shoes. If you looking for bargains, you can visit Backstage inside of Macy’s. Nice bargains.

Macy's is a famous store found in many cities throughout the USA. It has many departments. Staff are friendly. I do not know how to compare prices as we are only visiting Atlanta. The store was clean and tidy, and getting Christmas ready!

The Macy's store is nice. They always have clothes stock up. However, the lady restroom is nasty. For a store like that, they need to keep it clean & fresh. But, overall enjoy shopping at Macy's.

Unfortunately this place was a mess! I haven't been to a Macy's in years and definitely won't be going back. Clothes were all over the floors and staff seemed unaware. I know it's a hard time for a lot of workers, but I have never seen anything like this! I didn't want to put photos up because it was just so shocking.

We shopped there about an hour before closing on the Sunday after Black Friday. It wasn't too busy, but a whole lot of clothing items were out of place, and the floors were covered with trash. The wait in line was excessively long compared to the number of people in line. TBH I couldn't wait to get out of there.

I really enjoy shopping Macys. You can get some pretty good deals during major sales days and when combining with extra discounts. I am sad that Macys is headed the Way of Sears and more big box mall stores. I am as guilty as everyone else choosing the convenience of Amazon over trips to local stores. I personally do not want to buy furniture, bedding and more without seeing it first. Please visit and give Macys business when you can and especially patronize the same salesperson in the furniture section as they work off commission. No I do not work for Macys but having purchased a house full of furniture from them and taking hours of a sales person's time i encourage you to be loyal to your salesperson.

This Macys is disgusting. Gum on the carpet, and nasty fitting rooms. My daughter wanted to try on an outfit. When she came back she was saying there was a dead roach on the floor, and they were not cleaned. I hope they do better, and never expect me to support there store anymore.

I have visited the Mac cosmetic counter on 09/25/2022 and I must say it was the worst experience ever. I first approached the associate to ask her if I could use my Macy’s reward card at the counter, her reply was really dry as though I was a bother to her. I asked her several questions about the products again she seem to be annoyed. I later discovered at times when I thought she was talking to me while passing by in the store, she was talking on a personal phone call of herself. Which leads me to believe that’s why he was being annoyed. I continue to ask about products and her only reply was “we are out“ She never suggested other colors to try nor did she suggest to order the products and have them shipped to me. I could be wrong but I have been offered this in the past. After trying on multiple colors and her replying ” the colors were old people colors”. I decided to make a purchase with my Macy’s rewards. After patiently waiting to allow her to figure out the transaction she seem to be annoyed and confused about the transition. I suggested that she go to another register after the fifth try. Need I say, I walked away without a lipstick and very annoyed. I will never visit this Mac cosmetic counter again.

Thanks macys store I perimeter mall on Ashford Dunwoody road is pretty good. The store is quite big and the prices are generally pretty good. But with macys you have to make sure you use all the coupons available since that can impact prices quite a bit. Good anchor store at this mall

You cannot purchase any of the furniture at the listed price. Tax is expected but they tack on a delivery fee. The fee added 30% . They will not allow pickup at either the store or warehouse. They should add the minimum delivery charge on the tags. You can't purchase anything at all in the store at the advertised or tagged price.

I used to like Macy’s a lot, BUT they have a huge problem, they don’t have enough associates, too much items all around the store, the lady’s department looks like a war zone, clothes in the floor, it doesn’t look organized, clean, it’s tooooo much clothes in the Lady’s Department that I don’t know where to start. It’s too much clothes hanging that I can’t walk either, It’s sad 😔 because I like Macy’s, when I go there it’s because I received a gift card for my birthday, otherwise I go to my favorite store “ Von Maur “ maybe Macy’s Managers can walk to Von Maur and copy their style, classic, clean, organized, bathrooms in excellent condition, Macys’s should change toilets those looks older and ugly.

My favorite Macy’s always clean customer service is good lots of inventory to choose from location ideal will definitely be back! Organized store employees are helpful

The store was clean with a good selection of merchandise. One of the associates directed my mom to the customer service desk after she wasn’t able to help. The line was long. Shanell saw the line called someone over and apologized to all the customers for the wait. She helped to get the line down as well. She was extremely helpful in resolving an issue for my mom. Afterwards, my mom was able to find everything she needed, since the location nearest her is now closed.

What’s the point of offering curbside if you’re gonna make me wait 40 min till people finally decide to leave or go inside ????? All the curbside parking spaces are taken with no people inside and nobody does absolutely nothing about it ????

I came to find a perfume that could be my signature scent and was greeted warmly by Rhonda who showed us some awesome perfumes and was very sweet! She was patient and helpful as I felt like I needed to smell everything to decide. When I wanted to see more outside of her area, she kindly showed me some other collections and brought in Valerie to help us too. Valerie was also very nice and helped me find a perfume that worked for me. Both ladies were great and I'm happy with my purchase! :)

Teresa was crazy slow to serve all customers. She printed shoe sizes one by one on her computer which took forever. normally they are supposed to have a machine that can save all shoes that customer needs). Moreover there was no any other person to help her out. Really bad customer experience

Ms. Teresa was great. She had just clocked back in and immediately help me and rung me up quickly. Need more staff but I understand

Store has pretty much everything. And prices are generally pretty good too
