Super clean store and very spacious. Tjey have great collection of clothing for Men, Women. Kids and infants. Store was decorated well for holidays. Excellent decoration. People behind this decoration had to be appreciated for the great work.

Love their sales section! You can find great stuff for half the price and less

MOST of the staff is very friendly but there is an older woman, Susan who always seems to have an issue with me. I dont know if she is just tired and unhappy or if she is very racist towards colored people. This isnt the first time I have noticed where she seems friendly to everyone who looks like her but not to me. I'm unsure if this is a personal issue with me and my family but I always leave the store wishing I didn't come in to shop here. I will really think twice before coming in again.

My family and I went into Von Maur and was followed by a woman that worked in the kids department. She stared at us the entire time we were there. At one point, she came to the rack we were looking at clothes and starts fixing the clothes. The rest of the time we were there she stood behind us, hands crossed, not speaking. At check out, I told her how uncomfortable she made us feel standing behind us without greeting us. She responded with, “where else would I be?” Usually, I have a great experience at this store. The employees are welcoming and nice, but this woman made me want to never come back. I didn’t get her name, but she’s an older woman.

Favorite department store! Almost like going back in time when department stores reigned Supreme. Especially during the holidays. Employees are happy and friendly, there is a wide variety of priced items to choose from, they have unique items, it's clean, and the design of the store takes you back to 1950's -60s Era.

Great customer service. Size selection was spot on. Mall closes at 7pm, where Von Maur closes at 9pm.

I usually buy my wife's gifts here,clothes and cosmetics. She likes it and they have a good selection. I wish they had a better selection of men's clothes and what they do have is too expensive. I shop for my clothes next door at that other place that starts with a D.

Von Maur is a beautiful store with classically beautiful products. Nice large children's Department as well as a large men's department and women's Department. You can always find something for a fancy occasion and also some toys.

I LOVE THIS STORE! It is always so clean and you just enjoy shopping here. It is somewhat expensive, unless you shop for clearance items. I did recently get a nice blouse for $8 and a cool t-shirt for $9. The majority of the associates here are very nice. However, I have been there in my yoga pants, messy bun and sneakers, and I have been ignored by a couple of "snobby" associates. Never judge a book by its cover! Overall, I highly recommend this store!

In store is ok. Tracking your online order is not good service. Because the deals are good, I've tried more than once. Unfortunately,each time no one could answer questions about my order. My shoes came to me in poor condition and looked as if they had been worn for awhile then returned.

That was my first time shopping here. Some things are quite pricy, however, I did run across some awesome deals. Everyone was very friendly and offered help. Overall, I loved this it!

Thank you dawn for your help in getting information on a perfume for me. I left a message with another young lady and dawn called me back. Went out of her way to call me back again when she found what I was looking for! Also, this is the same young lady who found 5,000 cash in an envelope on the floor AND TURNED IT IN. I love Von Maur. It's really the only reason to still go to Northpoint Mall. It's the way department stores used to be, relaxing atmosphere, well displayed merchandise that is not jumbled and croweded and helpful and available staff. On this visit I chose a birthday present for my wife assisted by two wonderful associates and had it tastefully gift wrapped for free.

OMG, it was our 1st time here. They have a LIVE PIANO PLAYER!!! ,but they were off that day lol. So many items and options to choose from. The staff was very pleasant and the restrooms are GREAT !!!!.My husband and I will definitely be back.

My new favorite store! They carry quality brands. The store is easy to navigate! Merchandise is displayed very nicely. Very classy store. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Very positive 🛍 shopping experience. [Not many stores like this anymore].
